    Aplicación del modelo de gestión del conocimiento a partir del método de Nonaka y Takeuchi a empresa "La Primavera del Drywall"

    En el presente trabajo se aplicó el Método de Nonaka y Takeuchi para la creación de Modelos de Conocimiento, donde se parte del levantamiento de la información, la clasificación, a documentación, la generación de nuevos conocimientos, hasta terminar en una estrategias de solución. Es de gran aporte para la empresa La Primavera del Drywall la aplicación del Modelo de Gestión de Conocimiento a partir del Método de Nonaka y Takeuchi, donde se le da rigor académico y científico al trabajo, ejecutando el Modelo de conocimiento como un Modelo administrativo. La importancia del trabajo radica en la aplicación de diferentes teorías administrativas en la solución y mejoramiento de todos los procesos de la empresa.

    Aplicación móvil de información turística para la promoción de los destinos y actividades turísticas del corredor Antioquia – Choco

    The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, in an initiative to increase the economic, cultural, social and environmental development of the country, launched the project of 12 tourism corridors in the country. These corridors present high advances in all regions, allowing the enhancement of tourism content strengthened with the training of tourist guides. The comprehensive training of the actors in the tourism chain will allow for a more competitive and better-prepared sector. This work will focus mainly on the proposal of a mobile App that offers information on the different tourism activities that take place in the Antioquia-Choco Corridor and that allows the municipalities that make up this corridor to promote their tourist destinations. Nowadays, having a mobile device has become indispensable for people in their daily lives, making it easier for any person to access multiple mobile applications. For this to have accurate information of these municipalities that make up the Antioquia - Choco corridor to have a good recognition of each of the destinations that make up this tourist corridor. The mobile App will become an essential tool that consolidates important information for visitors who come to enjoy the tourist sites of these municipalities that make up this corridorThis project offers a mobile application that allows to have at hand all the necessary information required by tourists about each of the tourist sites of the different municipalities that are part of this Antioquia-Chocó road.

    Definición de estrategias para la implementación de una bodega de datos en la Secretaría de Salud de Medellín

    La gestión de la información y el conocimiento son actualmente una de las actividades más estratégicas y claves para el éxito de las organizaciones. Optimizar el manejo de la información se ha convertido en un elemento competitivo y de gran poder, el lograr convertir dicha información en conocimiento, será la principal clave para la toma de decisiones (Tejada, 2010). Las entidades de salud como organizaciones prestadoras de servicios no escapan a estas situaciones, ya que son entidades con grades volúmenes de datos que requieren ser atendidos y procesados de forma rápida y eficaz para garantizar la excelencia en la prestación del servicio, estas entidades en especial las del sector público deben tomar decisiones orientadas a satisfacer la demanda de servicios de los pacientes que acuden a centros de salud y es por esto que se busca mejorar los sistemas de información ligados a estos procesos de decisión (Ojeda,2011) Para poder subsanar las dificultades que trae el procesamiento de cantidades de información almacenada en los sistemas de la Secretaria De Salud de la ciudad de Medellín, se presenta en este trabajo la definición de estrategias para la implementación de herramientas de Inteligencia de Negocios (BI) como lo es la bodega de datos o Data Warehouse (DW – Bodega de datos) que utiliza como eje articulador la identificación de las necesidades de información por parte de la dirección, para el soporte de los procesos de control de la Secretaria de Salud del Municipio de Medellín; promoviendo esta herramienta como una posible solución para la gestión y toma de decisiones proactiva, necesaria para provechar oportunidades futuras.

    Democracia, deliberación y derecho de acceso a la información pública en América Latina Particularmente en Colombia

    This paper describes the relationships between democracy, deliberation and the right of access to public information in the Latin American context. To begin with, it’s been analyzed how citizens' access to public information (which is guaranteed by the State) directly affects the quality of deliberation and allows democratic decisions to be more legitimate. Similarly, it’s laid out how the right of access to information is developed in some Latin American countries, as well as the barriers which in practice limit their effective enjoyment and the challenges that states must face to make public information more accessible. It's exposed what has been the legislative development in Colombia, regarding the right of access to public information and the effectiveness of the protection mechanisms for this fundamental right; Since eventually, it has been the Colombian Constitutional Court that has allowed this right to be guaranteed when it collides with other equally fundamental ones. At last, it’s stated that it’s not always due to the public administration and the possible deficiency in its tools, that the right of access to information does not materialize, because sometimes the citizen assumes a position of disinterest against this, as an example, ignoring how influential is the knowledge of their social reality at the time of exercising their right to vote. The aforementioned, added to the challenges democracy faces today in a globalized world.     Diseño de un modelo de data mart (dm): caso industria textil

    Debido al gran volumen de datos (aproximadamente 1,5 Terabytes por año) generados por los sistemas de información transaccionales de las empresas, se han generado grandes problemas en la administración de éstos, pues su almacenamiento y organización generan a las compañías grandes inversiones que permitan soportar esta gran cantidad de datos; además, la entrega oportuna y óptima de grandes volúmenes de información que ayuden a la gestión de decisiones se ha convertido en una tarea que no se puede llevar a cabo por los sistemas transaccionales tradicionales de la compañía. Objetivo: Diseñar un modelo de Data Mart para la centralización de la información del proceso de ventas en una empresa textil. Metodología: El trabajo se abordará bajo la metodología estudio de caso. Resultados esperados: Desarrollo del marco conceptual sobre Inteligencia de negocios, listado de preguntas del negocio y diseño del modelo de Data Mart.

    El diseño institucional del sistema de salud colombiano: el papel de los supuestos de la política y la legislación en clave de análisis económico

    En este artículo se presenta uno de los hallazgos de la investigación sobre la política de salud en Colombia, en la que se analizan los efectos de la intervención del Estado en la economía y, específicamente, en la prestación de los servicios de salud. Esta intervención, con connotaciones económicas, jurídicas y políticas, está contenida en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico a partir de la Constitución Política de 1991 y operacionalizada por la Ley 100 de 1993. Según los resultados de su aplicación, las deficiencias de la política pública en salud en Colombia están directamente relacionadas con los supuestos de la teoría económica en los que se basa el diseño del sistema de salud y con la función del Estado como diseñador y planificador. La intervención del Estado se encuentra inducida constantemente a error, toda vez que asume unos supuestos de neutralidad, racionalidad, tiempo y aprendizaje, elaborados desde una visión estática de la escuela neoclásica y de su modelo antropológico hobbesiano del homo economicus.

    “Impacto de la adopción del nuevo sistema de información PSL en la empresa empaquetados El Trece S.A.S”

    The purpose of this degree work is to evaluate the impact of the implementation of the ERP PSL Software Sin Fronteras in the company Empaquetados el Trece S.A.S regarding to work environment, as well as identify what the principal benefits are and determining the real cost. For this purpose, a quantitative methodology with descriptive scope and transectional type was applied. A survey completed by system users and organization broad of directors was used as the main instrument; Secondly, the project cost was calculated using established formula for NPV project valuation. In general terms, the software users consider the change necessary and it has been very positive for the company, they have the disposition and capacity to adapt to the new software and they know that this will contribute to the improvement of the operation in general ensuring that information is timely, truthful and free of bias. Nevertheless, it was evident that the project leader selection was not appropriated and the schedule initially established was not fulfilled due to the lack of clarity about needs raised at the beginning of the process. However, it is clear that changing the operative system was successful and will contribute to improving productivity and compliance with the short, medium and long term objectives set by the administration.     Convergence is the participation of two or more events that influence the same point of view, in this case of having a universal language leads to the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), also known by its acronym in English (IFRS) International Financial Reporting Standard, which are largely influenced by different agreements or free trade agreements where there is greater access to financial information at the global level. For this reason, it is essential to standardize information and accounting language for the preparation of the different reports and real interpretations of business situations, to improve their financial function, improvements in accounting policies, and to be efficient with the presentation of financial statements. in a unified and transparent way. Colombia currently has fifteen free trade agreements which are in different countries such as Mexico, Chile, the United States, Canada, Cuba, the European Union, Korea and other commercial alliances in the country, in order to strengthen the economic integration at the regional level, opening of markets for goods and services, programming and liberalization of tariffs, and trade financing; Colombian companies perform the standardization of accounting information to unify the concepts, allowing investors to make decisions and open new business alliances. The adoption of IFRS in Colombia has been marked by different challenges at the structural, and perhaps operational, level. It is important to warn entrepreneurs, public accountants and managers about the real challenges that organizations must face with the adoption and implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards and to offer a tentative interpretation of the impacts that this convergence generates on Colombian companies

    El This report was developed in order to offer a significant contribution on how to carry out the development and implementation of a digital computer security protocol, oriented towards the vulnerable web servers of the Technological University of Chocó, allowing the detection of possible risks, threats or vulnerabilities that are usually found daily in these portals. Thus, through a contingency plan based on an information security management system, it seeks to solve a problem that affects an entire institution, from the administrative part to the student body and faculty. This support plan had an investigative method based on the ISO-27001 Standard, which seeks to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information stored by this university institution.

    Nowadays the group of investigation (research) LIDIS of the University San Buenaventura of Cali, does not rely on a tool that it she should facilitate the consultation and spreading (publication) of information about summons and scholarships, and neither a repository centralized of information exists where every user could accede to a complete and updated database generating major opportunities of success in the access to the information. Bearing the previous thing in mind, there developed a web portal of information that improves the precision of the results dedicated to the users when they realize searches of information about summons and scholarships using of the basic beginning of the tools type Crawler, with the intention of "visiting" the different Web repositories of information and of extracting what there resides. On the other hand, to personalize the portal allows that the users could guard his searches, to notify them to his e-mail and to recommend to other users web pages of relevant information about summons and scholarships of interest.

Also evaluate possible tools that can be incorporated and facilitate the dynamics of the end user to use their services. Which at deeper into the investigation they were clearing, finding that there is no single model that can be incorporated and meets all specifications requires by the company. As a result of the above it was concluded that the model that most closely matches the wishes of the company is BI, for all its benefits, tools , support the applications, integrity in its modules, support programs, experts They transferring knowledge and advise on the different technological solutions at low and affordable costs. Besides the Business Intelligence model bases its methodology on consolidation and cross information from different data sources, using techniques to extract and transform information to generate subsequent load. Applying business rules that allow support making sound and strategic managers of the company decisions. For all these benefits offered by BI, it is not unreasonable to think develop and implement in organizations seeking react in time in terms of business opportunities, economic and financial crisis, business positioning, stability and customer loyalty.     Para implementar un modelo de seguridad en las organizaciones, se debe seguir unos pasos esenciales para una adecuada toma de decisiones y elevar así los niveles de seguridad en la información. Este artículo hace un recorrido por las diferentes configuraciones para el diseño de la seguridad, empieza por la identificación de las amenazas informáticas, que constituye el primer paso para una buena protección de los flujos de datos que se manejan en las organizaciones. Continúa con el análisis e identificación de los riesgos, para mitigar el impacto en caso de la materialización de los mismos, generar los controles y políticas de seguridad las cuales pueden ser fácilmente cuantificadas y diseñadas de acuerdo con lo establecido en el paso anterior, para así tener un adecuado control sobre los impactos en la seguridad. Finaliza con el modelo de seguridad, donde se identifican los requerimientos y se desarrolla la arquitectura de la red.

    Los múltiples rostros de la filosofía de la información

    La filosofía de la información ha experimentado un enorme auge en los últimos años, consolidándose como un ámbito de indagación filosófica autónomo. Su tema de estudio, el concepto de información, es uno de los términos más comunes y extendidos en nuestros días, abarcando ámbitos tan disímiles como el lenguaje cotidiano y la mecánica cuántica. Esta presencia ubicua y universal del término es lo que conduce a que su análisis y abordaje filosófico sea una empresa sumamente compleja y desafiante. El presente artículo pretende ofrecer algunas líneas generales que permitan distinguir diferentes tipos de información, diferentes enfoques, diferentes contextos donde el concepto es utilizado y diferentes interpretaciones. De esta manera, se muestra que la filosofía de la información es un ámbito sumamente diverso y plural, donde el concepto de información tiene tantos significados, como usos y contextos.

    El papel de los medios de comunicación en la democracia colombiana, desde una perspectiva jurídico-política a partir de los planteamientos teóricos de los autores Stein y Casas

    The Colombian government has established as a form of government in its Constitution, Democracy. This means, that ensure and respect various fundamental rights, among which are immersed certain principles such as freedom of thought, freedom of expression, freedom of information and freedom of the press. Because of this, in this study the domestic and international normativities signed and ratified by Colombia, by which these rights are protected are identified. Therefore it is of great importance to study the influence generated by the freedom of expression, truthful and impartial information and to establish mass media in Colombia's democracy, which are established as fundamental rights in Article twenty (20) of the Constitution. This study was performed taking into account the theoretical approaches of the authors Stein and Casas. On the other hand, a case review is done regarding the violation of the right to freedom of expression and information in Colombia during 2014, of which learned the Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights Humans. In this way, we seek to relate as an example this particular law with the central category of democracy, from the theoretical framework of Stein and Casas.

    Privacidad de la información personal en redes sociales y servicios en la nube

    La seguridad de la información debe considerarse tanto en las redes sociales, como en los servicios en la nube; constantemente se carga todo tipo de contenidos en éstas, la cual puede consistir en información pública o privada (personal, confidencial o sensible), y cuyo alcance es desconocido tanto para titulares como para terceros, pues independientemente de la catalogación en la que el usuario la clasifique, existen términos y condiciones o políticas de uso que limitan no solo la propiedad del usuario o titular sobre esta información, sino también la libertad y su seguridad. Se trata de una revisión actualizada de los diferentes servicios de redes sociales y de almacenamiento en la nube, incluyendo sus términos y condiciones de uso y los riesgos por el uso de estos servicios; así mismo se indaga por el conocimiento de la existencia de las listas restrictivas y el ejercicio del derecho al Habeas Data.
