In accordance with this objective, this research focused on understanding the impact that The Chair of Peace generated in the Educational Institution Nueva Generación in the Niquía neighborhood in the municipality of Bello. A sector that has experienced armed violence. This violence has affected the management staff, teachers and students of this educational institution. The research was carried out from a qualitative point of view, with a methodological approach of research-action and through the pedagogy of the workshop (understanding the workshop as a space for the exchange of ideas, thoughts and construction of knowledge). The results of the research showed that if the young people receive a citizen training, they are taught to develop autonomous thinking, respect, dialogue and healthy coexistence practices, it will be possible to build a culture of peace so necessary for Colombia

The research is mixed, descriptive and non-experimental. The results show that the factors that affect the construction of knowledge by competences are few satisfactory, since most of the students have deficiencies in the processes of interpretation, analysis and understanding of Critical and Mathematical Reading, since there is difficulty assigned to the task of evaluating, the absence of explanations and the non-return of the information to the participants, the lack of self-evaluation activities and the consideration only of the results, that appropriate mechanisms are developed in order for the students to understand the issues raised adequately by teachers. Similarly, the 10 research seeks to integrate students from grades 3 and 5 into the Omaira Sánchez Garzón Educational Institution, together with the skills of reading-writing and logical-mathematical thinking, accompanied by exercises that improve numerical conceptual knowledge , contributing interactions between knowledge and symbols for a better resolution of mathematical problems to favor the development of the teaching-learning of the students.

From that point on, this research develops components like description of mining conflicts, pedagogical practices fact-finding and analysis of the contribution of these practices from a post-development perspective. The research has been developed with the presupposition that schools are places where the social problems, which come from their environments, converge. At the same time, schools are presented like a propitious scene for the education of the individual, the development of his/her critical capacity and his/her empowerment as a transforming being. From that point on, it is necessary to study the social-environment problems such as the case of gold mining and the way school takes the knowledge typical of mining conflicts to develop its pedagogical practices. This research took place at Institución Educativa Ignacio Yepes Yepes with students from 10th and 11th grade. From Remedios Antioquia town, where the economic tradition is gold mining that dates from the colonial period and that nowadays it is impacted as much by artisanal and small-scale mining, as by the big multinationals that are located on the territory. The researcher pays attention to a methodology based on the author Olver Quijano Valencia who proposes the meeting of the historical memory through conversation, theoretically based in decolonial and social critic practices. At the same time, these practices generated by the determination of its participants, foster the reconsideration of the construction of its concepts for the exercise of cultural spaces in conversation among the different ways to see and interpret the world within the community in Educational Institution Pedro de Heredia. To this end, an ethnographic methodology was carried out, where the main instruments for gathering information were interviews, surveys and observations. For the qualitative analysis of the data, the program Atlas.Ti 7.0 was used, from which it was possible to categorize the information and perform the reflexive analysis. With what is initially intended to identify, describe and compare the imaginary of teachers in the realm of the public and private school. The theme of the work is born of resuming the term of Good Living, from its origins in the indigenous populations. Also transfer them to the stage of pedagogy. The type of research of the present work is the qualitative methodology, since it looks for data through the observation of the reality that leads us to identify the behavior of the individuals generating schemas of interpretation to the studied population, in this case the teachers of preschool education. It should be noted that the approaches used were the hermeneutic and the case study; By means of which it is intended to interpret, understand the actions, points of view and individual constructions from the culture. In the application of the methodological design we used the interview and as a quilt technique, which allowed us to verify that for teachers the construction of the term good living, is linked to the basic conditions of subsistence, personal fulfillment, influence of Culture and new demands of modernity, such as exercise, relaxation, good food, natural medicine, among others. Which shows us that significations and constructions still emerge from our own experience, which is a little bit different from what is essentially said term. To conclude from what has been analyzed it can be said that the teacher has imaginary about what is good life in relation to the aspects of modernity by which it is permeated in its social environment; Observing also that they approach the meaning of what is said from their professional training. Consequently, new categories were also evidenced that caused impact and at the same time were connected with the term of Good Living, which opens new perspectives, that can be included in the pedagogical practices within the Preschool Education

For this reason, it seeks to inquire about those pedagogical practices that are carried out among students with special educational needs and the way in which this population is taken into account in different educational processes. This research is done in order to achieve evidence and know not only the different strategies that teachers carry out in the school reality, but also those aspects that have an impact on this practice, such as the pedagogical models, the attitudes of teachers, their knowledge and training related to the topic. In this sense, this research exercise seeks to analyze the pedagogical practices that are carried out in the school environment, in two educational institutions of the city of Medellin, this segmentation with the purpose of delimiting the pedagogical practices carried out by the teachers with children with special educational needs. For the collection of information, questionnaires, testimonies and oral stories were applied to different teachers and students of the previously mentioned institutions, as well as a structured observation which was fundamental for the investigation in the field work.

Three teachers belonging to educational institutions from different sectors of the Valle de Aburrá participated and in each of the contexts the techniques of non-participating observation and open standardized interview were applied.The overall results were organized into three main categories: pedagogical strategies, pedagogical practices and learning activities, which in turn included key subcategories for the analysis and compilation of results. Research findings suggest teaching-learning processes that need to have variability to improve student disposition; it is essential to implement in the planning a combination of methodologies and resources, as well as from a characterization of students for the development of a process focused on the special demands of the group.It is essential that teachers and institutions implement a permanent self-assessment process, on the application of pedagogical practices in the classroom, which is similarly the basis for a process of continuous improvement, with notorious contributions to the strengthening of pedagogical strategies for a timely disposition of students. Moving forward in this regard requires an effort of the entire academic community, it is very significantthe support of the directives for that.

It was considered very important to carry it out taking into account that the academic development of students during last years has shown poor results in the different study areas, and teachers state it is due to children do not know read or writing. That is why; it was advisable to analyze that relationship, in order to glance at the teacher's daily work and applying the necessary correctives to overcome the shortcomings that arise. The methodology used was guided from the ethnographic qualitative research approach. Data collection was performed by means of the application of techniques such as focus group interview, documentary review and observations. The obtained outcomes show us clearly that he pedagogical practice of IEAN's professors is largely framed in the traditional method for teaching reading and writing, which has an impact on the academic performance of students, since it is required motivated children for reading and writing, by means of different strategies, activities, methodologies, inter alia, in order to transform the practice, according to the needs and the context in which students are immersed

Now a better-informed patient and family, replace the relation Physician- patient, initially affected by its asymmetrically standing points of knowledge accustomed in other times. The conditions of possibilities in the principals of “professionalism” are inquired, to derive in deontological responsibilities in order to offer efficient pedagogical practices.The work of knowledge is based upon the declarations of professionalism stated by the Medical Associations, defined as a “set of knowledge, abilities, principles and values that sustain a practice” What, Doctor J.F. Patiño, honorary president en the Colombian Association of surgeons, proposes, includes: specialized knowledge; autonomy in taking decisions; Society Service compromises; and auto-regulation. With the latter, a critical review of the pedagogical and medical practices is carried out.
