This phenomenon may be the result of early learning in adolescents according to the researchers theorists that we took into account in our research which aims to analyze protective factors and risks associated with early pregnancy to 12 adolescents aged between 13 to 19 years of the school Guillermo Angulo Gómez of the city of Ibague, using instruments such as semi-structured interview and focus group through the conversation technique, covering the family, sociocultural and psychological category from the descriptive, qualitative phenomenological approach. Obtaining as relevant results in relation to the protective factors for the family category that the studied population was instructed by a family member about the possible physical changes given in adolescence, for the sociocultural category the adolescents perceive that women do not only have the role of being mothers, on the contrary they are made to transform the old vision, and finally, for the psychological category the participants experienced emotions such as fear, confusion, sadness, despair and disappointment when they realized that they were pregnant and not denied. On the other hand, the most relevant risk factor is that the participants considered that after being pregnant there were many changes in their life project.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLa juventud campesina en los programas de Acción Cultural Popular(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2014-01) Silva Cantillo, Nurys EsperanzaEste artículo es un análisis de las publicaciones del semanario El Campesino entre los años 1958 y 1990. El Campesino fue el medio de difusión de Acción Cultural Popular que gracias a la cooperación internacional y al apoyo de las políticas públicas nacionales logró consolidarse como el proyecto de educación radial más importante de América Latina. El estudio revela cómo las comunicaciones de prensa intentaron por una parte, mantener la población rural al margen de las ideas socialistas en boga y por la otra, difundir los ideales y comportamientos que deberían llevar a cabo los campesinos en su vida cotidiana a fin de contribuir al desarrollo de Colombia. Los resultados muestran que la configuración de esta clase trabajadora se forjó a base de consignas tales como el incremento de la productividad, las nociones de higiene, el consumo de productos, la migración y la colonización. Esta clase trabajadora, de manera paradójica, es al mismo tiempo un grupo subordinado y subsidiario de la economía y protagonista del desarrollo. Los programas difundidos a través de El Campesino muestran cómo bajo la noción de progreso se consolidaron visiones diferenciales de la juventud y la ciudadanía en el país. Si bien entre las poblaciones urbanas la ampliación del periodo educativo y la construcción de espacios de ocio para los jóvenes eran sinónimo de adelanto, en el campo estos fueron considerados mera “fuerza de trabajo” disponible para la tecnificación de las labores agrícolas, la colonización de tierras baldías y el desarrollo de la industria para el progreso nacional.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoSignificaciones de la Influencia de los medios de comunicación en la experiencia del consumo de SPA(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2019) De la Valle Tangarife, Sthefanny; Botina Narváez, Sandra LorenaThe article presented below is the result of research on meanings attributed to the influence of the media on the experience of SPA consumption in four young graduates of rehabilitation centers. The study method was qualitative, with a descriptive interest, using the semi-structured interview as a technique for obtaining information; Likewise, the hermeneutic analysis was deepened in order to understand what are the meanings attributed by young people to the influence of the media on the consumption experience of psychoactive substances (SPA), through specific objectives such as: knowing what the media that most frequent young people, identify how they influence the beginning of the consumer experience and determine what are the attitudes, beliefs and emotions that young people have built in front of the media based on this experience. From the theoretical perspective of social constructionism, the stories of young people are analyzed, finding as a result that, in front of the media: they refer properly to social networks, expressing that through them, stereotypes and lifestyles are transmitted depending on the role and role of each subject in their environment; based on the above, attitudes, beliefs and emotions are built from the influence of these media, also, they have elaborated subjective constructions around the social context in which they are registered, these constructions are linked to the duty to be of a society, in relation to what is expected at the individual, family, collective, and professional level from an ethical, political and social sense; finally, it is recognized that the media are sources of information that transmit contents that are directly related to the interests of each community and for this reason, they become attractive from the auditory and the visual.
