But, in the case of the English language we found that for one side when it is taught, the intercultural competence is laid aside and there is more emphasis on other competences, on the other hand, the intercultural competence is taken into account but focusing on one country like is the case of the United States. It is for that reason that the purpose of this research is to show how through the comparative analysis between songs and literary works in English and Spanish in the light of thematology, we can see how our cultural contextiv (the Spanish –speaking Caribbean) gets closer to an anglophone cultural context, in the framework of the intercultural relation.

In this way, an imbalance of the language is made in the Afro-Colombian literature, as well as an appreciation of these changes as a cultural heritage that frames the aspect of the political resistance of this community, and finally, a recognition of this perception as a resource is proposed. of analysis by other critics.

These implant technological strategies that brings closer the students to have new experiences based on the appropriation, the resources and implementation of new materials that allows learning to be innovating, satisfying and full of diverse knowledge. Due to this reason, it is necessary to recognize the problem that the rural school has in the town of El Retiro, Antioquia. Also, find strategies that can help the application of TIC in the education to make better not only our children, but along with our teachers, parents and the community in general. This will give the answer needed for a diverse, communicative, technological world. Likewise we will experiment from the rural school of the town El Retiro, Antioquia, their needs, problems and comprehension about Communication Technologies, respect of the innovation and the possible offers that they will receive at the moment they obtain a new technological model in the school. However, to notice the merge of the subject and the intention with the one, it has to be presented for the acceptance in the educational society. In addition, they will be accompany by training, investigations, speeches and academic spaces. This will let the individual explore a process of recognition and a space of feedback where they can present their doubts, suggestions and the academic advances in the community. This will prove how the TIC let get together with new learning achieved, thanks to the Communication technologies

Tiene el único propósito de comunicar el valor espiritual, emocional e histórico de esas comunidades que han sido vulneradas y olvidadas por la mayoría de su población. En primera instancia se trabajará con la cultura Páez, la representación gráfica y escrita de su lengua Nasa Yuwe y su cosmovisión, las cuales se han venido olvidando a lo largo de los años. Utilizaremos el vestuario y la moda como la herramienta ideal para promover la identidad, el arte y la cultura de nuestros antepasados, para llegar a mujeres Colombianas y la población en general.
