METHODOLOGY: a descriptive cross-sectional investigation was carried out. The population was conformed by 65 people in situations of disability with ages between 5 and 65 years that belonged to the District Institute of Sports and Recreation in the city of Cartagena. The research was developed through the application of the survey "Practices of Leisure, Recreation and Sport of People with Disabilities of the City of Cartagena" based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (CIF) of WHO. RESULTS: 88% of the participants were male, with an average age of 31 years. In relation to sports practices, only 14% practice a conventional sport and 9% carry out cultural activities. The main leisure activity that is done without help, is adapted sport; In the activities that they would like to do, but they do not do it, they found swimming with 14%

METHODOLOGY: A descriptive research will be carried out with a cross-sectional quantitative approach because it will observe and seek to know in detail the characteristics and qualities of a population, defining specific variables. In turn, information or data on different elements of the population to be studied will be collected, measured and analysed. The information collected will be used to answer the research question and establish the exact behavior of the population; of a transversal nature because it will be carried out within a set period of time. RESULTS: The largest number of the population was found to be 51.01% male with an average age of 37 years and the reason for the disability was born (55.32%). with regard to sports practices, a minimum percentage of the population engage in some conventional sport (8.51%) and a large number of the population do not engage in cultural activities they perform without help was music (57.41%) and walking with help 8..51%); playing football and painting with a percenteage of 23,41% each, are the main activities they can do, they would like to do but do not perform for some situation. The environmental factors influencing such activities as facilitators and barriers are the family (97.54%), and transport (53.19%), respectively.

GENERAL PURPOSE: Characterize leisure, recreation and sports practices and the environmental factors of people with disabilities living in a neighborhood of the city of Cartagena. METHODOLOGY: A descriptive investigation with a cross section. We applied a survey developed by the research group that is based on the International Classification of Functioning (CIF) that information on leisure, recreation and sports activities and contextual factors that prove to be barriers or facilitators for people in the condition of disability of Two sectors of the Olaya Herrera neighborhood. The population consisted of 35 people with a type of disability aged between 11 and 87 years residing in the neighborhoods Olaya Herrera (Sector Rafael Núñez) and a neighborhood sector of Alberto Uribe. The data was included in the Microsoft Office Excel program and then analyzed with the Information 7.2 program

Objectives: To characterize leisure, recreation and sports practices and the environmental factors of people with disabilities in a town in the city of Cartagena. Methodology: a research of a descriptive cross-sectional quantitative approach is carried out. It is used to describe phenomena, situations and contexts. They look for specific properties, characteristics and profiles of people in order to estimate the distribution and magnitude of the health condition or disease in a given period of time and with people from 5 to 82 years old who have any type of disability that belong to the locality 2 of the city of Cartagena Virgin and tourist exactly to the rural area

This research has relevance within the Colombian legal system, since it is necessary to identify and analyze the effectiveness of public policies in the municipality of Santiago de Cali for the fulfillment and guarantee of the right to recreation in the population Childhood, understood as a fundamental right, progressive compliance and that will impact on the formation of the personality, character and integral education of the children of Cali. Some people in our Region assume Recreation as something superfluous and trivial that does not correspond to the socially essential and that therefore should not be within the priorities of the state, but in the field of the individual problem of the search for options for Recreation and the use of free time, play an important role in the daily life of the population and in the possibilities of human and social development, contrary to this, there is a formal recognition at the international and national level of the Recreation as a right and a fundamental need, and by virtue of it, it is the responsibility of the State to enable the population to access and enjoy it. In addition to this, the need to compare the growth or decrease in the execution of the right that is the subject of the investigation within the two previous municipal administrative periods, will allow us to have clear and conclusive figures of how the State through entities in which it delegates the realization of the same, has been able to generate expansion and greater coverage in the subjects of protection. In addition to this, it is necessary to clarify that we have the necessary information and documentation, first-hand sources and analysis of the budget items approved by the council of Santiago de Cali to respond to the approach of the problem.

La sistematización del proyecto "Colores de Libertad" pone en evidencia la necesidad de ejercicios de transformación social, aunque sabemos que no es una tarea fácil debemos pensar que desde proyectos pequeños podemos hacer la diferencia a nivel educativo y social.

But a bad use of technology can bring negative repercussions in children, such as making them less curious and leaving aside activities that help them to improve their cognitive development since at this stage symbolic capacities are developed (Piaget, 1962), this project is aimed at children between 5 and 7 of the city of Medellin, equivalent to 8.6% of the population and, specifically, to homes of stratum 3 and 4. Consequently, the project aims to design a service for the entertainment of children to stimulate creative processes from home during their free time, supported by a quantitative research, given the possibility of delving into personal aspects of direct users, the children, and indirect users, the parents, such as tastes, feelings and routines, identified through data collection tools such as surveys, observations, in addition to the corroboration of information with different professionals in the area such as psychologists and teachers to identify the cognitive processes of children and how confinement and virtual methodologies affect their creativity and how to stimulate it correctly at this age. From the data obtained in the field work, an ideation stage is proposed taking into account design opportunities, these ideas go through an evolution matrix that helps to choose the idea that best meets the requirements of the project, generating validations of the proposal supported by the development of prototypes. Finally, we propose a service that allows the child creative stimulation supported by the generation of graphic material, comics, which can be shared on the network to generate visibility and recognize the creations of other children promoting the good use of technological resources, this service will offer the child entertainment time at home, as they can do other activities encouraging creativity, having balance between the analog of drawing and the virtuality of sharing their comics

Through this objective, we seek to find a meaning of what Physical Education practices represent in Colombia, bearing in mind that school is an institution that participates in a training system that is manipulated by the power, whose main objective is alienate the people and direct them to a space of discipline and performance. This research is based on different philosophical authors, who were and are scholars of different positions of human behavior in society:Hegel, Munne, Seneca, Neulinger, Byung Chui Han, Foucault, Vaca, among others. Now, several conclusions are reached with this work; Foucault's contribution on the disciplinary society doesn’t go far from the society of the performance of Byung Chui Han. Considering that it is necessary previous discipline to reach certain performance.On the other hand, the lack of time is the biggest complaint of all human beings, not knowing how to live, not knowing how to use it, and specially without knowing how to take advantage of it. Employing it in unnecessary moments and objects, trying to recover it when it is useful and important; but it's already too late. Finally contextualizing the theory of the dialectic of the master and slave of Hegel on physical education and retaking the concepts of social orthopedics provided by Foucault is understood that this discipline is implemented as a means to permeate the subjects that make up society, this with the purpose of forming a social body

Located in the sector northwest of the Medellín city, specifically in the Comuna 6, 12 De Octubre neighborhood. Public space known as the park of “La Media Torta”. One of the most extensive and historically representative green areas of the place because is a collective icon which paradoxically is little inhabited and don’t have practical purposes in benefit of different population groups that converge there exporadically. This Project allow the older adult be shown in a symbolic way as caretaker of the sector, like a lighthouse keeper of his lighthouse. Live this space will give it a new meaning away from vandalism, selling drugs, drinking liquor or other unappropriated activities

In this way, activating the economy of the township where the natives are the main beneficiaries and generating pedagogy for new residents and frequent visitors, so that the tradition that is threatened by the phenomenon of gentrification can be preserved and continue to be transmitted from generation to generation to keep it the spirit of the place. This project aims to be a benchmark for recreation at the city level because Santa Elena has become a tourist destination for the inhabitants of the metropolitan area and eastern Antioquia, which helps to maintain interest in flowers at different times of the year and offer different leisure options
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPrácticas de ocio, recreación y deporte y factores contextuales en personas con discapacidad del barrio Nelson Mandela en Cartagena - Colombia(2019-05-28) Alvarado Benedetti, Dilcia Milena; Cuello Avilez, Daniela; Lanuza Villadiego, Julie Katerine; Saldarriaga Escobar, Diana PatriciaA través de esta investigación se pretende principalmente, caracterizar aquellas actividades de ocio, recreación y deporte en personas con discapacidad del barrio Nelson Mandela de la ciudad de Cartagena y además destacar cuáles son los facilitadores y barreras. Es un Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo Descriptivo, de corte Transversal. Este enfoque cuantitativo usa en su mayoría la recolección de datos como fin de demostrar una hipótesis, con base en la medición numérica y el análisis estadístico, para establecer patrones de comportamiento y probar teorías. Esta investigación se llevó a cabo a través de una encuesta donde se incluyeron datos sociodemográficos y variables culturales, deportivas, recreativas y de aficiones con el fin de determinar qué actividades son las que a pesar de su condición limitante realizan ya sea con ayuda o sin ayuda. Se reconoce el valor y el impacto que existe con la práctica de dichas actividades ante el inminente progreso social e individual de las personas que padecen una discapacidad en esta la población. Conociendo así, que actividades realizan con más frecuencia, cuales no hacen por alguna razón y que de cierta forma les agradaría poder realizar en algún momento de la vida. Se quiere también destacar las razones o causas que provocan el distanciamiento de estas actividades o la no ejecución de ellas. Por lo que se evidencio que la mayor barrera ante esta situación son las políticas públicas, por lo tanto, con los datos analizados se sugiere prestar atención a las barreras que parece ser un problema de salud pública. La Movilidad en casa con 72,50% es claramente una barrera por encima del 27,50% en facilitador; Accesibilidad en la calle con el 90,00% es mayormente una barrera por encima del 10,00% de facilitador, la sociedad con el 93,75% es una barrera por encima del 6,25% siendo facilitador, el transporte con el 93,75% es en su casi totalidad una barrera por encima del 6,25% siendo facilitador, la motivación y actitud con el 75,00% es una barrera por encima del 25,00% siendo facilitador, los recursos con el 92,50% es una barrera por encima del 7,50% siendo facilitador, la familia con el 61,25% es una barrea por encima del 38,75% siendo facilitador. Las políticas públicas con el 100,00% en su totalidad es el índice más alto para las barreras por encima del 00,00% facilitador, la tecnología es una barrera con el 86,25% por encima del 13,75% facilitador y por último el aditamento con el 43,50% es una barrera, 23,75% es un facilitador, 33,75% no aplica en algunos encuestados. Observando otros estudios, pudimos ver que existe una cifra de personas con discapacidad, el 28´3% incluye el ejercicio como práctica deportiva, mientras que el 23% testifica que le gustaría realizarlo, pero no puede, por causa de la discapacidad (1). Esto indica que muchas de las personas con esta condición en sus vidas si les gustaría y/o realizan cierto tipo de actividad física usual (competitiva o no) pero que también se encuentran con una serie de dificultades para poder llevar a cabo su deporte favorito o actividad de ocio o recreación

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), disability is a general term that covers deficiencies, limitations of activity and restrictions on participation. OBJECTIVE: To characterize the leisure, recreation and sports practices of people with disabilities in a neighborhood of Cartagena, in the same way, the barriers and facilitators for their development. RESULT: a low or almost null participation and inclusion of this population in the studied dynamics was revealed, also demonstrating the disinformation about the therapeutic benefits that these practices generate. CONCLUTION: the barriers that make impossible, according to the information obtained by the users, the participation or realization of said activities, the first place is the economic resources with 83.93%, also the transportation with 64.29%, the accessibility to the street with 37.50% , the society with 25%, public policies with 23.21% and only 19.64% consider that the addition does not allow them to attend the activities
