    In the present work of investigation it was tried to analyze the accompaniment that the parents of families and caregivers have, like fundamental part in the scholastic performance of the boys and girls in the initial and basic primary education within their integral development; in the educational institutions the Araujos (Monteria), José Acevedo and Gómez (Medellín) and the youth home foundation comprehensive early childhood care program (Cartagena). With the purpose of determining what are the accompanying practices and strategies in each one of the institutions; Regarding the methodological design, the qualitative, research-action approach was used, carrying out a type of research by means of sample groups, making a description of the family environment, communication in the family and personal experience of the child. The sample of the study was 15 families, with children between 5 to 10 years old, 3 teachers of grade 2, 4 and early childhood. The instruments used were interviews with the students, parents and teachers, questionnaire for the entrance to parents, direct observation of the students and parents and a field diary of the accompaniment made by the parents regarding the tasks of your son in the classroom. According to the analysis of the applied instruments, the following data were visualized; 50% of the parents respond to all the commitments, participation about school tasks and visits to the institution when they are called the other 50% of the sample population do not respond, are absent in front of their duties with their children

    Caracterización de las interacciones pedagógicas en el grado sexto de la Institución Educativa Alvernia de Medellín

    The general objective of this work is to characterize the pedagogical interactions that favor the learning of sixth-grade students of the Alvernia Educational Institution in the city of Medellín, the interest in doing this work arises from the concern that as a teacher of the institution I have when I Observe the low academic performance of sixth-grade students who, despite coming mostly from doing elementary school at the same institution, face challenges that are sometimes difficult to achieve in sixth grade, especially at the academic level, thus increasing the dropout rate in this grade. As all characterization studies use qualitative and quantitative data to make descriptions of pedagogical interactions, the CLASS was used as an observation instrument, which evaluates three fundamental domains of pedagogical interaction, emotional support, instructional support, and the classroom organization. It is finally concluded that the pedagogical quality of the interactions between teachers and students of grade 6 is located at a medium-high level, with the domain of emotional support being the highest and the domain of instructional support the lowest

    Caracterización de los niveles de conciencia fonológica en estudiantes de primero, tercero y quinto de primaria de una institución pública de la ciudad de Cartagena Bolívar 2015

    Objective: To determine the levels of phonological awareness in students of first, third and fifth grade of a public institution of Cartagena. Methodology: This research deals with a quantitative approach to the data, descriptive cross-section, with a stratified random sampling with proportional allocation which allows each of the subjects that make up the population, have the same chance to be part of the study given informed consent, the sample was composed of 59 students, to which we applied the manual testing procedures Paula Yakuba. Results: In the population studied in the school Tunja in Cartagena, the gender was female predominance with 70% in the first and fifth grades with 65%, as the male was only 72% in the third grade, the group that most students settle this test were students in first with 21% followed by the fifth grade with 20% and the third grade with 18% of the population. Conclusion: Regarding phonological awareness levels evaluated three courses are in a phonemic first level with 62%, followed by a 83% third and fifth grade with 90.3%, however daring they are affected the intrasilabico levels during off with 62.2% which shows that some children have difficulty segmenting a word or syllable in attack or rhyme.

    Construcción de argumentos durante la producción de textos digitales

    Este artículo es el producto de una investigación que tuvo dentro de sus objetivos fortalecer el pensamiento crítico durante la escritura de textos digitales en ambientes de aprendizaje apoyados por herramientas de la web 2.0 en estudiantes de educación media, cuyos resultados concernientes a la habilidad de construcción de argumentos durante la producción de textos digitales están consignados igualmente en el presente escrito. El enfoque asumido en el estudio fue mixto y en él participaron treinta y dos estudiantes de grado once, quienes durante once sesiones elaboraron producciones escritas digitales que evidenciaran procesos de argumentación. Los resultados mostraron que es posible fortalecer la construcción de argumentos en las prácticas de escritura digital.

Para el logro de lo propuesto, los autores se han apoyado en las discusiones que alrededor del tema se han llevado a cabo dentro de las reuniones de la línea de investigación “Currículo” y en los desarrollos parciales del proyecto de investigación “Articulación curricular de la formación investigativa entre los niveles de educación media y superior en instituciones de la ciudad de Santiago de Cali”.

    In the first instance, it is necessary to highlight the essence of research on written communication in children from 5 and 6 years old from traditional games, highlighting that they are essential aspects for the timely development of children in various areas, it means, that it is necessary to mention that games are a conduit to guide the writing processes requiring tools to facilitate communication itself, through various elements, in such a way, what was consulted in this research was gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and laterality, highlighting that they are fundamental components to generate an adequate development of the muscles and the nervous system, to exercise precise movements, to generate abilities and skills with the possibility of translating ideas on paper, For that reason, traditional games and written communication are two processes that intertwined to strengthen children ´s capabilities since its evolution. Similarly, through written communication, children can interact with others. Therefore, it is necessary to mention that the general objective of the research was to analyze the incidence of traditional games in the development of written communication of children between 5 and 6 years old, for that reason, it is vital to mention that the methodology in this research was based on a clearly investigative process based on a state of the art, consolidated the construction of knowledge and significant learning about the topics addressed, that is why it was based on a matrix of review of both background and theoretical framework to group the relevant information and thus generate a reflection

    In order to know the importance of educational technology in the pediatric population, this research develops from the Multimedia Engineering, about videogames as a transcendental tool in education today, as it allows develop and encourage the logic of children and their learning in a playful and experiential manner, based on the above is essential to consider aspects such as the evolution of the game, types and use on the web. It is clear that one of the objectives seeking children who are between 7 and 11 years old are interested to know the basic process of programming through video games, a topic of great attraction for the infant, however for achieve this was important to know about the processes and types of children's learning through cognitive theory Piaget, leading to the development of research author. To end the investigation accompanied most areas of Multimedia Engineering and considering the Process Model Engineering Usability and Accessibility, is able to create the game that promises to meet the above objectives.

    This work of degree aims at the implementation of emerging technologies such as cell phones or tablets as teaching elements for mathematics trying to contribute to the improvement in understanding of them by children, also propose a rethinking of how it looks the technologies in the classroom and propose different ways that allow us to learn the knowledge in a more dynamic and entertaining way, in addition to showing the ludic benefits that a videogame can have. The Montessori method was used as a learning methodology since studies confirm that better results are obtained in teaching and better potentiate children's abilities to build and design a video game with which it can be used as a playful and didactic tool that can be used by the teachers as support in the classroom.

    The purpose of this project is to analyze how teachers conceive and exercise inclusion in their pedagogical practices; and recognize that the transversal pedagogical elements practical practices include the attention of children emphasizing those who have a special educational need, those who learn and teaching practices in front of the concept of inclusion that teachers have in a private garden; With them, it is sought to highlight pedagogical elements to take into account when carrying out practical practices inclusive, recognizing teachers to consider inclusion not only as a conceptual topic but also as a practice that accompanies all students in their Process of teaching and learning.For the realization of the research, the qualitative approach was used as a methodological basis, it was applied, interview, depth, writing, narrative relationships, relations with its inclusive practice in the classroom. The results show the different perspectives that the teachers interviewed have regarding the inclusion and how we carry out a course in the respective classrooms.

    Enseñando inglés con canciones

    El presente artículo expone la experiencia surgida luego de dos de los tres avances del proyecto de grado de la maestría en educación El empleo formalizado de canciones de música popular en inglés como herramienta de aprendizaje para trabajar pronunciación y gramática en un aula de inglés como lengua extranjera por parte de docentes de inglés en la Universidad San Buenaventura Cali. Este trabajo fue desarrollado con base en un grupo de estudiantes del programa de Licenciatura para la Primera Infancia que cursaban el tercero de los siete niveles de inglés que deben tomar. Esta práctica pretende aplicar un modelo que se ha venido empleando de modo no formalizado en distintos ámbitos de la enseñanza de idiomas, con el fin de verificar su eficacia con los aprendices de una lengua extranjera y multiplicar la experiencia entre los docentes de idiomas. Al ser la habilidad de escuchar la primera que regularmente desarrolla el común de la población, se tuvo en cuenta el programa del curso de nivel III del grupo objetivo de la investigación y se hicieron diagnósticos previos y posteriores a la aplicación de las canciones como material de clase. En general, el desempeño académico mejoró en gran medida por el efecto que tuvo sobre la motivación y la superación de barreras de índole actitudinal.

    According to the actual trend of teaching activities inside the classrooms, we aim to develop a playful tool to support teaching-learning processes in the industrial engineering program at university of san Buenaventura, the leading objective is to create spaces where it is possible to make analogies related to real-life problems presented at companies with the ludic activity raised, and with this take students to diver levels of reflection on the importance of learning basic competences in an active way helping minimize errors in real situations. With this ludic is pretended to generate communicative channels that facilitate the transmission of basic competences at industrial engineering program. The acceptance of the methods as a teaching-learning strategy of basic industrial competences was observed within the periods of time to perform the play. It is the primary task to generating a culture of implementation of these active methods within the classrooms

    This research arises in order to seek and implement strategies that help fifth graders of the school parish our Lady of Chiquinquirá can strengthen the production of textual, having as a facilitator between literary creation, the which offers a wide variety of literary genres and types that direct the writing and production of their own stories, poems, novels, short stories, among others, in which is reflected their reality, their feelings, their thinking and their learning. For this were constant observations and analysis of the writings of the students, which were full of imagination, creativity, expectations and of course a communicative purpose which enriched the minds of these children, providing the basis necessary to ensure that it is put into practice what they learned in the classroom and can thus express themselves before others whether it is oral or written more easily, and thus contribute to the development of language skills - speak, listen, read, write

    Estrategias lúdico-pedagógicas para niños con extra edad entre los 10-17 años en entornos rurales de Medellín

    Education in Colombia has had critical situations especially in rural areas, because of these circumstances strategies have been built to strengthen education, however not all cases are included, such as children considered to be older than immersed in problems such as work child, displacement or violence seek refuge in other cities. These children considered to be of extra age present a gap between their age and their academic level, this difference not only brings social problems, such as bullying, but academic problems, such as school failure. For this problem the Ministry of National Education developed the program of acceleration of education, which allows to reunite children with extra age, gives them a year to level up and return to the conventional education system. This program allowed the development of a strategy that improves the learning experience through pedagogical play material. The strategy strengthens the academic process by testing the knowledge of children to acquire a reward through the game

    Hábitos, técnicas de estudio y rendimiento académico en estudiantes de una institución educación a nivel superior

    This article aims to develop a theoretical review from the selection and organization of a set of texts and electronic documents related to study habits, study techniques and academic performance in university students, taking into account that habits and techniques are tools or resources that allow students to activate and develop their learning. Objective: To review the scientific evidence on study habits, techniques and academic performance in higher education students. Methodology: A search for information was conducted in different databases (Google Scholar, BASE, scienceDirect, Scielo, Taylor & Francis, ERIC, and Innovare), therefore, only specialized journals in the field of health and education were searched, in which, by using the descriptors chosen as a search strategy, several studies were found in Spanish and English language that addressed the subject of study techniques and habits, highlighting the application of exclusion and inclusion criteria that were taken into account for the search of articles. Results: From the bibliographic search, 10 articles were obtained in which it was possible to demonstrate that three quarters of the researches used found significant differences between the academic performance of higher education students who did or did not practice study habits and techniques. Conclusion: The importance of the review could be evidenced, due to the need to strengthen and evaluate study habits and techniques in students in order to optimize the teaching and learning processes developed in school contexts and thus avoid desertion

    La importancia del juego como agente motivador del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los niños

    El presente trabajo busca reconocer la importancia del juego como agente motivador del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los niños para que los maestros puedan implementarlos como estrategia didáctica alejándose un poco de la educación tradicional para que los niños se conviertan en agentes activos de su conocimiento y puedan comprender que aprender no tiene que ser aburrido sino divertido y placentero. Este trabajo está sustentado con una base teórica de varios autores que hablan sobre la importancia del juego y la motivación en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje, y como estas dos están relacionadas, además de buscar trabajos de grado que se realizaron sobre estas dos grandes categorías del juego y la motivación. Asimismo, para demostrar esta importancia se escogió la metodología cualitativa más específica el enfoque de investigación acción participativa donde se pudo intervenir y observar una seria de secuencias didácticas basadas en el juego en el grado prejardín de un centro educativo, además a través del diario pedagógico plasmar los importantes hallazgos los cuales demuestran que el juego es una gran estrategia pedagógica para motivar a los niños para conseguir aprendizajes.

    Las inteligencias múltiples: una alternativa pedagógica para promover el aprendizaje de los niños y las niñas en la educación inicial

    This investigation had as purpose to determine how the Theory of the Multiple Intelligences; proposed by the American psychologist Howard Gardner, it was transformed into a pedagogical alternative to promote learning in the boys and girls of the pre-school grade of Beverly Hills. This research work has adopted a qualitative approach, since a description and interpretation of the skills and attitudes of boys and girls in the pre-school grade of the aforementioned institution was made, because the intelligences that underlie the classroom. All this was carried out through activities, which allowed the students to strengthen their dimensions and abilities. For the collection of information, the technique of observation, documentary review and interview was implemented. The methodology that was used was the action research, in a population with boys and girls that oscillate in ages of 3 to 4 years. The final result of this research was the design of a proposal as a pedagogical alternative for optimal and comprehensive learning of boys and girls in the pre-school grade, for this reason a table of pedagogical activities was elaborated, with the purpose that the teachers, parents and more actors in the educational process, can identify what characteristics children have each of the intelligences and how they learn best taking into account their predominant intelligence.

    El juego una posibilidad para fortalecer el pensamiento aleatorio desde la resolución de problemas en los niños y niñas del grado segundo B de la Institución Educativa Betsabé Espinal

    The following research was carried out at the educational institution Betsabé Espinal in the Municipality of Bello in grade 2-B, the objective of this work was to take advantage of the game as didactic strategy to approach random thinking from the resolution of situations problem, taking into account the qualitative paradigm as flexible research and action research with an interpretative approach, an instrument was applied as a strategy for data collection with the help of the group's head teacher. As a problem situation, the lack of strategies in the classroom by the teachers was evidenced of lower grades in educational institutions and the poor management of random thinking to be approached, in the results it could be noticed that the children's learning was enriched from the strategy of the game that was proposed in each encounter and the way in which the situation was presented, since it demanded them to carry out logical processes of analysis, interpretation, to raise hypothesis and to give them possible solutions, to classify and to order among other aspects that strengthen the random thought as the chance, the intuition and the comparison

    El lenguaje natural del niño como clave para la enseñanza de la lectura en el grado preescolar

    The present work is based on conventional processes, the communicative dimension and the natural language of children. This in order to identify mechanisms or strategies that contribute to teaching and learning, having as a fundamental key the natural language that they acquire in their environment of coexistence before entering an educational institution. The educational sector has not been strictly considered the study of the child's natural language, this to focus on what governs the education system, that is why we work from the communicative dimension, where the student has the possibility of being heard and cut with the conventional processes that still exist, where the child must be recognized as a playful being and perform activities that generate enjoyment, pleasure and enjoyment, in order to obtain a more meaningful teaching and learning process. In general terms, it could be said that the possible place of enunciation that is established in front of the conventional processes in the communicative dimension, susceptible of a look in the key of a natural language in the child is the family, because it is evident that the children arrive at the school with great tools provided in their homes to start their learning process and it is necessary for the school to be aware that parents are the first trainers of children in the communicative dimension and it is necessary for teachers to trust and have account that parents can be part of the training process that the child receives in the classroom and thus be able to make their learning is actually meaningful for their lives. That is why the methodology is qualitative in which an interpretative and naturalistic approach to the subject of study is included, this means that the qualitative researcher studies things in their natural environments, trying to give meaning or interpretation to the meanings that people give them
