For it initially he provides evidence of his identity and define the mobbing and his demonstrations in the job environments. The analysis of its incidence on the quality of life of the workers straightaway takes effect and lines of action are intended to prevention, mitigation and overcoming of such practices within the organizational climate. By means of a descriptive methodology based in the analysis and documentary revision that includes the bibliographic topical level international, national and local production, in the last ten years. The importance of reflecting on this subject matter comes from the consequences of the mobbing on the job environments and the health of the workers. Essentially he acquires a comprehensive vision about the phenomenon that is correspondingly with the present-day trends of thought related to management and administrative, proposing better tools to guide the practices of organizational development that favor the on-the-job quality of life.

Thence, the objective of this research is to give answer to the question ¿What strategies of relational market and educational market are useful to generate a significant contribution to the University of San Buenaventura, specificly Medellín Campus, thus accomplish a better image for the university and to create a loyalty to the people of the psychology faculty? This, in order to understand that the economic context has had a significant impact on the direction of the organization. From this socioeconomic point of view, the second chapter shows that the productivity and profitability of the organization depends on the way in which the senior director impacts on the staff of his organization, which is why it is necessary to differentiate the skills that characterize the work of the senior director (Leader) the managing executive (manager) in order to motivate the reflection of why the having to be of the mastery will be related in senior management and not in upper management. Finally, to present in the third chapter how the Senior Director uses his skills and competences to lead the organization from a humanizing treatment that inspires the organization to be profitable and sustainable.

The goal is to describe the different situations dealt with during the administrative management and identify the management experiences with which those situations described where overcome. To achieve the close analysis, the qualitive method as used, due to the fact that its use allowed a strict aproximation to the goals of this study. A non-probable sample was taken in five subjects whose institute’s membership, knowledge of the administrative management from the last period (2010-2013) to the most recently analized (2013-2016), the institute stuggled with a financial imbalance as a consequence of the crisis born in the preceding period (2011-2013). As a consequence, different organizational and academic processes were affected, for which the administration developed strategic management for handling of those situations, achieving stability for the institutional processes.

The articles tracked in three important colombian newspapers, namely, El Espectador, El País and El Tiempo, about the teachers’ stoppages happened in the referred period, talk about continuous demands and oficial petitions in educational quality and give clue about the intrinsic relationship of this educational quality with the approach of management in the educational policies. The need to extrapolate the organizational and administrative knowledge –under the humanistic filter corresponding to educational institutions- toward the management of public education has to be considered and converted to a fundamental and daily practice in every educational statements for a sostenible development. Fecode’s demands point to this dinamic and the answers from the State, usually, go contravia respect to it and they privilege economic and political iniciatives that, usually, walk around the progressive privatization of education.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoCaracterización del currículo del Colegio Gimnasio los Pinares para la construcción de una propuesta de direccionamiento estratégico de la gestión académica(2018) Flórez Restrepo, Daniela; Medina Díaz, Laura Andrea; Ortega Rojas, Carlos MarioThis research defined how the different elements from the curriculum work, to make a strategic direction proposition from Gimnasio los Pinares’ academic management. To achieve this goal a descriptive investigation was made with a qualitative phenomenological approach, following Hernández et al. (2014, p. 511), exploring, describing and understanding the experiences from Pinares’ community related to the curriculum. Because this was a shared design, the route was clear and it had minimum variations in the process. There were personal interviews, focus groups with opened, semi-structured and structured questions. At the end of this project, there were some conclusions made, associated with Pinares’ curriculum, showing coherence in many aspects from strategic and mission processes. Others were left opened in a reflective way, remarking the fact that they could keep working on them. Finally, gender differentiated education as one of the cornerstones of the School’s approach as a result of being objected and left behind. Consequently, there was a proposition responding to added value asked by the quality management. This could be similar to other schools, but in this case there is a theoretical foundation, in coherence between the pedagogical approach and the curricular design, in order to embody the objectives of this project.

Novedosa en tanto sólo hasta ahora se despierta el interés por pensarse dicha conjunción en nuestro contexto colombiano y atrevida por cuanto la práctica del management se asume como exclusiva de la gran corporación y por lo tanto alejada de los servicios educativos que siempre han sido direccionados desde la buena voluntad y el corazón de maestros con cargos directivos o por empresarios con racionalidad mercantil sin ningún perfil de educadores. El documento, entonces, más que un referente teórico o metodológico sobre el management de servicios educativos, es un texto que recoge cavilaciones entorno a esta conjunción. Cavilaciones que transitan por la figura del management como alto director para los servicios educativos en nuestro contexto de manera que se asuma progresivamente la necesidad, pertinencia y oportunidad de esta figura dentro de las actuales lógicas de mercantilización, liberalización y transnacionalización de los servicios educativos.

Its objective is to describe the methodology for managing materials derived from construction and demolition in this way mitigate the environmental impact of said solid waste in cities. Given the problem of solid waste generated by buildings in their process of construction and demolition in the city of Cartagena, it can be said that it is practically a need to have a real use and manage this waste for the different areas that need it. In this article, the different works that have been carried out and their solution tools to dispose of RCD solid waste from construction derivatives and their contribution to the solution of different environmental problems are evaluated in a documentary way. Having said the study problem for the investigation, the qualitative research approach was used, at the descriptive level and once the study problem was certain, an exploratory documentary-bibliographic investigation was started. Reflexión práctica desde lo humano y lo empresarial(Universidad de San Buenaventura - Cali, 2016-01) Robles García, Lina TatianaCon el presente artículo se pretende hacer una comparación entre dos términos esenciales en la actualidad de la ciencia administrativa: dirección y estrategia. Se efectúa una descripción teórica del concepto dirección y los elementos que lo integra y se identifica la conceptualización de la estrategia desde diferentes perspectivas teóricas y su importancia en el origen de la administración estratégica. Al exponer los resultados del estudio en forma de discusión, se devela cómo la estrategia afecta el funcionamiento eficiente de la dirección y desvía la concepción propia del término enfocada en el ser humano, para conducir la atención solo a los resultados materiales de las estrategias y objetivos de las empresas. Sin embargo, como conclusión de este escrito, se lleva a cabo una reflexión acerca de la importancia de introducir con mayor rigidez el factor humano en la enseñanza de la administración, como temática y énfasis principal del programa de estudio impartido por las instituciones educativas.

- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLa ética profesional en la toma de decisiones gerenciales en proyectos arquitectónicos(2020-10-20) Urbano Prasca, Sergio Francisco; Martinez Cañaveras, Jaime EnriqueProfessional ethics applied in managerial decision-making is one of the aspects that determine the proper development of an architectural project, which ensures the social, economic and environmental responsibility of its execution. This article aims to describe the impact that this entails, from two perspectives, ethical and non-ethical behavior, based on organizational and individual principles. This type of research corresponds to a descriptive documentary exploration with a qualitative approach. It is divided into three phases, the first deals with professional ethics and management, the second relates these concepts to the management decision-making of architectural projects and the decision process in conflicts generated by ethics. Finally, a count of three Colombian accidents is made, where a lack of ethics by professionals in architecture is evident. We conclude that the manager is the central axis of a project, in which the guidelines for codes of ethics and principles depend on whether his functions keep ethics in mind, this largely means avoiding legal problems and damages to all the actors in the project, which can be disastrous.

Conceiving and producing sustainable cities is the urban or architectural form that implies a series of changes, above all political and economic. The construction of civil and urban works are the factors that most drive a greater impact on the environment and what most are concerned about as they affirm (Alavedra, 2018) “climate change, greenhouse gases, and the possibility of that drinking water, which is 12%, runs out.” The study population is the reference of the works and articles that have been selected by project management, sustainable architecture and sustainable economic model in Colombia as their research topic. The sample framework included five works and those found in the bases of data (random or backup). In the construction of civil works in Colombia, the quality and the possibility of a healthy and sustainable space must be imposed as ordered by Decree Law 2811 of 1974. The objective of this article is to analyze the application of the fundamental principles adopted by architecture to become a sustainable architecture through project management. Among the recommendations, it is assumed that in Colombia old practices continue to be used for the issue of sustainability in civil and architectural works, it is necessary to manage project management for these new practices in innovation and thus use regulatory instruments on architecture. and sustainable urban planning.
