    Atención en los deportistas de medio y alto rendimiento de la disciplina deportiva natación en modalidad de carrera de la Liga de Natación de Antioquia, de sexo masculino y femenino, cuyas edades se encuentren entre los 16 y 30 años

    El principal objetivo de este trabajo ha sido el estudio sobre la atención en la natación, y cómo influye en los deportistas y en su rendimiento. Estudiando sus perfiles sociales y demográficos, en comparación con su nivel de atención. Es importante conocer que la atención actúa frente a diferentes estímulos, tomando primero los más importantes para la acción motriz que se va a realizar, dejando en un segundo plano los más irrelevantes. De esta forma el atleta prioriza la información que le llega al cerebro. Así mismo se plantea que el control de la atención debe estar presente en todo programa de entrenamiento, ya que es una habilidad la cual se puede y debe entrenar y perfeccionar. En el medio y alto rendimiento, se manifiesta una exigencia sumamente alta de atención y concentración para los nadadores poder lograr altos niveles de rendimiento. Por esta razón, es importante la realización de estos controles, y test evaluativos para que se dé a conocer el estado del nadador y también como se encuentra psicológicamente frente a una situación de competencia. En el presente trabajo se utilizó el test de la Rejilla de Harris y Harris como medio para entrenar la atención en los atletas de deportes individuales, específicamente en la natación en modalidad de carrera, con el fin de desarrollar una mejor atención. Es importante que el deportista realice diferentes test de medición de la atención, esto logrará ejercer cierto entrenamiento sobre la misma. Luego de finalizar la investigación se conoce que no existe correlación significativa entre el perfil sociodemográfico y deportivo de los atletas con la atención. Es decir que no influye en el rendimiento deportivo las diferentes características sociales y demográficas de los deportistas.

    This work of degree arises from the observation carried out during the period of practice of the investigators in the Hospital Pablo Tobón Uribe, in which it was detected the lack of possibilities of having an initiation or academic continuity on the part of the patients with Chronic diseases. From These questions arises the idea of thinking of a virtual classroom as a range of possibilities that could help to provide the right to education for these students. For the development of this research, a qualitative methodology with a hermeneutic approach was used, using as information collection techniques the documentary review and matrices as information gathering instruments. Thanks to the development, analysis and tracing of information of this research, at the end of this work a playful-pedagogical proposal was generated using the Basic Learning rights, in which a proposal of virtual pedagogical strategies is given. That allows to support academic processes of children and young people with chronic illnesses.

    ¿Bien y tú? Construcción del vínculo afectivo de pareja con la intermediación de las aplicaciones virtuales Instagram y Whatsapp: el caso de seis jóvenes del eje conurbano Cali – Jamundí

    The main objective of this descriptive study and qualitative interpretative treatment was to understand the construction of the affective bond of couple with the intermediation of the virtual applications Instagram and Whatsapp of six young people of the Hub conurbano Cali - Jamundí, were three men and three women of 20 - 22 year old. The specific objectives were: To identify the strategies of approach to the couple in each young person with the intermediation of the virtual applications Instagram and Whatsapp, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages perceived by young people of the use of the virtual applications Instagram and Whatsapp in relation to their couple relationship and analyze the expression of the feelings towards the couple that is given in the communication plane through the virtual applications Instagram and Whatsapp in contrast to the expression that is elaborated face-to-face. The main result was that this intermediation acts by generating an understood language for these young people and for the couple itself. In this language the importance is not so much in what is spoken to love the person, but in the very fact of doing so, which is loaded with meaning for these young people. To this constant speech is added the sending of emoticons, if they are hearts give a message too, the message that the other feels a romantic interest type and also sending pictures of phrases of another author to dedicate. These applications also help to strengthen the link and generate in a lesser degree tensions in the same, by the distrust that creates the use of these on the part of the other.

    Caracterización de la relación entre identidad, cuerpo, el otro y memoria histórica en jóvenes de la Corporación Paladines, a través de la narración como recurso dialógico

    This research focuses on young people. Nowadays, they should be of great interest to societies, seeing that they constitute a significant portion of the world's population. However, young people, especially those who live in the peripheral neighborhoods of Medellín, are currently relegated within the social sphere, in which they are not heard or understood. It is for this reason that this work obtains relevance. It’s objective to distinguish the interrelationship between the own self-identity, the physical body, the fellow human, and the historic memory in young peoples of the Paladines Corporation, located in the city of Medellín. The dialogical resource implemented has been the narrative. For the development of the research, a methodological approach of a qualitative nature was proposed where, with a narrative testimonial design, analysis data were collected through the implementation of an individual interview and four workshops. In this way, it was possible to conclude how the identity built by the young people of the Paladines Corporation constantly influences the way in which they view their bodies, their relationships with the fellow citizen, and, finally, with the historic events that have marked them. Collectively, these aspects determine the attitudes of these younger people towards the world and the way in which they form their own identities.

    Configuración de los modos de ser joven en un contexto contemporáneo, a partir de la relación con los padres como figuras de autoridad

    El presente trabajo pretende un acercamiento a la configuración de los modos de ser joven a partir de la relación con los padres como figuras de autoridad, estando ambos sumergidos en un contexto de anomia social, en una era posmoderna. La presente inquietud investigativa será abordada por medio de la metodología cualitativa de investigación social a través de un método hermenéutico, método que permite la aproximación a una problemática a partir de la interpretación. Es por esto que se utilizará el análisis de textos como estrategia metodológica, haciéndose necesario recurrir a referentes contemporáneos que permitan un acercamiento coherente, ya que las teorías clásicas de las ciencias sociales parecen quedarse cortas ante la complejidad del mundo actual.

    Consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en jóvenes residentes en Medellín : mecanismos y obligaciones familiares e institucionales frente a la problemática

    This investigation identifies the institutional or state mechanisms and obligations to the control of psychoactive substances that affect the young people, Colombian adolescents and children, especially those living in Medellin. For this purpose, jurisprudence and legal development of constitutional principles related to the protection of family as core of society are taken into account. First, there is a historical journey through the issue of drug use and the different positions that different authors have held on the subject. Then, the documents referring to the international guidelines of the supranational organizations such as the UN and the OAS are consulted and compared with the data that the historical journey shows Based on the foregoing, an analysis is made from the national perspective of the subject under study, both the rules and laws that are applied in this topic, the guiding Constitutional principles and the jurisprudence of the High Courts.

    The objective of this research was to establish the correlation of the VO2max measured by a direct method (Ergoespirómetro) and an indirect one (Course Navette), of Skaters of the Club Espasa between the 12 and 16 years of age of Santa Rosa of Bears 2018 of the category Advanced. The methodology used was to carry out a study of transverse type, a deliberate sampling was made, not probabilistic, with a population object of 35 athletes and selected those that met the inclusion criteria, for a final sample of 13 athletes, In addition to the 2 tests mentioned above, a physical assessment was performed to determine the health status of athletes. As results of the investigation it could be determined that the correlation of the direct method with the indirect method is highly positive, which means that when measuring the aerobic resistance with test that are available to all the coaches, It is equally efficient to measure it by means of a direct method in laboratory, which leads us to apply more rigorously these tests to be able to control the training plans of the evaluated population and to be able to serve other investigators to make and modifications to the training plans of each one of them.

    The importance of the power of the lower and upper limbs in swimmers is of great magnitude, since these are the extremities that allow to advance quickly in space to an external force, which is water, for that reason we want to evaluate the importance that has the relationship between the power of the lower and upper limbs in swimmers. After assessing the percentage of muscle mass, also determine the relationship between the power of the lower and upper limbs also the percentage of muscle mass. Methodology of correlative type in which continuous variables will be measured and compared; conditional power in lower and upper limbs, the other part of muscle mass in career children, are in the age range between 13 and 15 years. The relationship between muscle weight and power in the lower limbs of men was found, which means that it is significant

    Educación religiosa escolar y sentido de vida: una propuesta de gestión y diseño curricular para la educación religiosa de estudiantes de décimo grado en el Colegio Stella Matutina

    El siguiente trabajo plantea un proceso de investigación al interior del área de Educación Religiosa Escolar en el Colegio Stella Matutina que ayuda al planteamiento de estrategias pedagógicas y didácticas que le permitan al estudiante del grado décimo el descubrimiento de los beneficios de la E.R.E. como un saber formativo para el sentido de vida. El desarrollo del proyecto parte de la consideración que la religión es un elemento imprescindible de la historia y de la existencia humana; siendo una experiencia del Espíritu, es la actividad humana por excelencia. Busca ser respuesta a una necesidad concreta sentida dentro de la comunidad, por lo que, desde una resignificación de la enseñanza de la E.R.E se convierta en una experiencia que transforme la vida de los estudiantes teniendo en cuenta que la cosmovisión del hombre actual genera nuevas expectativas que exigen un acercamiento al hecho religioso. La investigación nos llevó a concluir que la E.R.E es un instrumento de una profunda riqueza espiritual que logra aportar a la vida de quienes la reciben elementos que les pueden ayudar a vivir las diferentes experiencias de la vida con un sentido de fe esperanza, confianza, amor; en un espacio de reflexión, que ayuda a la toma de conciencia para cultivar valores que den sentido a la vida. Es posible renovar la Educación Religiosa Escolar y convertirla en un espacio para la reflexión, la toma de conciencia para cultivar valores que den sentido a la vida de los estudiantes, es en el aula de clase donde se puede construir un clima apropiado donde se pueda ayudar a los jóvenes a crecer en su personalidad, siempre iluminados por la fe y el mensaje de Jesucristo para su salvación. Por ello, se hizo necesario que a nivel interno en el área de Educación religiosa se adelantaran procesos de reflexión pedagógica encaminados siempre a buscar alternativas y posibilidades de mejoramiento en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje; teniendo como objetivo la formación integral de los educandos del Colegio Stella Matutina, ya que son los jóvenes la razón de ser de la institución.

    La educación sexual ENRED-ADA: la internet como espacio para el diálogo de saberes sobre sexualidad en los jóvenes universitarios

    Las tecnologías de la Información y la comunicación han transformado la forma de relacionarnos, los modos de aprender, la sincronía entre espacio – tiempo, la velocidad y la cantidad de información. Las TIC han propiciado las nuevas relaciones entre niños, jóvenes y adultos. Al mismo tiempo, estos niños jóvenes y adultos, están accesando a Internet en busca de información, lo que posibilita el manejo de temas que como la sexualidad en la mayoría de los casos se concibe de modo personal y casi oculto a los ojos de los demás. La búsqueda de estrategias de educación en salud sexual, motiva este estudio que inicialmente pretende identificar los usos de la Internet en relación con los saberes que los jóvenes comparten e indagan en espacios de interacción virtual como los foros de discusión y los e-mail.

    The purpose of this research was to know if the method of HIIT training is efficient when it comes to sports training. The sample consisted of 8 people between 19 and 34 years of age, divided into group control and experimental group, each of these is of 4 people, 3 men and one woman for each group. The objective of the research was to establish the changes in body composition, heart rate in rest and maximum consumption of oxygen when applied physical training HIIT. This work is quasi - experimental, because there are two groups, an experimental group which was applied a HIT during 10 sessions method and a control group that followed with its conventional continuous training. The allocation to each group was for convenience, applied measurements before and after the intervention. The results indicate that significant differences in the variables evaluated there are

    El presente artículo es el resultado de una investigación de tipo cualitativo que tuvo como objetivo caracterizar las pautas sociales que tienen en cuenta diez jóvenes universitarios a la hora de elegir sus parejas y al establecer algún tipo de alianza. Dicha exploración tuvo como, dimensiones analíticas, las alianzas de pareja, la elección de pareja y las pautas sociales. Se realiza un acercamiento a cómo las pautas sociales influyen en la elección de pareja, o cómo los jóvenes en la elección de pareja tienen en cuenta algunas pautas sociales, y cómo las combinan con nuevas pautas, en la conjunción de la tradición y el cambio, lo que de alguna manera les permite movilizarse en la modernidad, la que está caracterizada por su fluidez, flexibilidad y movimiento

    Estrategias de afrontamiento e ideación suicida en estudiantes del programa de Psicología de la Universidad de San Buenaventura Cartagena año 2015

    La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo realizar una descripción de las estrategias de afrontamiento en estudiantes con ideaciones suicidas del programa de psicología de la Universidad de san Buenaventura Cartagena, en ellos fue posible identificar pensamientos eideación suicida así como evaluar su actitud frente a la vida y la muerte para posteriormente proponer estrategias de afrontamiento de la problemática estudiada a través de los resultados del estudio. Para el desarrollo de la investigación actual se emplearon instrumentos y técnicas orientadas a obtener información o datos a estudiar y describir, que permitieron identificar niveles crecientes de seriedad y/o intensidad de la intencionalidad suicida midiendo aspectos como la actitud hacia la vida / muerte, pensamientos o deseos suicidas, proyecto de intento de suicidio, intento proyectado, factores disuasorios e intentos previos así como también la utilización de herramientas de estrategias de afrontamiento (CSI), para encontrar el tipo de situaciones que causan problemas a las personas en su vida cotidiana y como estas se enfrentan a estos problemas, midiendo resolución de problemas, autocritica, expresión emocional, pensamiento desiderativo, apoyo social, reestructuración cognitiva y evitación de problemas. Los resultados del estudio permitieron determinar que existen algunas relaciones altamente significativas entre todas las variables del estudio y determinó que todas las variables predictivas tienen un aporte bastante significativo a la predicción de las ideas relacionadas con el suicidio.

    In the present research inform it is pretended tackle the parental co-responsibility in Colombia, specifically was inquired the family role in the boys and girls and adolescent Rights Protection. For that, the topic literature was research including Colombia and Latin-America, but mainly in Colombia’s Legislation, in order to get a conceptual definition about the parental co-responsibility. Finally was found that the co-responsibility is not clearly defined or established and in general in Colombia are three principal entities or actors co-responsible over the children education: Family, State and Society.

    Formación humana : el parche de la calle

    The investigation The Human formation: the street´s patch, is developed with the participation of young people from the commune 3, which belongs to La Honda´s neighborhood from the city of Medellín. Colombia. The study has a qualitative cohort, with an interpretative and social phenomenological approach, supported by Schütz and Van Manen, techniques and collection instruments such as conversational interviews and interactive techniques were used as pretexts to create a climate of spontaneity trust and confidence through recreational activities. From the study emerges an anthropological and at the same time socio-pedagogical reflection, where the patch is visible as a construction of being-here and of knowledge from a youth context in a popular sector. Young people who in their group -the patch- are linked in the framework of searches for re-significance and to rethink their acts, behaviors and postures around life and the world that surrounds them, the patch as a formative place that enables interesting and important changes in function of youth culture and restoration of humanization. The patch is configured from a pedagogical perspective, with a rebellious version coming from youth culture from a young person that shows its reality from a crisis that is ordered in the "normality" of the world in which he lives

    Fortalecimiento de la expresión oral y la compresión textual, en un contexto educativo colombiano

    This research on settles in the Jorge Eliecer Gaitan Alaya educational institution located in the municipality of Bello Antioquia, where it is planted, from the experiences lived in the pedagogic practices of the researcher, support oral expression and textual understanding of tenth graders. The question is asked: How to use discursive markers as a teaching tool to promote oral expression and textual understanding in the classroom? with the aim of favoring skills that help students to perform orally in any academiccontext. Among the theoretical foundations are Zorraquino and Portoles (1999), Meneses (2000), Cassany (2006) Zubiria (2013) and Rosa (2001). A qualitative methodology was implemented, with a critical social approach and research desing –teacher action. The phases were: the first is the construction of a written project, second the field work that were 4 workshops with the purpose of identifying, recognizing and applying discursive markers in orality, reading, and writing. Third, the systematization and analysis of the information collected in the workshops, the final report showing the findings and some recommendations on how to integrate discursive markers into the classroom. Finally, it was evident that the recognition and use of discursive markers, as elements necessary to achieve oral expression and textual understanding by students, contributes to the development of skills necessary for the development of academic and socialization processes in the school.

    Funcionamiento familiar de dos jóvenes consumidores de sustancias psicoactivas (SPA) residentes en el estrato 5 de la ciudad de Cali

    Objectives. The current research work had the goal of addressing the family functioning of two young boys addicted to the consume of psychoactive substances (PAS) belonging to high socioeconomic level (5) in Cali and their family as a protection or risk factor. To reach this goal, a methodological proposal was developed based on interviews designed to inquire topics such as familiar functioning and its variables, the identification of family typology and the establishment of norms and limits within the family. Later, the socioeconomic level of these young boys was described regarding psychoactive substances consume and lastly the definition of psychoactive substances and its historical reference was studied. Method. A qualitative study of descriptive order was carried out, with a diagnostic scope. The research work was treated as case study based semi-structured interviews, conducted on two young boys between 18 and 25 years old, addicted to psychoactive substances and conducted on their family nucleus. The young boys were at the time enrolled in an institution’s rehabilitation program. Results. Regarding the familiar functioning of these young boys it was found that a disarrangement exists in their structure altering their relational dynamics, making them to adopt new ways of coexisting, likewise, a lack of cohesion establishing limits and norms was also found on their parents; these aspects added to other social nature encourage abuse in the consumption of psychoactive substances.
