    The present work is a literature review that emphasizes on the emotional competences, and which is its influence in the human beings lives; due to this, it makes reference to the antecedents of the emotions from the philosophy, anthropology, the biological model, and more narrowly from the psychology and its most relevant currents like: the dynamic, the humanism and the cognitive-conductal, alluding the investigators that have had influence with their thinking and interests in the topic. In the same way, the concept of intelligence and its influence are integrated in the management of the emotions, boarding the emotional intelligence with investigators like Goleman, Salovey among others. Finally, in the conceptual framework is exposed in a concluding way the topics that work as a referent for the justification of this work.

    Las competencias emocionales en los docentes de primera infancia y su incidencia en el acompañamiento a los niños en su dimensión socioafectiva

    The research on Emotional competencies in early childhood teachers and their incidence in the accompaniment of children in their socio-affective dimension, based on the desk review from a qualitative approach, had the purpose of developing the state of the art about the characteristics of the emotional competences that the early childhood education teacher must have in his pedagogical practice to accompany the children in their socio-affective dimension. It involved the review of 30 research papers from the last decade (2010-2020). Within this there are great theoretical contributions to the concept of emotional competences, which leads to broadening the vision that is had regarding teacher’s performance and its influence within the socio-affective dimension, which is part of the education and training of children. In synthesis, it seeks to contribute to the reflection and awareness of emotional work within the initial educational context, which refers that the teachers in charge of education must acquire the necessary bases to develop emotional competencies from preschool education. In the same way, it is intended to generate a significant contribution that includes aspects related to the emotional coefficient within the teaching role and its influence within the educational and training process of infants.

    Desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional basada en la empatía de los niños y niñas del Colegio Padre Ramón Arcila Ramírez

    The present research aims to analyze how the process of emotion control occurs contributing to the development of emotional intelligence based on empathy of children from COPRAR school, identifying their emotional development, interpreting their relationship between peers and describing their behaviors based on social competences. The qualitative methodology was used to investigate phenomena with the purpose of understanding and knowing aspects of reality, information was obtained through tests, questionnaires and experiential workshops that allowed identifying different positions on the subject of emotional intelligence, a link was made with the narrative methodology because it intends to achieve that the work carried out takes into account different experiences taking into account each one of the points of view allowing the researcher teacher to question and make visible a problem in this case in the classroom. During the research process that was carried out in the Padre Ramon Arcila Ramirez School, it was possible to evidence that children in early childhood, and especially children from 5 to 6 years old, are very sensitive and empathic with others. This allowed the identification of this previous knowledge through the participant observation that was carried out in a virtual way through the experiential workshops, tests and family interviews, being this an essential process for the collection of information of this work

    This work shows the benefits that hippotherapy, worked in a girl with 5 years Down syndrome and thus help you to regulate their emotions, being of great benefit for families and people who live with her and her situation of disability. The methodology proposed in this work is the study of instrumental case, which allows you to give the result of an issue in this case, the therapy that is implemented with a girl in the Foundation "Transcend", where through interviews different people who have had the opportunity to share this process with it, and observing direct and not participate, will be released from this research it is important to motivate people with Down syndrome to make equine therapy and the benefits that this It has, for the control of emotions, motor skills, language and concentration. In the research were very positive results, because the girl has learned to manage their emotions and this is due to that the family has been a constant with the therapy process and affectionate escort of the Foundation "Transcend" therapists

    Emociones y convivencia escolar: retos y alcances para la educación básica secundaria

    The present investigation entitled "Emotions and School Coexistence: Challenges and Scopes for Basic Secondary Education" described the relationships between the management of emotions and school coexistence in Basic Secondary students and their teachers. At a juncture due to the global pandemic, it was observed that emotions are closely related to the experiences, thoughts and behaviors of human beings. Based on the hermeneutical-interpretive paradigm, using the case study, the stories and perceptions of 10 students and 4 teachers were analyzed, describing the relationships between the management of emotions and coexistence. The contributions of Goleman, Mayer and Salovey, Gardner, Chóliz. Fierro and Carbajal, allowed to elaborate a description of how emotions are manifested in the family and school environments, describing their relationships with school coexistence. Negative emotions, like positive ones, were found to be related to the experiences and conflicts of school coexistence. Negative emotions such as anger, fear and sadness have a more complicated handling than positive emotions such as happiness. This study made it possible to show that the country's curricular structures are more focused on responding to the needs of academic content and minimizing development and Emotional Intelligence. This aspect shows that deficiencies in social skills lead to inadequate conflict resolution, lack of empathy and poor emotional regulation

    El entrenamiento en inteligencia emocional como base para disminuir los niveles de estrés laboral

    This research aims to design an intervention proposal to lower levels of work stress based on training in Emotional Intelligence for administrative staff of the company Ikon Group SAS, located in the city of Medellin, recognizing the importance of Intelligence emotional and the great impact it has had in recent years. Similarly it considered work-related stress perceived as one of the great evils of the century in which we live. This study aims to relate the two concepts and examine the relationships you have at work, used a questionnaire to measure EI which measures the variables of self-awareness, managing emotions and motivation. After analyzing the data can be considered that the proposed objectives are achieved and it can be concluded that emotional intelligence has a positive regulatory effect against stress on staff. It is part of the report Psychosocial Risk made to employees of the company Ikon Group SAS in September 2015, which scored high levels of stress, therefore, the need for intervention is presented, which was oriented under five pillars of Emotional Intelligence Goleman proposed. (Goleman, 1998), addressed from two main areas: Personal skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation and self-motivation and a social skills are empathy and social skills, each pillar is made up of 25 competitions of which the proposed 13 competencies worked : emotional self-awareness, self-regulation, self-confidence, self-control, adaptability, achievement motivation, optimism, developing others, service orientation, communication, conflict management, leadership and ability team, which is to be achieved through different strategies the development of IE, such as coaching, conference, reflective workshops, meetings and conversations cycle.

    Estudio correlacional entre inteligencia emocional y toma de decisiones en una muestra de adolescentes de una Institución Educativa de un municipio de Bolívar

    Esta investigación se realizó bajo la línea de desarrollo humano y contextos educativos, en el eje de salud mental y desarrollo positivo, enfoque que promueve conductas adaptativas y habilidades del adolescente, oportunidades y fortalezas que sus sistemas le ofrecen. El objetivo principal fue describir las dimensiones de inteligencia emocional, el nivel de toma de decisiones y el tipo de relación entre estas variables en una muestra de adolescentes de una institución educativa de un municipio de Bolívar. Para ello se empleó una metodología de tipo no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño correlacional de corte transversal; así como un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, obteniendo una muestra de 100 estudiantes. La medición de las variables se hizo a través de la subescala Decision making/problem solving y el Trait Meta-MoodScale. Los resultados obtenidos muestran con respecto a la variable inteligencia emocional en las dimensiones atención, claridad y reparación emocional que un 53% de los adolescentes evaluados presentan puntuaciones medio bajas y bajas. Así mismo en la variable toma de decisiones un 52% de los evaluados presentan puntuaciones medio bajas y bajas. Por otro lado se encontró una correlación estadísticamente significativa entre la dimensión atencional emocional y la variable toma de decisiones. Así como una correlación significativa entre la dimensión reparación emocional y la variable toma de decisiones. En relación a la dimensión claridad emocional y la variable toma de decisiones no se encontró una correlación estadísticamente significativa

    Factores de exclusión emocional en los niños y niñas de 5 a 6 años, en la institución educativa Diego Echavarría Misas

    This degree work was based from a key overall objective of which was to analyze the factors of emotional exclusion that prevent integrate the child and the child of 5 to 6 years in the Institución Educativa Diego Echavarría Misas, based on hermeneutical methodology implemented through investigatory as were the direct and indirect observation and interviews, guided from informed consent by the children and their guardians techniques. Thus from research techniques strategies are implemented through a filter activity and three sessions observed worked in five boys and a girl, ages ranging between 5 and 6 years. Through these observations it was possible to identify the factors of emotional exclusion boys and girls in this age group mentioned above, depart from a lack of social skills that the subject has been acquired over the years, from the structures social, ideologies and breeding patterns, which are imposed by the significant people in the child's life and the child, as is the family, classmates and teachers. Thus considering evidenced and raised from the results, the importance of the teacher as a model boy and girl should strengthen personal relationships and intra from life skills, thus highlighted generate more pleasant relations from educational spaces.

It should be noted that each individual is a world and for that experiences different feelings, with respect to a given situation and how they assume and / or assimilate, make a difference in the appropriate form or not, the resolution of their conflicts and these do not have a greater impact on their life, both work, as family. Work life, like family life, are aspects that are part of daily life, where one lives and invests most of the time and where there is, to put it somehow a war, between the time dedicated to work and the family.     This study seeks to investigate how the emotional intelligence of the teacher affects the formative process of the students, framed in the academic-pedagogical management of an educational institution, through focal groups carried out in 2 educational institutions of Monteria and El Carmen de Bolivar, we worked with 10 teachers, 5 from each educational institution, and seek to determine the relationship between the emotional intelligence of the teacher with the school environment and the teaching-learning process, taking into account the management of the educational manager. The data analyzed suggest that the use of emotional intelligence is very important for teachers, as it significantly helps in the resolution of daily conflicts, as well as the management of the manager as the accompaniment that allows motivation, innovation and no less important permanent and comprehensive training to consolidate an appropriate learning process in this same sense the results point to the importance of emotional intelligence as an important tool for the transformation of an adequate school environment, which provides opportunities for growth and strengthens the knowledge

    La inteligencia emocional aplicada en el contexto educativo como una forma de comprender los procesos psicológicos

    En la presente investigación se logró describir el papel que desempeña este tipo de inteligencia en los procesos de aprendizaje, partiendo para ello de una serie de referentes históricos, conceptuales y teóricos que permitieron contextualizar la manera como opera la Inteligencia Emocional en un niño inscrito en un proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Ahora bien, esto demuestra que las emociones no son un factor ajeno al aprendizaje de los niños; por el contrario, los niños son individuos bastante emotivos; su estado de felicidad o irascibilidad depende de unas condiciones diferentes a las del adulto; el problema es que aún en el sistema educativo algunos pedagogos siguen creyendo que los niños son ajenos a las emociones, ideas totalmente errada y rechazada por la psicología, pues éstos son sujetos con una perfecta conciencia de sí mismos, capaces de un aprendizaje múltiple de carácter simbólico, icónico y activo y, a su vez, emocionalmente inteligentes

    La inteligencia emocional en las adolescentes con Síndrome de Turner

    La inteligencia emocional es una categoría que vino a oxigenar la estrecha mirada que sobre la inteligencia se tenía en el medio psicológico, centrado en el CI. Su aplicación en los cuadros clínicos permite comprender que ciertas habilidades sociales son más importantes a la hora de triunfar que desplegar los complicados razonamientos lógico-matemáticos. Así, en complicaciones de salud como las proporcionadas por el Síndrome de Turner, las adolescentes por su condición genética, no logran captar muchas señales sociales, pero es posible enseñarles la inteligencia emocional para que salgan adelante sin sufrir mucho las tempestades propias de la adolescencia.

    La inteligencia emocional infantil, un compromiso entre familia y escuela

    This degree project aims at demonstrating in what perspective the family and the school, influence the emotional intelligence of children from 4 to 6 years old, at the Ingeniosos Educational Center. Data were collected using journals, participant observation, and structured surveys. Results showed the interpretation of the way in which boys and girls promote emotional intelligence was acquired, and how this allows them to carry out in a linear way the obtaining of knowledge of multiple intelligences; which helps the boy or girl to develop their needs. It is also identified that teachers and parents have enough knowledge of children's emotional intelligence, know its importance, and apply this intelligence to their children and students every day. In conclusion, it can be identified that the importance of children’s emotional intelligence is not only knowing what emotions are or what they are, but also learning how to understand and control them, to be able to overcome and acquire problem-solving easily, when facing negative emotions, and thus obtain better health, both physical and mental, therefore greater common sense and sanity, can be experienced.

    Inteligencia emocional y procesos atencionales ¿una relación posible?

    In the present work we analyze the relationship that can exist between emotional intelligence and attentional processes in children from 4 to 5 years of age. Through the elaboration and execution of this research work, it was possible to make a process of observation and intervention, with the will of promoting the emotional intelligence in favour of stability, which favours focusing and concentration; and the ability to manage emotions. In regards to the methodology used, participant observation and ludic-pedagogical workshops were carried out, aimed at mobilizing the internalization of emotional intelligence and following up on the relationship it has with attention processes, detecting interactions, behaviors, rhythms and levels on attention itself. The research allowed the mobilization of thought and action, putting into action the skills of emotional intelligence and also attention, to recognize the relationship between them in the chosen group, respecting the playful nature of the children in their respective ages, and favouring the mediations of the spirit of early childhood education

    Documentary study whose objective was to describe the way in which emotional intelligence can be developed in people within organizations; A bibliographic search was carried out in order to build a review article where readers find different meanings on the subject of emotional intelligence, on how to develop it or, failing that, on how to enhance said intelligence. Implementing and developing Emotional Intelligence in employees has been consolidated as a fundamental strategy that organizations can take into account to respond to contemporary social dynamics, since it contributes to the acquisition of skills related to being, doing and knowing of collaborators, providing them with the necessary skills and abilities to take on the tasks and work challenges that they must face today. The identification, recognition, expression and management of emotions can contribute to an improvement in productivity, motivation, well-being and job satisfaction, therefore, promoting and enhancing emotional intelligence tends to maintain a working environment and functional social well-being and positive in collaborators who develop this ability

    With the passing of the years, the investigations about children’s emotional development have become more present and the late studies have been focusing on the earliest ages and the human being development, because the human being goes through several stages as life advances, and the way this stages are gotten past can give to the human being several elements that can be of help in knowing and controlling emotions and sentiments, which is a guarantee of personal and social success, like psicological wellbeing, academic performance, stable relationships with the others, among others. The emotions and their control are recognized and developed from childhood and are influenced by the closest context. The current work has the goal to study the relationships of children with their pairs and the adults, as an approximation and academicals contribution to children’s emotional development in ages of 5 and 6 years in transition grade. The population in focus belongs to “Fe y Algeria” educational institute in Popular #1 neighborhood, with the participation of 10 children in education process, in which their interpersonal and intrapersonal abilities and management of different situations in academic and social life were observed.
