    This reflection paper describes the administrative models that have emerged over time and the strategies companies manage to be successful, this is the base that has been used to formulate the objective of this investigation and through this It will be possible to determine the models and strategies used by Comfama and how they have been applied. Theoretically, several sources are used explaining types of administrative models and business strategies, as a contribution to the methodological approach, which is the type of documentary document, where sources are used obtain information from other knowledge and from there is a basis for the achievement of the general objective.
