    Actualización del estado del arte de la Psicología humanista existencial en Medellín entre los años 2006 y 2014

    This article corresponds to the continuity and updating of the dissertation called “ State of the art of the humanist psychology “ , made by Sandra Milena Quintero, Maria del Pilar Alzate and Carolina Carmona, and published in the year 2007. The results obtained in the present publication, come up from revising the dissertations carried out in the faculties of psychology in the city of Medellin, published during the years 2006 and 2014 and which are part of the undergraduate and graduate programs. To facilitate the analysis process, the information and the topics found were divided in 5 categories corresponding to: perspectives, psychological clinic, ways of being, palliative treatments and existencial humanist psychology. Following, the qualitative and quantitative analyses are presented and made with the work material corresponding to the category: Psychological clinic. The information is consolidated through percentage charts and the explanation of theme groups.

    La intervención psicodinámica en la farmacodependencia

    The article shows the results of some research done nationally and internationally in the last decade on the effectiveness of clinical intervention of addictions from the psychodynamic approach. Psychoanalytic concepts and theories used by dynamic psychology are used to explain and address drug addiction. It is a review article that allows analyzing and integrating the most relevant information on research on the subject and thus contrast the various points of view found. It shows little evidence of the therapeutic efficacy of the psychodynamic approach, although it is a starting point in the purpose of accounting for the evidence regarding the effectiveness of clinical interventions in psychology

    Intervention model in organizational climate

    El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar si el modelo de intervención en clima organizacional PMCO, era efectivo en el Hospital de Yopal, Colombia. Se implementaron las siguientes cinco fases propuestas por el modelo: 1) análisis del problema, 2) sensibilización, 3) diseño y planeación de estrategias a nivel individual, intergrupal y organizacional, 4) implementación de estrategias y 5) evaluación del proceso. Se eligió un diseño de dos grupos, experimental y control, analizándose si hubo diferencias significativas en las medias de los grupos; se aplico la prueba t a las dimensiones de alto riesgo en el clima organizacional, tales como nivel de trabajo (t = 2,65), comunicación organizacional (t = 4,32) y modelo de gestión (t = 7,99), demostrándose que existen diferencias significativas (p ≤ ,01) entre el grupo experimental y control. Se concluye que la implementación de este modelo logró mejorar el clima organizacional en la entidad.

    Investigación en modo 3: Una alternativa para la articulación investigación e intervención en educación superior

    Las funciones sustantivas de la educación superior, a saber, docencia, investigación y extensión, requieren hoy formas que les permitan crear vínculos que faciliten su integración no solo con campos disciplinares y profesionales, sino además con escenarios sociales con el fin de aportar respuestas a las demandas de las comunidades. Responder a estas demandas requiere no solo de las tres funciones, sino también pensar los procesos de intervención. Una alternativa para articular las funciones puede ser a partir del vínculo investigación e intervención en modo 3 de conocimiento, ya que permite, entre muchas otras cosas, ir al lugar de los acontecimientos y del conocimiento, en el cual las comunidades desarrollan su capacidad de agenciamiento y pueden liderar sus procesos de análisis y transformación social.

    Modelado acústico a través de métodos numéricos para la generación de propuestas de intervención en aulas de clase

    The work below consist of the generation of intervention proposals in architectural acoustics for classrooms in public institutions in the colombian cities Medellín, Bogotá and Cali under the project: Identificación de factores de desempeño ambiental (acústico, térmico y visual) determinantes de la salud mental de docentes y estudiantes de escuelas públicas en Bogotá, Medellín y Cali: Línea base para el análisis de la política pública según la norma NTC 4595. For this end a 14 classrooms sample was taken distributed in the three cities mentioned before. The work is divided in three phases and its results are based in geometric acoustics simulations in CATT-Acoustics v.9. The first phase aims to give an initial acoustics diagnosis for each one of the classrooms using simulations. It was found that In the most part of the classrooms the objectives proposed by this investigation were not accomplished: Reverberation time less than 1 second ant STI values greater than 0,6. The second phase take simulation results and with this data and architectural analysis of the classroom (geometry and materiality) gives an architectural proposal in the walls which aims to increase the room’s absorption by adding absorbent panels. In the third phase new simulations are done, this time with the intervention proposal. This simulation let the investigation to verify that the intervention works and works for the most of the rooms

    Paisaje Industrial : noción estético funcional del lugar fabril como construcción arquitectónica

    The industrial landscape in the metropolitan area in this modern age, as a point of start in this research proposes to expose each element, and then establish as a principal objective the projection of this places through an experimental approach with photographs, data and scientific sources; this way of looking the subject in different scales, dimensions, teorics and conceptuals concepts by analysis and comprehension, allows possibilities of improvement in the declined industry. Based in the investigation process and how to approach this industrial areas in disuse, reflecting in those non industrial locations a possible intervention focused in a experiential experience, taking into convergence art and architecture with the purpose of fully understand and appreciate the compliment between this two disciplines and discover in the environment new ways of living in disadvantaged spaces because of deterioration. the research shows the need of creating a intervention, through an installation in a uninhabited industrial building, that enrich the development and allows further urban encounters, amplifying at the same time the path of this unexplored and unproductive territories; making them into a cultural hybrid between industrial aesthetics and constructions built in naturals and artificials locations; forming places within NO place appropriating the name (viewer) of the space by the artefact (installation), enable microclimates among two ideas, art as a creation of atmospheres and the industrial architecture.

    Propuesta de plan de intervención en estrés laboral en las empresas Petroindustrial S.A. y Alfa Gres

    The purpose on this study was to propose a work stress intervention for the companies Petroindustrial and Alfa Gres. According to the latest results in witch was applicate the battery of psychosocial risks of the ministry of labor in the company Petroindustrial and Alfa Gres. Yielded a percentage of the 33% and 35% of their worker’s present symptoms of stress. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate an intervention plan for prevent and stress management in both companies, with the aim of improving.

    El quehacer del psicólogo en el trabajo con comunidades tradicionales: entre lo imposible y lo posible

    Este artículo presenta las conclusiones más relevantes de la investigación “Concepciones, procesos y prácticas curativas en salud mental con la comunidad Nasa de Toribío”,* que indaga sobre las lógicas subyacentes en el trabajo de los psicólogos en relación con las estrategias de intervención hacia la comunidad. Asimismo, plantea la discusión acerca de la posición del profesional ante la necesidad de ingresar en el marco simbólico de referencia de aquellos con quienes se dispone a trabajar. Los hallazgos evidencian que la aplicación de un saber como imperativo, así como del ideal de bienestar promovido por el Estado y las ONG, conlleva a luchas culturales que impiden el avance de los proyectos, cuestionando así los objetivos y los alcances propuestos.

    Reflexiones sobre el proceso de modelado: una perspectiva dinámico-sistémica

    En este artículo se presentará una serie de ideas acerca del modelado desde dos perspectivas particulares: la primera para procurar describir la estrategia de modelado usada; la segunda, una vez construido el modelo, ¿qué hacer con él? Se aportarán algunas explicaciones que se espera den claridad a las clasificaciones antes señaladas pero que no tienen la pretensión de ser ni exclusivas ni excluyentes, pues están en proceso de formación y lo que finalmente se pretende es crear un espacio que posibilite el debate académico alrededor de las ideas presentadas. Cabe aquí señalar que el proceso de modelado de fenómenos puede abarcar un espectro de conocimiento tan amplio que va desde las ciencias sociales hasta las ciencias duras, pasando por ciencias mixtas como la economía.

    Vías de acceso a la psicología de toxicómano y la vulgarización de su concepto

    The manifesto of this article seeks to integrate a biological, psychological and social vision, with the aim of providing a detailed analysis in the historical, theoretical, technical and practical approach to substance abuse disorder, which makes it possible in the professional psychological exercise a critical thought, structured under comprehensive dynamics in which highlights the historical-social evolution in clinical intervention to the phenomenon of drug addiction. Describing the gradual transformation of the hegemonic theoretical behavioural model into a practical procedure, a model based on the origin of the political-social proposals of international organisations that fight against drug trafficking and its various consequences, in which intervention dynamics are established from legally restrictive power relations. From the evolution that arises in the social needs and of the subjects with behaviors of compulsive repetition in their relation with the substance, it became necessary to rethink the proposals of behavioral intervention, making possible new ways of access in the psychology of the drug addict, by means of practical procedures of paradigmatic psychological models converging in a comprehensive vision of the phenomenon, in which it is not emphasized in the eradication of the symptom in any way, but in a deep analysis in the understanding of the particular function that the symptom fulfills in each subject
