    Aplicación de dispositivos móviles en la medición de los niveles de radiación ultravioleta y su validación en el distrito de Chulucanas región Piura Perú

    Se denomina App a una aplicación de software que se instala en dispositivos móviles con la finalidad de facilitar al usuario la consecución de tareas, operaciones o gestiones del día a día. La presente investigación desarrolla un análisis sobre la eficiencia de las aplicaciones móviles en la medición de niveles de radiación ultravioleta en el distrito de Chulucanas, con el objetivo de verificar la confiabilidad de los datos obtenidos y fomentar una cultura de prevención a la sobreexposición solar en la población chulucanense para evitar enfermedades relacionadas a la radiación UV. La metodología empleada considera la información procedente de tres aplicaciones móviles previamente seleccionadas, World UV, Uv-Indeks y NoTeQuemes descargadas gratuitamente. La toma de datos es realizada en tres puntos georreferenciados del distrito de Chulucanas que son, ciudad de Chulucanas, caserío Chapica Campanas y caserío Papelillo, la medición se efectúa cinco veces al día cada dos horas, iniciándose a las 8:00 a.m y culminando a las 4:00 p.m, por un período de un mes. Los resultados obtenidos indican la influencia horaria y diaria sobre el desarrollo del nivel de radiación ultravioleta. En los sectores observados se determina que la hora de mayor impacto ocurre al medio día solar, en cuanto al tipo de aplicación móvil más adecuada se considera a UV Indeks por ser el de mejor respuesta de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos en la bibliografía consultada.

    The realized investigation announced some theories it brings over of one of the diseases, slightly common, since it is the Sirenomelia. One found response to one of the questions that worries in the school area. It is as well as, the question of investigation was formulated how bear the incorporation in mind in the educational system for the children and girls with Sirenomelia's syndrome that they come to the school age?To give response to the raised problem, a documentary analysis was had as modal, from which a context of investigation was formed, in order to give form to the problem of investigation and to acquire the conceptual elements to extend the information.With base in the documentary contributions there was constructed “The File", with which a situation appeared problem, a few aims and a theoretical frame that allowed to identify some reasons and to recognize the importance of the sensibility opposite to cases as the one that appeared in the development of this one proposed of investigation. One presented some royal cases which reasons of the disease were the carelessness in the stage of gestation; the contact with chemical elements, result of the environmental pollution, between others. Due to the previous thing, they acquired the disease and one denied the right to them to the social and educational incorporation.The investigation allowed to sensitize and to announce that for those that they are born with rare diseases, the family, the company and the school must have the strategies prepared adapted to guarantee a qualit way of life.

    Descripción de rendimiento en aspectos cognitivos, conativos y emocionales de un grupo de niños con baja estimulación ambiental

    El presente trabajo se presenta como resultado del análisis previo de datos recolectados para la investigación de Maestría en Psicología Desarrollo de un modelo de intervención psicopedagógica con niños y niñas entre 5 y 7 años de edad. El análisis llevado a cabo hasta este momento, permite hacer una descripción de las características del grupo evaluado, para un posterior proceso de intervención y comparación, pero, teniendo en cuenta que este grupo corresponde a una población infantil con bajos índices de estimulación ambiental, se consideró pertinente hacer un análisis de sus características a nivel de rendimiento cognitivo, conativo y emocional. La propuesta resulta pertinente, en tanto puede guiar a los profesionales interesados en el trabajo infantil y particularmente con niños en alguna condición de riesgo psicosocial, sobre cuáles son las verdaderas necesidades de la población a la cuál dirigen sus intervenciones, en lo que tiene que ver con las tres áreas mencionadas: cognitiva, conativa y emocional.

    Ejercicio para el desacondicionamiento físico en el adulto mayor hospitalizado. Revisión temática

    Introduction: The patient who is critically ill, is frequently subjected to a significant degree of immobilization, which leads to the Physical Disorder Syndrome. This syndrome is characterized by the metabolic and systemic deterioration of the organism as a consequence of prolonged immobilization; the metabolic alterations begin to be observed in the first 24 hours of immobilization. Objective: To establish the level of prevention of an exercise program in physical deconditioning in the elderly. Methodology: Older adults that enter the hospital center, that due to medical forecast of entry have a prolonged hospital stay. Results: 13 articles addressed the beginning of the activity and benefits where it is emphasized that the physical intervention must start in the Flow Phase (acute or catabolic), and 10 articles related to the progression of the activity, framed in the analysis and progress obtained by stage of postural evolution. The variability of studies shows that early exercise in the hospitalized elderly must have a personalized and appropriate care and according to the condition of each patient Conclusions: Early mobility in the critical patient and the performance of physical exercise in a properly prescribed and planned manner, generates beneficial effects in the different body systems, optimizes the functionality and independence of the patient, and impacts on physiological aspects that in one way or another allow improving the physical condition of the patient and reduce the time spent in bed, also has a very positive effect on the physical-psychological well-being of this group of patients, by improving their self-esteem and desire to live

    Guía para la prevención del consumo de sustancias psicoactivas: apuntes para el trabajo con la infancia

    This work intends to serve as a guide for the prevention of the use of psychoactive substances in childhood, two phases were implemented for its construction; the first one stablished the literature review and systematization of the information and the second one presents a proposal to apply a promotion and prevention program. Through the literature tracking you could find some key elements that allowed reconsider the initial proposal, because it had not taken into account the importance to include the relevant actors (family and educators) in the prevention program. The playful features and meaningful learning are emphasized like basic elements oriented toward the prevention in childhood.     La Ley de acoso laboral (Ley 1010 de 2006) frente al bien tutelado constitucionalmente de tener un trabajo justo y digno y su inoperancia jurídica

    This article studies the laboral harassment or mobbing of labor, a problem regulated in Colombia through Ley 1010 of 2006, analyzing the contribution that it has made to Colombian legal system in the workplace during the years it has been in force, in addition to the scope and effectiveness of the same regulation in the social context, the effective protection of the rights that it protects, starting from the constitutional principle to have a work in decent and fair conditions, and the existence of the barriers for the workers harassed in their work environment in relation to the access To justice. For this purpose, the article presents the historical and normative antecedents of Ley 1010 of 2006 are presented, making a tracing of comparative law with the norms of labor protection anti-mobbing, the Constitutional Court´s position and the scarce jurisprudential development of the same this regulation before the problem. Likewise, the article points out the different mechanisms designed by the law for prevention and defense of rights violated by harassment. Finally, workplace harassment is considered as a social problem

    Music therapy intervention to promote prosociality and to reduce the risk of aggression in children of primary basic and preschool in Bogota, Colombia

    El propósito de esta intervención fue promover la prosocialidad y reducir el riesgo de agresividad en niños de básica primaria y preescolar, mediante la musicoterapia. Se adoptó un diseño cuasiexperimental con pre-test y pos-test, dentro de un programa piloto de prevención temprana de la agresividad, en un nivel secundario dirigido a un grupo específico de niños. Participaron 18 niños entre 5 y 9 años, distribuidos en tres grupos. El grupo uno recibió intervención completa de musicoterapia (30 sesiones), el grupo dos recibió intervención incompleta de musicoterapia (15 sesiones) y el grupo tres o grupo control no recibió ninguna intervención. Los resultados indicaron que la musicoterapia tuvo efectos significativos sobre la agresividad directa de los grupos experimentales uno y dos, pero no así sobre la agresividad indirecta, para los mismos grupos. En cuanto a la prosocialidad, la musicoterapia tuvo efectos significativos solamente en el grupo dos. En este caso específico, podemos concluir que la musicoterapia se convirtió en una estrategia de prevención secundaria con respecto al riesgo de agresividad directa.

    Prevención de la depresión y la ansiedad en estudiantes universitarios

    The research aim was to evaluate the impact of a prevention program for depression and anxiety through the development of critical thinking and problem solving strategies in first-semester college students. Method: A quasi- experimental design, assessment pre-test and post-test and control group was used. Involving 60 students from two universities of Colombia who were in their first year of training (25% male and 75% female), mean age 18.5 years; experimental group n = 31, control group n = 29. The program lasted 10 sessions. The instruments used were the CES-D (Rodloff y Locke, 1986), SCL-90 (Derogatis, 2002), Stressful Events Questionnaire (Connor-Smith y Calvete, 2004), ATQ (Kendall, Howard y Hays, 1989), ASSQ (Kendall y Hollon, 1989). Results: Significant changes were identified in the clinical indicators of depression, anxiety, negative thoughts and assessment of life events in the experimental group. Conclusions: The prevention program for depression and anxiety through the development of critical thinking and Socratic dialogue is effective in young students of the first year of training, as it significantly decreases the indicators of depression and anxiety, negative thoughts and life events appraisement (Berrio, Castaño, Correa, Jaramillo, Londoño y Rivera, 2015).--Grupo Perfiles Cognitivos y Psicopatológicos.-- Línea de Investigación: perfil cognitivo y psicopatología.-- Área: psicología.--Tema: prevención, ansiedad y depresión

    La prevención de la ideación suicida en adolescentes en el municipio de Ciudad Bolívar – Antioquia desde el año 2012 hasta el 2014

    Suicide is one of the 10 leading causes of death in the world, and one of the top three in people between 15 and 55 years old. About one million people kill themselves on a year and 20 million more try. Suicide is a multi-causal phenomenon which involves biological, cultural, family, economic, psychosocial factors, among others. As a strategy to prevent the phenomenon of suicide (attempt, and completed suicide ideation) the Health Secretary of the municipality of Ciudad Bolívar adopted the National Plan of Public Health whereby the prevention of suicidal behavior is sought, seeking to transform habits lives of the youth of the town, through the strategy of life skills proposed by the WHO, the strategy is to allow the participants to become agents of change in the environments in which they operate

    The prevention and attention of school dropout mediated by ICT in students with specific educational support needs in an official educational institution in the Department of Bolívar, is a qualitative way of doing, which was developed with active students, graduates , deserters and general educational community of the corregimiento of Gambote Bolívar, with the objective of analyzing the incidence of the implementation of ICT-mediated strategies, whose type of research is participatory action, because the object of study that in this case are Students with specific educational support needs who participated in the implementation of the research proposal, taking into account the strategies and methodologies proposed, that is, were the multipliers of said proposal. It was carried out with an emancipatory interpretive approach; Its population was secondary school students and the sample of said population was 6th, 7th, 8th grade students and deserters from the Educational Institution of Gambote. It was concluded that the children and young people of the Gambote population who have conditions of specific educational support needs and who are in turn active in the academic training processes, will be dynamic authors in the teaching-learning processes through TIC.

    Radiación ultravioleta. Análisis de su comportamiento estacional en diferentes sectores de la región Piura. Costa Norte del Perú

    Se denomina radiación solar a los conjuntos de radiaciones electromagnéticas emitidas por el sol. Esta energía juega un papel determinante en diversos procesos en la biosfera, siendo uno de los factores importantes en los cambios de clima terrestre. Teniendo en cuenta sus beneficios, también existen los daños que puede causar en animales, plantas y humanos al tener una exposición prolongada. En las últimas dos décadas, se comprobó una disminución gradual de la capa de ozono estimada de 0.4 s 0.5 % por año. En búsqueda de una respuesta sobre el nivel de daño y su dinamismo estacional sobre una región del norte del Perú es por el cual se realiza el análisis del comportamiento del índice de radiación ultravioleta (UV-B). Los resultados, representan una herramienta y una alerta a fin de informar a la población sobre las formas de cómo evitar los problemas e impactos en la piel.

    Revisión de los factores de riesgo para el deterioro cognitivo en el adulto mayor

    Within the framework of this work, the objective is to identify the risk factors for normal and pathological cognitive impairment in the elderly from a documentary review of the research carried out between 2008 and 2018, addressing the different subtype of dementia and degrees of severity based on an information search in the following databases Ebsco, Dialnet, Redalyc, Scielo and Google Académico; in order to understand why in some cases cognitive deterioration occurs more rapidly, affecting different areas of the brain thus causing various alterations such as: motor impairment, loss of attention, learning difficulties, planning, task execution, problem solving, language and memory. However, the review identifies that although strategies for diagnosis and intervention have been generated, these are still insufficient, so it is necessary to strengthen the research processes in these pathologies that allow improving clinical care and contribute to better rehabilitation of the patient

    Risk management represents a highly efficient work tool to avoid and control the impact of shortcomings in the field where it is applied; that is why the Colombian national government has been driven with increasing force, a campaign of awareness about the importance of safety and health of people inside companies, regardless of their size. Therefore, it is mandatory to implement the management system of health and safety at work, seeking a gradual reduction of diseases, absenteeism, disability, lawsuits and compensations that are registered in the country, as a result of the exercise of functions within the job positions offered by the companies; given that this situation has contributed to the detriment of the health service system, the Fosyga and the average premium pension scheme; as well as in the image and decrease of the cash flow of the companies that are involved in lawsuits and payments of high compensations. The long-term goal is to improve the working conditions of any person who is working in the Colombian territory and simultaneously contribute to the strengthening and competitiveness of companies. Arguing all of the above, DIGINET S.A.S. receives this requirement well and is involved in the development of its own management system, in order to improve existing processes while ensuring a suitable working environment for its human capital.
