- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoComponapps : plataforma web de recomendación de compra de componentes de hardware basado en los requerimientos del software usado por los usuarios(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2022) Orozco Peña, Juan Pablo; Pedroza García, Julián; Peñeñory, Victor ManuelConscientes de que muchas personas no tienen la competencia técnica para seleccionar y comprar las partes requeridas para el ensamble de un computador, y teniendo en cuenta que las dinámicas después de la pandemia cambiaron en áreas como la educación, el trabajo, incluso el ocio, lo que abrió la posibilidad para desarrollar aplicativos que busquen solucionar dicho problema, los autores se plantearon desarrollar una plataforma web como sistema de recomendación dirigido a compra de componentes de un computador dependiendo del perfil de uso de la persona, para ello, se utilizó la metodología design thinking, y con la ayuda de otras herramientas, se logró diseñar y poner a prueba la aplicación denominada componapps, la cual, a partir de la selección de programas a necesitar por parte del usuario, genera una lista de partes que permiten una configuración a la medida del cliente, en este sentido, la aplicación tuvo una buena aceptación según encuestas realizadas, donde las reseñas fueron en su mayoría positivas, y cuando esto no se dio, permitió utilizar la información para realizar mejoras a la solución.

To achieve it, a group of children between 4 and 6 years old was selected; the approach of the research was about geometric figures and its relationship with the environment. This research was carried out by means of direct and participative observations, where was evidenced the teaching guidelines for geometric figures at class rooms; to determinate a convenient way to support teachers and strengthen the geometric figures learning in children. A field study was made by presenting the didactic environment to children and grownups. Surveys was made to collect data which was used to get the conclusion about the didactic environment efficiency as a learning support tool.

The application was developed with the tolos HTML5, Canvas, CSS, MYSQL, server Apache, PHP, Framework Codeigniter along with a design developed in Illustrator. The application consists of 3 didactic games, which have 3 levels with different difficulty each. The first game is Object Classification. Selection and dragging of objects by mouse. The second game is Space Orientation. Avatar movement by means of the arrows of the keyboard. The third game is Quantities. Selecting objects by clicking. In turn this development has an administrator profile which was developed for teachers. In this you can check the progress status of each student, Create new users. It allows to send reports with comments and to give statistics.

As well, in the facial recognition proccess involves a data set that allows the training of the system through prior knowledge, therefore it is created a database of Children‘s face images where they are subjected to a pre-processing to meet the requirements and can be used by the recognition algorithms. The most optimal model for the recognition of emotions is designed and the prototype tests are carried out with the students of the Liceo San José educational institution. To evaluate facial recognition techniques, we have considered three variables that allow to measure the performance of each technique. These variables are defined by the time it takes the system to learn, the Euclidean distance and the error rate, which corresponds to the emotion recognition percentage, what will be discussed in the results and analysis chapter

This graduation project contains a business plan for the development of INAP and its establishment in the market. To achieve from market research performed by analyzing various sectors and choosing one in particular as they are institutions of higher education in Colombia, in order to analyze the state of competition and INAP on the market; decisions as to the market entry strategies, operational aspects and finally a financial analysis to assess the feasibility of taking INAP platform.

Providing students an interactive and easily accessible on-campus tool with basic information to consult.It is demonstrated how the use of interactive kiosks, has successfully impacted other projects, where it is required to provide information of easy and agile access to users.It also describes the process of researching and choosing the software and hardware tools used for the development of the project, making comparisons between the various free web development frameworks, that currently exist and the hardware used to develop the project. Research and comparison of the different microcomputers and input devices are carried out, which can be used for the development of the project, choosing based on technical and knowledge criteria. The study, design and construction of an interface that gives users a complete experience as to what their needs are required. The choice of interfaces is made through iterations of tests with users, which not only validate the user interface but also the experience they get when interacting with the software.

The function of the elements that are part of the system is to assess user skills in different areas of knowledge pertaining to the multimedia engineering program at the University of San Buenaventura. The scope of the project is to develop a series of games to assess user skills in three specific areas: Logical-numerical reasoning, problem solving ability and basic graphic design concept. Video games developed on the Unity Platform. In each game the user plays the character "Doug", who is represented by the original design of a "digital dog" created by designer Dario Bolivar, who currently teaches Multimedia Engineering program. Doug has to traverse different challenges divided into three stages. The project is designed to operate on Windows operating system.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoSymphycs : plataforma web de simulación para reforzar el aprendizaje de las tres primeras leyes de Newton enfocada en jóvenes de décimo grado(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2022) Ortega Yate, Carlos Andrés; Pérez León, Juan Pablo; Hurtado Banguero, Andrés FelipeEn este proyecto se abarco la problemática de como los jóvenes que cursan el décimo grado de educación secundaria, no poseen de una herramienta intuitiva y sencilla para el reforzar su aprendizaje de las tres primeras leyes de Newton, los cuales son principios básicos de la física. En base a la metodología Desing Thinking se realizó el diseño de una página web, en la cual se implementan simulaciones de circunstancias de la vida real, donde se pueden presentar los conceptos de las tres leyes de newton. Permitiendo al usuario una interacción practica de las tres leyes. El aplicativo fue implementado en el ecosistema del motor de videojuegos Unity, el cual permitirá la creación de la página web Symphycs, utilizando animaciones 2D para las explicaciones de las simulaciones y modelos 3D para las diferentes interacciones de la simulación. Por último, la plataforma fue testeada con jóvenes de décimo grado, los cuales brindaron una retroalimentación honesta sobre el funcionamiento del aplicativo, permitiendo conocer de esta manera que la plataforma Symphycs cumple con los objetivos plantados para este proyecto, aunque se podrían implementar muchas más funciones, para que la plataforma sea mucho más completa y enriquezca su experiencia
