    La Alianza del Pacífico como dinamizadora del Comercio Exterior Colombiano

    The Colombian economic opening in 1991 stablished the country bases to initiate its integration process through the signing of bilateral and multilateral agreements, which ones were based on commercial cooperation. These mechanisms worked as an internationalization platform of Colombian foreign trade. In this sense when the economic situations appear, as the one presented by Colombia since 2014 with the petroleum low prices crisis, the regional integration process might get to become in the mechanism to diversify the risks that can bring along with the international trade. In this sense, the regional treaties reach by Colombia constitute a starting point to diversify the interregional trade. Between those agreements, the Pacific Alliance stand out because stablished as a precedent to starting a process of deep integration within Chile, Colombia, México and Peru. This platform pretend to get close bit by bit to a common market in which one it is possible free flow of goods, services, people and capitals. More than a commercial treaty, the Pacific Alliance pretend to be a platform of economic, political and cultural cooperation that is focus on accomplish integration process between economic blocks.

    Nuestro mundo se caracteriza actualmente por los cambios vertiginosos que se han observado en todos los ámbitos de las relaciones humanas y en el intercambio de ideas, descubrimientos científicos, innovaciones tecnológicas, formas de vida, valores y todo tipo de expresiones de la cultura, el arte y la religión. Estamos viviendo y experimentando cada día los efectos del fenómeno multidimensional conocido como globalización. En este sentido se puede pensar que, debido al uso indiscriminado que se hace al concepto de globalización, es pertinente cerciorarnos de entenderlo correctamente. Si se entiende entonces la globalización como un fenómeno complejo, reversible, que no es nuevo, ni homogéneo y que consisten en el incremento de las múltiples redes de interdependencia a distancias supracontinentales, es su diversas dimensiones, gracias al aumento de la rapidez y a la reducción de los costos de transporte y de las comunicaciones, y a los procesos de liberalización y apertura.

    Técnicas utilizadas en la gestión de integración en la planeación y seguimiento de proyectos en las organizaciones de Cali - Colombia

    This portion of the research makes up the part of the project, <>, by Professor Ronald Rojas Alvarado who specializes in the Industrial Engineering Project Management Program at San Buenaventura University, Cali, Colombia. The objective of the investigation was to identify the techniques used in the integration of management planning and project segments. Based on a detailed literature review, the most commonly used techniques were identified. Finally, a study was created and applied to help determine which techniques identified earlier, were utilized in the Colombian organizations of Cali. The study was accomplished under a quantitative approach, of a descriptive type, because it was determined that the analyzed tools of support are a necessary parts of the integration management that can be implemented in the planning and project segment stages.
