- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLa actividad física como factor protector del consumo de sustancias psicoactivas(2017) Morales Arango, Laura Estefanía; Rodríguez Molina, Marinela; Cano Bedoya, Víctor HugoThe objective of this investigation is to make an approximation to the physical activity as a protector factor against the consumption of psychoactive substances in various groups of people, who assist at the Instituto de Deportes y Recreación (INDERES) ´s sport programs, during the second semester of 2016. According to the review of antecedents, a high motivation when beginning and maintaining sports practice are the key for this constituted in a protective factor of use of psychoactive substances. Because of this in this investigation there were two questionnaires, first MIMCA, to evaluate the motivation of beginning and staying in a sports practice was used, and the screening proof: Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test (ASSIST), for the psychoactive substances consumption The Methodology used in this investigation was quantitative, of transverse type, also sociodemographic information was collected from a sample of 379 beneficiaries. Between the most significant findings, it is emphasized that in the population object of study, the motivation for beginning and the maintaining in physical activity are high, and in these people the sport acts like a factor of protection in the abuse of substances like cigarette, weed and alcoholic drinks; and on other substances such as cocaine, ecstasy, inhalants, tranquilizers and hallucinogens it’s constituted as a protector of consumption an abuse, taking in account the low prevalence in the use of these. - PublicaciónRestringidoAtribuciones causales y desempeño académico en estudiantes de una universidad privada en Cartagena(2019-08-28) Aguilera Chamorro, Yuleinys Isabel; Altamar Monsalve, Katerine Cristina; Castro Vásquez, Angie Susana; Pardo Maza, Víctor ManuelThe purpose of this study, with a quantitative approach and a descriptive-correlational scope, was to describe the relationship between causal attributions and academic performance in students of a private university in the city of Cartagena, to fulfill this objective, two scales were applied to the subjects, the attributional style sub-scale (SEAT-01) and the Record of perception of academic performance, effort and achievement. It was carried out at the University of San Buenaventura with the students of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Recreation and Sports, who through a convenience sampling, made up a sample of 20 subjects. Regarding the results, it was found that the only statistically significant negative correlation was between the perception of effort and the predominance of external causal attributions, with respect to the others, a negative correlation was reported between the perception of academic performance and the predominance of causal attributions external, a negative correlation is also observed between perception of effort and the predominance of external causal attributions, finally, it was found that the greater the predominance of external causal attributions, the less use of the subjects..

Based on the information found related to the research topic and based on testimonies of people working under this modality, it was found that a person who has flexible schedules is more efficient and sees the “free time” factor as a motivation to achieve their objective with better results than a person with a longer working day, who generally manages to be productive for the first 6 hours of work and is usually more likely to fail in consequence of the physical and mental exhaustion that comes with the performance of a repetitive activity affecting the level of productivity of the company

At the same time, the strengths and weaknesses were detected, a serie of activities using songs and music in English were designed as a tool to propend motivation, to the students and finally to apply a pedagogical action to improve their English in a meaning way. This process implied the usage of the qualitative research in the framework of the action research as a methodology and as a conclusion; the goals were plenty reached where the students showed a better interest, motivation, discipline improvement for the English learning through the songs..

The purpose of this research is to characterize the styles of leadership and work motivation and determine the level of correlation of these variables on employees Packaging Company S.A. Through a quantitative approach research and descriptive-exploratory type was carried out mediating these variables, using the CMT Fernando Toro (1985) and MLQ Bass and Avolio (1997) version adapted and validated by Vega & Zabala ( 2004), obtaining results aimed at establishing transformational leadership as the most representative organization style, and highlighting internal and external motivational factors that have strong partnerships with leadership styles. Finally we conclude what trends leadership in the organization, what are the relevant motivational factors for employees, and levels of association between the variables of leadership and motivation are.

This problem is associated with difficulties to physical, psychological, family and social levels. In the process of change in the face this problem, motivation plays an important role. The objective of this research is to explain how to conceive professionals and therapeutic community model motivation towards the process of change in the treatment of people consuming psychoactive substances. For information collection participated in the different therapeutic areas of the treatment program, streamlining by the multidisciplinary team. Similarly, the institution documents were reviewed and interviews were ahead with professionals in the areas of psychology, social work, occupational therapy, and "Therapeutic operators". Found that professionals conceive how intrinsic motivation, where they must remain static throughout the process and that multiple factors can intervene in it, where responsible for their motivation to change is the resident. Change as a linear and one-dimensional State focused directly on the consumer. However, in the therapies used in the therapeutic community, the external factor plays a fundamental role to generate motivation for change, introducing a discrepancy between what the professionals think about motivation and what is reflected in their practices.

The physical capacities of speed, explosive force, reaction speed and flexibility were evaluated using the battery of Jáuregui and Ordoñez (1993). Regarding the motivational component, a motivation questionnaire called the AMPTET Test was implemented ”. Finally, the correlation between physical abilities and motivation was made. The research was carried out under a quantitative correlative methodology, where 49 ninth grade students participated. In the female gender, the qualification in terms of motivation was positive, the physical education class is a space for them to be motivated to generate learning strategies; With regard to the fisicomotrices capacities, the women presented better results in the tests of flexibility and explosive strength. There were no correlations between both variables. According to the masculine gender, the motivation towards the physical education class presented positive results in the strategy and assessment of learning; while in the fisicomotrices capacities the men who were faster in the test of 20 meters were also the fastest in the one of 50 meters

To support change management, we propose the use of gamification as an alternative to improve the motivation of people who present game techniques in environments that are not. With the support of gamification and the use of the methodology proposed by Dedalus, change management is supported, which offers a strategy that can be applied in the implementation of an ERP in the public sector. The case study is oriented to the financial department of the company and aims to increase the motivation towards the process of surveying necessary processes to use the methodology proposed by the ERP provider. The results of the gamified process are compared to a non-gamified scenario. The expected results are an improvement in the results obtained with the gamification strategy. Subsequently, this must be done and the strategy adjusted so that it can be used in the next phases of implementation of the ERP.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoDescripción de factores motivacionales docentes para la estructuración, planeación, aplicación y participación en actividades extracurriculares de carácter escolar de la Institución Educativa Marco Tobón Mejía del Municipio de Santa Rosa de Osos(2022) Monsalve Fernández, Sebastián; Ríos Estrada, Beatriz Elena; Grupo de Estudios Interdisciplinarios Sobre Educación - ESINEDEl presente proceso investigativo tuvo como objeto hacer una descripción de los factores de motivación docente para la estructuración, planeación, aplicación y participación en actividades extracurriculares de carácter escolar de la institución educativa Marco Tobón Mejía del Municipio de Santa Rosa de Osos, aplicando a 46 docentes de dicha institución “El cuestionario de Motivación para el Trabajo (CMT)” elaborado por Fernando Toro Álvarez(1984), la metodología fue de carácter experimental descriptivo cuantitativo o mixto, el análisis estadístico efectuandose con el programa SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) static versión 25 de IBM, se hallaron aspectos como las frecuencias, porcentajes, media, mediana, moda… de forma general y como principales resultados de este proceso investigativo encontrándose que los participantes (docentes) presentan un alto grado de motivación a la realización de actividades extracurriculares desde Auto-realización (= 3.55), Grupo de Trabajo (=3.37) Dedicación a la Tarea (=3.36) y Contenido del Trabajo (=3.27), como conclusión general se identificó que la orientación motivacional de los docentes a la participación en las actividades extracurriculares de carácter escolar se da desde lo extrínseco y profesional.

The research methodology was qualitative, with case study approach, this methodology allowed a closer approach with the enviroment, people an their learning opportunities. From a series of techniques and isntruments it was posible to collect the necessary information to be able of the enviroment its posible to reach a meaningful learning, because this is acquired by the children through the indivudal experience lived in the enviroment where they gives a true sense an applicability to their daily life, in addition with this stand out the importance of the teacher´s rol as a mediator of spaces and possibilities where the child can give their opinión, search information, ask questions, make mistakes, without teachers this would not be posible

Once applied the following results were obtained: internal motivational conditions as the factor which lowest is scored is self-realization and the highest is recognition on the preferred means to obtain desired remuneration at work the factor lowest scored was acceptance of authority and the highest was requisitioning, in external motivational conditions the lowest factor was work content and the highest salary.

For the above, it is necessary to make a diagnosis to identify motivation, satisfaction, reciprocity and participation through two psychological instruments; “Cuestionario de Motivación para el Trabajo” of Fernando Toro and the first measurement test job satisfaction, in order to establish action strategies and propose a plan of psychosocial intervention according to the results. Concludes employee motivation goes from the economic compensation to supply their basic needs through social recognition and prestige. Furthermore, the motivators of workers evolve over time and according to the employee is covering their needs and desires.

In this study of exploratory descriptive nature in an intentional sample of actors and experts in human management, shows conceptions, experiences and some results on the processes of training and motivation of the worker and its incidence in the conscious leadership for a more humane development in the organizations work. A questionnaire was developed to an apply on a selected population, not random, allows, as in this case, to identify in analytical empirical form, the action and intervention that the format or proposes to implement through a process of training in knowledge and learning agreed with The company achieving competence, personal and professional development, aligning the worker towards the service with corporate and individual objectives. The study addresses these categories from the employee perception, with the aim of achieving a better understanding from the worker´s perspective, who is truly the one that interprets the working reality and gives it meaning. Consequently the research was performed using a qualitative reasearch approach supported by the focus group technique for data collection. It was possible to identify in the study, the existence of relations between the perception that employees have of their bosses leadership styles and their motivation at work, finding that there are behaviours that enable and favour the working motivation or that are detrimental to it, according to the perceived leadership styles.
