    Contingencias de las estructuras familiares del milenio

    La Familia como la máxima institución social, ha cambiado en su estructura, funcionamiento y ciclo vital. Es considerada como un sujeto prevalente de derechos y un nuevo actor social, a nivel nacional e internacional. En sus relaciones ecosistémicas, dinámicas, flexibles y adaptativas, es influenciada por los fenómenos socio-económicos, culturales y políticos del tercer milenio, que afectan todas la estructuras familiares, según su estrato socio-económico y condiciones. El artículo referencia algunos de los eventos, que deben ser considerados en la formación profesional universitaria, en la formulación de política pública y en la modernización de las legislaciones que amparan a la familia o a sus miembros. Tales son: Modernización del Estado y reformas legislativas, Movilidad social. Remesas Familiares. Desplazamiento forzado. Desigualdad en el capital humano.     Ejercicio del poder en la gestión administrativa de instituciones educativas : lectura desde el artículo cómo se ejerce el poder de Michel Foucault (1984) y el documento directrices para la educación franciscana Id y enseñad (orden de frailes menores, 2009)

    During the last decades, the educational institutions of the Franciscan Community have prompted to stay and grow in the educational field. However, in this developing process they have vanished the relational components proposed by the Franciscan document Id y Enseñad (OFM, 2009). The new ways of the relations generated in these institutions are the target of study of this research. Method. This research is based on my experience as a priest and administrator of the educational institutions of the Franciscan Community. The purpose of this study is to provide an outlook of the documents promulgated by the National Educational Minister between 1994 and 2015, the document Id y enseñad (OFM, 2009), and the article Cómo se ejerce el poder (Foucault, 1984). These documents contribute with a truthful perspective of what the legislation and administration must look like on the Franciscan educational institutions. Findings. Based on Foucault’s theory, the relationships of power regulate the administrative practices established to achieve the institutional, state, and Franciscan Community goals. These practices are evident in the documents, such as the school plan of improvement project, the internal work policies, the staff profiles, etc.

    Patrimonio cultural inmaterial de la comunidad afrocolombiana del Pacífico Sur: descripción de los principales mecanismos jurídicos para su salvaguarda

    This article reflects on a study whose main objective is to describe the safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (CIH) of the Afro-Colombian communities of the South Pacific, constituted by ancestral practices and identity elements, transmitted most often orally from generation to generation. The interest of this subject corresponds to the need to promote the identity strengthening and the sense of belonging of the Afro-Colombian communities; in addition, to recognize the importance of culture in Colombian society, in a way that she continues to proclaim and safeguard multiculturalism. In this context, the first section will address some recent definitions of the CIH as a normative category; Then, some of the intangible cultural manifestations of the South Pacific region of Colombia are described. Finally, legal mechanisms are developed for its safeguarding, and some persistent problems that impede the protection of the ICP in Afro-descendant communities in the Colombian South Pacific will be outlined. The methodology used in the research that gives rise to the text is qualitative, with descriptive approach and exploratory scope. The tracking centered on documentary sources such as declarations of international organizations, primers and web documents of some Colombian ministries, norms, jurisprudence, press and specialized articles.
