The present analysis work consists of identifying the natural characteristics of the plant, by observing and incorporating references and systems models through an analysis of the form, structure and funtion. The fundamental thing in this research is to have the main aspects and transfer them to a categorization to finally apply them in a coherent way to a possible use. The problem of the investigation arose due to the lack of application of biological principles to the design. In the disciplines of design, responsable for new approaches to material culture, we rarely find proposals based on the forms and structures of nature and, in turn, solve the problems and needs posed by and for humanity. This concern led to an analysis that results in a classification. That encourages designers to devise a reinterpretation of this method for new and future objects. Consequently, we have had before us a magnificent opportunity to inspire us and to apply a great number of forms and structures in the design of new useful objects for the life of the human being. The analysis was made based on the family of the nymphaeaceae plants, which are presented as distributed plants in a tropical and temperate environments. Its anatomical features are a rhizome immersed in the mud from which protrude the petioles that carry leaves and flowers, which float in the water or are totally submerged. These characteristics are evidenced by a classification of orthomorphic, cryptomorphic and mixed forms. We also investigate the generative and growth systems in three-dimensional vision. The above is assigned to a result and the conclusions that were used for the tentative purposes for the production of utensils and containers that fulfill the function of step by step in the preparation of food from the phase of the ingredients to the presentation were categorized.

This work is an investigation approached about the place and the site, public space, architecture and nature, to try to understand the transformative power of a public building in the fragmented and marginalized urban place by means of abstraction or figuration of space, form and technique. In the case study these aspects directly related to San Javier Library Park will be analyzed, showing their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to re-build public citizen urban civility in place without identity, and try to show how through architecture it is that re-invents the urban landscape of a commune detached from the existential reality of civic culture. In the following lines it will try to show how the character of the natural place takes the artificiality of architecture to abstract an existential landscape that transforms the perception of the urban place denied.

This literary research work collects a reader's sensitive experience who approaches the new fable for the first time when she decides to read Marcovaldo, o sea las estaciones de la ciudad, a book by Italo Calvino published in 1963. Moved by curiosity, she searches to understand how gender's characteristics are manifested through a semiotic analysis of the book, based on theoretical approaches of Umberto Eco and Grupo de Entrevernes around mechanisms that produce meaning, but not before exploring definitions of gender-based on literary criticism. Under the premise that there are no categorical interpretations, the work is conceived as a reading proposal that traces the essential opposition between Nature and City. From these thematic descriptions and figurative ensemble emerge that function as a network of intertwined threads in Marcovaldo's fables. Finally, new investigative openings are proposed in Italo Calvino's work that is born from the experience of reading as an intimate and personal bastion.

In the second part, an account is given of the main instruments of international law that regulate the right to strike. Finally, in the last part an analysis is made of the difficulties that from the legal point of view has the definition of essential public services and, therefore, on the need for the legislator to promulgate norms that define them clearly

For the diagnosis a descriptive investigation was taken into account, with field work and collection of information in the place and with the community in general, where it was very participative and receptive on the part of all the estates that conform this community (Junta de Acción Comunal, Asomipez and Asociación de Cacaoteros, Centro Educativo Rural). The results obtained in the diagnosis show us the great potential of tourist resources that the town has to develop a product design, at the same time we identified in terms of infrastructure, superstructure and complementary services of the tourism value chain are still very deficient.
(Editorial Bonaventuriana, 2011) Linkies, Mathew G.

The Constitutional Court, with the expedition of the judgment C-736 of 2007 it adopts a new position opposite which there stay without foundation the discussions of the public or private regime, and feel as new juriprudential precedent, the postulate under which the public utility companies domiciliary mixed have a nature and juridical special regime, postulated that remains at present and that they do that it could not proclaim a completely public or private regime.
