    Antagonismo y participación en la Constitución de 1991

    El presente texto aborda el problema de la participación y la representación políticas en el contexto colombiano. Se sostiene la idea de lo antagónico y lo político como posibilidades para transformar las estructuras políticas y sociales. Con ello se quiere entender a la sociedad como un proceso en constante tensión, abierto no sólo a la normatividad sino al impulso creativo del conflicto. Sin tales elementos no podría hablarse de una auténtica participación política, ya que la sociedad estaría condenada a ser un sistema cerrado y armonioso en el que no habría espacio para el antagonismo, germen de participación y cambio social. En la primera parte del texto se ofrece una breve conceptualización de la sociedad en la que las prácticas antagónicas son fundamentales para dar paso a las relaciones de participación y representación, objeto de la segunda parte del texto. La tercera parte entrega un breve recuento histórico de los esquemas de participación en la historia reciente de Colombia. Finalmente se evalúan los logros y aciertos políticos y sociales de la Constitución de 1991, así como los retos que desafían el espíritu de las relaciones de participación.

    The family support during cognitive processes is an invitation to link parents with the processes children adquire from the family-school relationship. This was the result of a an educational research which envolved the family, the children and the kindergarten teachers of such institution with the purpose of identifying and knowing the experiences and learnings the children have acquired at home and school. The methodology used was a semi- structured interview in which the questions reflected the process, development, result and the analysis the teachers and parents use to educate and guide their children, as well as an interactive method and an observation guide to evaluate the cognitive knowledge the children have in the education field

    Los diálogos de la Habana y las perspectivas de una paz duradera en Colombia

    Este artículo de investigación, presenta rutas de análisis histórico en torno a los alcances y falencias que dejaron los diálogos de Paz en Colombia entre las Frac-Ep y el Gobierno Nacional durante el siglo XX, el papel que han jugado los medios de comunicación en dichos procesos y una descripción analítica de los discursos de Oslo y la Habana, que dan inicio al actual proceso de Negociación en la Habana; se resalta el profundo alcance que este proceso de negociaciones marca en la última década en Colombia, en lo que concierne a la posible terminación del conflicto armado y la construcción de una paz estable y duradera.

    Diseño e implementación micro-curricular como estrategia de desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa en lengua extranjera : inglés

    The development of communicative competence in the foreign language: English of Institution Educariva (I.E.) Centro Formativo de Antioquia (CEFA) students does not match the national goals, despite the initiatives and contributions of Ministerio de Educacion Nacional (MEN) and Proyecto Colombia Bilingüe. The paradigm of this research is qualitative and its approach is hermeneutic. It aims to assess the effects of microteaching design and implementation as a strategy for the development of communicative competence in the foreign language: English, for eleventh grade CEFA students. To do this, the techniques of document review, non-participatory observation and semi-structured interview are applied to characterize the way in which they develop the competence, describe the way in which they respond to the implementation of a microteaching proposal and detail how the competence is developed through it. From the results of this research, the components related to the frequent following of instructions and participation by the students stand out. It is concluded that the design and implementation of alternative microteaching proposals to the traditional ones is pertinent, in which an atmosphere of trust prevails and added to teamwork, facilitate the inclusion and development of communicative competence in the foreign language: English

    Evolución y desarrollo de la agricultura en Antioquia: una visión en términos de PIB

    The development of agricultural sector activity in the country has always been an important factor for the national economy, although paradoxically in a country like ours whom counts on the geographic and climatic conditions to be a power in agricultural activities, this type of activities does not have the optimal development, much less the sufficient guarantees that allow a high productivity of the sector; in addition, the precarious conditions in which peasants develop their productive activities contribute to the unproductiveness of the countryside and the low living conditions of the people who inhabit it. In this article, it is initially considering the agricultural evolution in the country, explaining the background and origins of this activity, making a count of the history since 1950, also showing the participation of agriculture In the national GDP and especially in the department of Antioquia. Finally exposed a critical view of the current situation of agricultural activities in the country, in addition to criticism of labor development and the dehumanization of farmers conditions.

    Este articulo fruto de un trabajo de investigación, pretende responder la pregunta de si ¿tienen o no los estudiantes de los grados 10 y 11 del año 2008 del colegio Guillermo Taborda Restrepo, una idea o una aproximación a lo que significa la Cultura Política, o qué tipo de conocimientos tienen respecto de lo que significa la política y cómo funciona el Sistema Político y el Sistema de Partidos que componen el Sistema Político, y los valores? La elección de este colegio es simplemente circunstancial y se realiza como una muestra aleatoria con el fin de realizar luego una investigación más amplia acerca del tema con base en los resultados de la actual investigación y como base para determinar a futuro que tipo de percepciones, Cultura Política o conocimientos son necesarios promocionar para realizar con ellos un Manual Constituyente. Este aprendizaje hace entender que la participación podría ser la razón primordial de la democracia, basada en el equilibrio entre actividad e indiferencia, combinando la obediencia y el respeto a la autoridad, de los grupos, que participan en los intereses y temas, para determinar si son o no apáticos ante los estímulos democráticos y de participación o cómo se comportan ante los fenómenos culturales o los agentes que han influido decididamente en su comportamiento político

    La figura del manual de convivencia en la vida escolar. Elementos para su comprensión

    La presente investigación hace una revisión a la figura del manual de convivencia como un elemento que se propone mediador de los numerosos conflictos que surgen en la escuela entre los distintos actores de la comunidad educativa. Se ofrece aquí una pequeña genealogía sobre lo que ha significado el manual desde su surgimiento como reglamento de disciplina hasta nuestros días, bajo el nombre que lo define. El artículo es producto del proyecto de investigación "Conflicto y mediación simbólica en niños escolares de sectores marginales urbanos: el caso de la comuna 20 de Cal".

    Perspectivas críticas de la autonomía escolar: El caso de 6 instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias, 2015-2016

    From a qualitative, phenomenological-critical perspective, the research is oriented to the analysis of the configurative process of school autonomy within the limits of the internalexternal management dynamics: directive, administrative, pedagogical-curricular, and community, in a set of six Institutions of the district of Cartagena de Indias. Taking into account not only the disciplinary approach of the educational administration, but extending the horizon of the autonomous problem object advances to the paths of educational policy reform and the way it empowers participation by multiple institutional actors. It is possible to establish the necessary sense of autonomy for institutional development, clarifying the relationships between the educational system, school and society, to reach a new conception that redefines its exercise in education through the school leadership exercised by members of the community

    Prácticas y percepciones de liderazgo del directivo docente

    This article aims to show the results of research on teaching practices and perceptions of teaching management leader, within the city of Medellin prize to the quality of education; this research belongs to a large macro project that seeks to assess the impact of the prize. With the processed information found and we got closer to the theoretical perception and of course the actions of teaching management leader in educational institution seeking his leadership a high level of quality in education. The data collected come from the applications, interviews and focus groups in the three IE object of study, this input information indicated us a way through the category leadership and their components (sub) which gave reason for practices and perceptions leadership by school administrators from the three educational institutions that were nominated for the prize; we saw a brief history pertinent to show leadership through the most recent time and its relationship with the school. Step by step the article will show the particularities, similarities and differences, with respect to those found components, these are: ethics, research, participation, self-evaluation and communication. These helped develop an analysis and discussion of the role of teachers’ management of very high importance in the school. Finally, the article suggests the prize, lead to a stage of Evaluative self-reflection that leads to deeper explicitly in the leadership of teaching management leader, towards promoting the exercise of one who realizes the quality of education in IE.

    El rol de la mujer en la clase de educación física, de la básica primaria del colegio María Reina del Carmelo de Medellín Competencias del ser en los campos de práctica de auxiliar de enfermería: Institución Edesa

    This study deals with The role of women in the physical education class, of the primary school of the Maria Reina del Carmelo College in Medellín. This allowed us to inquire about the importance of women's participation in physical education classes in the school and the perception that men have of women in each of the activities carried out in the classroom. The research methodology is qualitative with an ethnographic approach, where a triangulation of information based on the theoretical referents, information gathering instruments, interviews and field journals was carried out, finally analyzing the data that show the results of that study. Some of the conclusions of this research is that it can show a better perception of the importance of the other in the realization of Physical Education classes, which generates respect and acceptance for the other.
