- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoMejoramiento del sistema de planeación de la producción en la fábrica de calzado jct empresarial S.A(2013) Villa Tello, Andrés Felipe; Jiménez González, Juan Pablo; Ramírez Morales, Gloria AlexandraEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar una metodología para implementar mejoras dentro del sistema de planeación de la producción de la empresa de manufactura de calzado JCT Empresarial. La metodología diseñada se esquematizó en un procedimiento que enmarca los elementos que la constituyen y que a su vez se articulan dentro de un ciclo de mejora continua (PHVA). Posteriormente esta es desarrollada mediante las actividades consignadas en los instructivos diseñados para el hacer de los 4 pilares nombrados anteriormente. Estas actividades permitieron mejorar el sistema de planeación a nivel del flujo y manejo de la información, el ordenamiento y la documentación el proceso de desarrollo de productos, la programación y el control de las entradas de proceso, el producto en proceso y las salidas del mismo. Además se creó una herramienta de tipo estadístico para el control de defectos de calidad, algo que en la empresa no tenía antecedente.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoMejorar el proceso de planeación, programación y control de la producción en una empresa de recubrimiento de rodillos en caucho(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2018) Bedoya Giraldo, Valentina; Rodríguez Montealegre, Nicolás; Ayora Piedrahita, Claudia XimenaThe company dedicated to the coating of rubber rollers is a manufacturing company, which has been in the market for more than 15 years in the market and works under the modality make to order, before starting the project there were problems in the delivery fulfillment of the orders, due to the fact that according to their installed capacity they can deliver in about 15 days and during the year 2017 they handled on average 26 days of delivery, therefore it led the authors to design a strategy for the implementation of the planning, programming and control models of production, so that the project ended with a reduction in delivery times of up to 12 days, thus achieving its business objective of being more flexible to change and achieve greater effectiveness in its internal functioning. The project was divided in three stages, the first one was the identification of the process variables variables (definition of product groups, standard times, scheduled available hours, among others), restrictions and conditions for the design of the planning, scheduling and control process of production. The second stage is based on designing the process of planning, scheduling and control of production with the help of the Excel tool, applying the sequencing rules, the implementation of the MPS and production report formats. The third stage involves the implementation of the designs and the measurement of the results obtained. As a result of the implementation is the weekly production program with a percentage of compliance; as regards the main objective, there is a reduction in delivery times for orders from 26 days to 14 days. As a continuous improvement project it was possible to measure the productive processes by means of the implementation of the management indicators, such as quality, availability and efficiency for each job, also under a production control during the three months observed the increase of the performance by 15%, quality by 3% and availability by 2%.

An causes analysis is carried out and weaknesses have been identified in the planning, programming and control of operations in the production processes for current half and voltage transformers, a model is presented for the elaboration of a plan of production, a master production plan (MPS), material requirements plan (MRP) and a production program validated by means of a selection design for two sequencing rules based on the objectives set, using the scoring methodology is rated as performance indicator the Average Work Delay (RPT) , and the rule First in Arriving First in Service (PLLPS) is selected, finally it is validated in the implementation that the fulfillment of the orders improved by 43% and was reduced the average delay of works to 0 days.
