    The present research focuses on qualitative ethnographic focus studies, aims, describe the factors of aging that influence the construction of a political entity that participates and is recognized in the school, in two contexts, one urban, of the municipality of Medellín and other rural, the municipality of Bello, in this sense, qualitative investigations are based on the understanding of the phenomena from the same phenomena of everyday life experienced by the subjects of the particularities of culture and contexts, where the researcher, as human being engages with other human beings, leaving through by them. The techniques used in this research were the direct observation of students in daily practices and the Semistructured interview, allowing to have interaction with families. In this way it is a direct link to the participants of the study. The theoretical sustentation allows identification with this type of research, approaches to the understanding of an approach that is based on the significant rapprochement between subjects. It is a study that experience, an interest and a need in day-to-day work.

    In this article, it is intended to describe the main impact generated in the services companies in relation to main financial states (statement of income and financial situation income ) given by implementation of international standard of financial data in Medellin, Colombia, Starting from the fact of a documentary analysis that demonstrates the alteration in the presentation of the financial situation of the service entities, from the results were contrasted with surveys done to students of public accounting, public accounting teachers and accountant who performs in their job. Therefore will be studied deeply this topic and will be shown with facts the impacts generated by convergence of IFRS, in this order of ideas it will be determined what item will affect in a long term buy in any chase will be generated a great reliability in a reported information, this will be useful as a basement in a decision making

    La inteligencia vial como parte de la enseñanza para el desarrollo de habilidades para la vida

    The period 2011/2020 has been pointed out as the Decade of Action for Road Safety, according to the UN; if it does not carry out strategies, this problem could become the fifth cause of death by the year 2030. It is then how it is posed as a public health problem; the institutions involved in the subject of road safety, such as the Fondo de Prevención Vial (FPV) and today the ANSV (Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial), have not been able to generate efficient results; that is why the society has the obligation to bear its part of the responsibility; accidents, according to various researches has become clear that can be avoided and it is our social and political responsibility to stop it with concrete actions that allow the significant reduction of daily victims. That is why the National Government issues the Plan Nacional de Seguridad Vial 2011 – 2021 through the Ministry of Transportation with a legal framework that includes of compulsory nature the education in this area. Road safety education is an issue that concerns everyone, therefore, it has become increasingly important to educate on these issues into the classroom. In favor of this, in the world and in Colombia, a series of regulations has been generated regarding the issue, which also requires that the Ministerio de Educación Nacional to pay attention to this issue from the so-called cross-cutting projects, where the incidence of regulations is reflected in the processes of teaching, assuming this from a process of training in road intelligence as a skill for life in students of all grades of schooling.

    The set of actions in pursuit of maximum rationality in the decision process concerning the conservation, defense, protection and improvement of the environment, based on coordinated multidisciplinary information and citizen participation is known as environmental management. This article is to conduct an analysis of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and understand the purpose that provides organizations with the aim to understand the advantages and disadvantages that come from implementing an EMS in an organization. In carrying out the article conducted a literature search for documentary information concerning the SGA. The identification of the legal and environmental aspects are the basis on which the EMS structure, since these originate from the objectives, goals, programs, and in general all elements of the organization. From a global perspective,the emplementation of international environmental management standards that promote care of the environment (air, water and soil quality), represent a major contribution to global efforts to conserve the environment in which we live.

    Mediaciones fraternas en la crianza de los niños y las niñas de primera infancia del programa de atención integral de la Fundación las Golondrinas, ubicado en el Barrio Caicedo, Villa Lilia en la Comuna 8 de Medellín

    La presente investigación como un ejercicio etnográfico, tuvo como propósito describir y comprender las mediaciones fraternas de los niños y las niñas de primera infancia del Programa de Atención Integral de la Fundación las Golondrinas en la comuna ocho (8) de Medellín. Al hablar de fraternas nos estamos refiriendo mediaciones entre niños y niñas, es decir, sin la intervención de los adultos, no con el ánimo de excluir el rol de los adultos significativos en este proceso, antes bien procurando la inclusión del rol de los niños y las niñas, que en ocasiones pierde protagonismo, en la tarea de mediarse entre sí en el aprendizaje de las prácticas cotidianas de interacción, resaltando las relacionadas con la norma. Mediante la observación participante de diferentes escenarios de interacción de los niños y las niñas tanto en el entorno institucional como en la comunidad (colonia Esfuerzos de paz), se identificaron mediaciones que permitieron definir de qué manera y como se hacen esas mediaciones fraternas cuando de establecer límites se trata.

    La norma en el aula escolar

    La presente investigación hace una referencia a las normas en el aula escolar, como un elemento regulador de la convivencia entre estudiantes. Se describe aquí sobre como las normas permiten de una manera u otra organizar unos acuerdos que permita mejorar la convivencia en el aula escolar. Considerando que la educación debe contribuir a formar personas que puedan convivir en un clima de respeto, tolerancia, participación y libertad y que sean capaces de construir una concepción de la realidad que integre a la vez el conocimiento y la valoración ética y moral de la misma. La sociedad no puede evitar la tarea de socializar a los niños y niñas, proporcionándoles a través del sistema educativo las enseñanzas necesarias para que puedan convertirse en personas libres y honestas y en ciudadanos activos. La vida en sociedad demanda acciones y conductas concretas que exigen a los sujetos la necesidad de cumplir reglas de convivencia.

    Revisión de las condiciones normativas, legales e institucionales en la implementación de las Jornadas Únicas y Complementarias en el marco del deporte, la actividad física y la recreación

    In this paper work we made a theoretical investigation, supported by the appreciations and perspectives of the different factors and entities that intervene in the implementation of the unique and Complementary School Day Program in Colombia, with the purpose of analyzing conditions, regulations and institutional orientations, which direct the implementation of these processes in the framework of physical education and actions for the use of free time. For the development of it, a qualitative method was established, based on an interpretative perspective, with an exploratory descriptive approach, using for the recollection of structured information interviews with experts, based on the Delphi method. In this way, a documentary review was implemented to identify conceptual and normative trends related to the topic of study. From the documentary review, standards, laws and institutional guidelines to brief the management processes were identified, as well as those responsible for the Complementary School Day Program, however, from the contributions of the experts there is no envisage clarity in this regard, because there are different interpretations about the execution and implementation of these Complementary School Day Program, as well as those who are responsible for its management. However, the institutional and collective impacts that participate in it, in terms of coexistence, the use of free time and the social institutional project

    La significación de la norma escolar en estudiantes de la básica secundaria y media de la I.E. Ciudad Don Bosco

    This research focused on making an understanding of the approaches, meanings and senses of the norm that young people of the Ciudad Don Bosco Education center, build from their being in the world, reading its possibilities and forms of relationship with respect to norms. How young people approach and respond to norms is linked to social demands or constructs. The thoughtful interest is in establishing the relationship between the construction that the subject makes of the norm and the pedagogical dynamics that are presented within the educational institution. Methodological design was chosen for a hermeneutic approach, which aims to approximate the social through the specific recognition of the subjects in their contexts of interaction, their stories, their attitudes, practices and awareness in front situations in relation to others; with a qualitative method through a case study. The techniques used were the semi-structured interview and the focus group and tools used were the interview guide and the questionnaire. Among the results or findings that give an account of the significance that students of the Ciudad Don Bosco Education Center have of the norm and its relations with it - as a statement and mandate that regulates, sanctions and sets behavior guidelines - it is found that they conceive of the standard as legitimate as long as it ensures respect for the difference, even if there may be contradictions in practices and attitudes regarding the rules they consider legitimate; In the meantime, the rule is illegitimate when it reduces the options of autonomy in the young and, although there is a recognition of the legal norm, it is also recognized that it is susceptible to transgression, especially when a particular interest prevails. As for the construction of the standard, they consider that it has been the domain of adults and the participation of young people is little or no, which would raise suspicions of some illegitimacy, since they were not taken into account. The pedagogical function necessarily goes through questions and reflections about the cohabitation at the school space; there it becomes evident the relationship between genrecions a matter of power and, the discipline and sanctions appear as ways to take the rule. Finally, young people outline proposals a tendency to build or recognize ethical and moral subjects, which are preparing for participation in collective life

    Sujeto, familia y sociedad: reflexión sobre la delincuencia juvenil

    La delincuencia juvenil es un fenómeno particular desde el siglo pasado y que está en constante crecimiento, no sólo en nuestro país, sino en el mundo entero determinados por múltiples factores: psicológicos, físicos, económicos, culturales, sociales, entre otros, muchos jóvenes, son responsables de hechos delictivos que impactan fuertemente en la sociedad. La conducta delictiva en el contexto social, genera en la población sensación de inseguridad así como de conflicto interior entre la mediación de los impulsos de cada miembro y el acatamiento de las normas culturales bajo las cuales se haya sometido por el simple hecho de pertenecer a este entorno. El delincuente juvenil es un sujeto que manifiesta hostilidad, posiblemente como respuesta a aquello que su entorno le inspira y que despierta poca simpatía de parte de una comunidad que se siente agraviada, lo que da pocas esperanzas a la respuesta de adaptación y disminución al problema juvenil en la sociedad y al sujeto mismo. Es propio mencionar que si bien en todos los sujetos se encuentran pensamientos, fantasías, impulsos, deseos delictivos o criminales, no todos traspasan el límite e infringen la ley; es importante, entonces, abordar esta problemática tanto para comprenderla a profundidad, como para tratar de brindar una solución verídica que satisfaga de raíz los desencadenantes de la misma.
