    Algunas aproximaciones a los procesos de configuración del modo de ser rector de la institución educativa Carlos Holmes Trujillo de la ciudad de Cali, según la perspectiva de Michel Foucault

    In the following text under the article modality it is tried to analyze "the way of being rector" of the teaching director of the educational institution Carlos Holmes Trujillo of the city Cali, taking into account the theoretical elements of the French author Michel Foucault related to the subject, Power, authority, control, among others. From a methodological aspect with which it tries to configure a kind of model on how a subject can exert the power, from the perspective foucaultiana, in a western democracy; And from there, several interviews are carried out with teachers of the educational institution, with the purpose of recognizing the proximity or distance of the exercise of the power of the rector with respect to the one raised by Foucault. It is a proposal that proposes a different way of understanding and thinking the role of the top educational director, which could serve as a reference for other research work that can deepen the analysis, which correlates the theoretical approaches with the facts or situations of reality.

    This work includes analysis of power relations in public administration of educational services in Buga city-Valle, a graduate of Master in High Direction of Educational Services (MADSE) at Universidad de San Buenaventura (USB). It presents Michel Foucault postulates of power concept, as a conceptual basis for the development of this research. Delves into the role of high-director of educational services from the conceptual framework underlying the MADSE, based on the book "Expedición hacia el interior" from Carlos Molina author. Subsequently, it describes graduate practices in his performance as mayor of Buga, from an applied interview, news, newspaper articles and magazines. Finally, an analysis of power exercise of graduate is carried out in his practice as a high director of educational services.

    La cooperacion : ¿un instrumento de refuerzo del soft power?

    El concepto de la existencia de Soft Power (Poder Blando) desarrollado por Joseph Nye, y que se basa en los recursos que profundizan el poder de un Estado, puede identificarse hoy en otros actores de la escena internacional como las organizaciones internacionales. Las dinámicas de cooperación internacional, al interior de dichas organizaciones, parecen acompañar la existencia de este tipo de poder. Es así como el fenómeno de la francofonía ha revelado ser un terreno rico para el estudio de un modelo de Soft Power que se ejerce a nivel institucional, en el seno de organismos como la Organización Internacional de la Francofonía – OIF y en relación con la Organización de la Naciones Unidas – ONU y sus operadores como la UNESCO; y a nivel bilateral entre Estados por ejemplo en la relación de cooperación bilateral entre Francia y Colombia. A fin de verificar esta afirmación, esta investigación muestra una lectura tanto cuantitativa como cualitativa de las acciones que evidencian la existencia de dicho tipo de poder se revela indispensable.

    Efectos de un entrenamiento pliométrico vertical para la fuerza potencia en miembros inferiores del equipo representativo de baloncesto de la Universidad de San Buenaventura Cartagena

    The present research sought to generate knowledge about the effects of a vertical plyometric training for power strength in lower members of the representative basketball team of the University of San Buenaventura Cartagena, applying the Bosco jump test in a period of twelve weeks of specific training and 3 times a week, 7 male and 2 female gender players from the representative basketball team of a private University in the city of Cartagena. Informed consent was requested from the participants, where the objectives of the project, the usefulness of the information, the confidentiality regarding the names of the participants, the voluntary nature of the participation, the foreseeable benefits and the risk of damage (tangible or intangible) for the individual and the community. After comparing the pre-test and post-test, it is concluded that the progressive vertical plyometric training of frequency 3 times per week with low, medium and moderate intensities over a period of 12 weeks, improves the power strength in the lower limbs.

    Escuela, poder y resistencia : reflexiones sobre la práctica pedagógica

    The following article is a construction of meanings and understandings of some themes and tasks present in the daily life of the teacher and the school. It is worth mentioning some: the exercise of power and knowledge, tensions in the way of exercising it, the figure of the teacher as authority, perspective of desire, dialogue, among others, which sometimes contradict or degrade the teaching practice in a transcendental manner without Pay close attention. A narrative research is proposed from personal experience, which, as suggested by Antonio Bolívar Botía (2002), must be realistic, authentic and coherent, (p. 15). This research starts from the approach to the school through the teaching practice in different contexts of the city and a dialogue from the construction of meaning with authors relevant to the subject.

    In this documented research the importance of the practices of cohesion, discipline and punishment in social structures throughout the history of the West was reviewed; This allowed us to make readings of social practices which state the existence of dominion and power over life from the time of the Greek Polis, the Roman Empire, medieval societies, enlightened societies, disciplinary societies, post-industrial society, Surveillance and control in the current digital age; Points of encounter were established between the different societies and their actions of control over the body at an organic, emotional level of thought, which allowed exposing concepts from various philosophical, social and human positions.

    La influencia del poder en el clima organizacional de una organización educativa

    In this research paper, the theoretical foundations of the philosopher and Psychologist Michel Foucault are exposed, in relation to the concept of power and its power mechanisms, which are an influence of impact within an educational organization. Foucault considers that power exists only when it is put into action; this acts not on others but on their present or future actions (Foucault, 1991, pág. 83), thus producing subjects who, using power mechanisms, mobilize the organization, achieving a balance that is beneficial, thanks to the commitment that is made by the actions of the collaborators. Considering that in Foucault’s approach power is not violence, repression or imposition, but active and productive among the subjects, its influence among the people at the Ana Julia Holguín de Hurtado School is visible as well as the way it affects the Organizational climate in such institution.

    Manifestaciones de poder en las relaciones de parejas heterosexuales en relación a la toma de decisiones

    This work focuses on recognition within the relationships of Medellin, which are the most representative manifestations of power that exist around the decision, which allowed recognize through research, through surveys, search databases, and analysis of different semi -structured interviews. This allowed to take into account aspects of relationships that are characteristic of this social and cultural context, recognize some situations that are commonly manifested in relationships. The intent of this gathering and analysis of information is to enable action guidelines and training for people to recognize the possibilities of improving and maintaining healthy relationships, which allow future possible changes in the logic of power in the couple currently handles.

    Prácticas de gestión y flexibilidad educativa en el ámbito pedagógico : caso: institución universitaria escuela nacional del deporte

    This investigation is focused in answering the next question: Which are the management practices that the different areas (administrative staff, academics and professors) have developed, promoting the educational flexibility in the pedagogical scope in the Institution Universitaria Escuela Nacional del Deporte. To do that the objective was established to determine the management practices of the areas that promote the educational flexibility in this institution. The methodology was based in a qualitative approach. The strategy of Case Study was chosen and was focused in the particularity to understand the management practices and the educational flexibility in the pedagogical scope in the institution, and at the same time it promotes the construction of knowledge at social level, in other words, it gives the experience and knowledge to the topic of educational flexibility. The document was structured in three chapters: From the Background to the Epistemic Context: It´s a description of the categories that form the theoretical framework. Contextualization of the Case Study: It´s a description of the different areas in the institution. Findings: it shows the evidence of the management practices, developed in the pedagogical scope by the different areas to implement the educational flexibility.

    El Quindío: acontecimientos desde la contrahistoria en la configuración del territorio y la educación

    This article is part of the research work of the Master in Education: Human Development, who from different disciplinary perspectives and having as budget and place of enunciation the current territory, proposes a look from the events that have shaped a territory like Quindío. It is intended to elucidate the different forms of control and power that have occurred in Quindío from different events and that have shaped their territory. However, its purpose is not a historical elaboration, it does not intend to make an enumeration of facts in a linear way; rather, they are the reconfigurations and dejects of history. It does not aim to describe the past. The important thing to understand the devices that have been used in the configuration of this territory and the subject that is part of it are the events and as a unit of analysis is its value in counterhistory. It is to stop looking at the rarity of the event, the originality of the event, with a rupture with the traditional historiography that assumes the events in relation to a series of presupposed statements, typical of positivist analysis, in Foucault's language. In this sense, the work does not presuppose anything, the journey will be built from new meanings, reconfigurations (deyectos) and referents that from the interests of power have shaped Quindío.

    Radiología del género ¿Cuerpos, discursos, poderes?

    The approach of gender studies from a broad perspective, was possible thanks to the analysis and observation of the discursive, symbolic and observable aspects within the social dynamics. Discourse as a form of power over bodies, by creating these networks of truths accepted as possible evidence; An example of this assumption is the statement "He is a boy and his name will be John". This discursive element becomes the truth of the genre for that gender, to which from that moment, it is given some roles according to its genital characteristics; therefore, if this body decides that "Juan" is a discursive element that blurs its gender lines, then a possible "I am not Juan, I am Victoria" would transform the powers that are exercised within the signifier of this body in particular. Is biology a destination according to genitality? What are the signifiers and meanings in this line of thought? These signifiers such as "woman, man, gay, queer, lesbian" would create a meaning according to the cultures that surround these discursive elements, the body would become an element that carries the brands of the genre. Attached to this is the studies and analyzes on the desire of Self for Self, or the Other for Self; making an interpretation to the systems of power exercised by the subject within historical contexts, where it was necessary to portray these aspects of the subject with pride, or to hide them because of the scandalousness of their actions. All this under the constant questioning of heteronormativity (Which are based on a natural reproduction assumption) and patriarchy (How the power exercised by one body over the other).

    Tierra, legislación y poder en la procelosa historia del despojo en el campo colombiano

    Se pretende recrear sintéticamente el proceso histórico del despojo y la expoliación de la tierra en el campo y mostrar que en sus orígenes y causas ha estado siempre vigente la disputa por la propiedad territorial, donde la mediación del Estado, expresada en una profusa legislación agraria, ha sido un rotundo fracaso, en contra de la población rural. Igualmente, se intenta demostrar que tal legislación ha buscado la transformación-adecuación de la correlación de fuerzas políticas en el escenario del conflicto por la tierra, para ubicarse recurrentemente al lado de los intereses y lógicas de los sectores más poderosos. Así, el proceso de acumulación en las áreas rurales aún no termina, y cada vez reviste novedosas condiciones, acomodadas al desarrollo global capitalista del país.
