    El trabajo de grado está compuesto de 2 enfoques: Estudio comparativo entre el desarrollo de la fase de análisis elaborado bajo el modelo tradicional (ciclo de vida) vs. metodología BPM con implementación de arquitectura SOA, tomando como caso de estudio el desarrollo del subproceso de gestión de hojas de vida y su integración al sistema ADAM de la empresa Extras y Eficacia con su socio de negocio el portal de empleo Buscojobs.

    En la Universidad de San Buenaventura Medellin, en la Facultad de Ingenierías con el Semillero de Investigación de Ingeniería del Software (SISUSBMED), adscrito al programa de Ingeniería de Sistemas, se ha propuesto la creación de una empresa del tipo Spin Off, producto de sus investigaciones y proyectos, para esto es necesaria la creación de una propuesta de plan de negocios, que sirva de guía en la creación de tal empresa. Además para que el funcionamiento de esta sea optimo, se desarrollo una herramienta que integra los aplicativos utilizados por la empresa.

    Propuesta de intervención: formando pensadores críticos a partir del cómic latinoamericano

    To think about critical reading as a fundamental requirement in the training given in schools and universities, has been the last decade task in Colombia, due to the lack of criticality observed in the students when reading and analyzing their personal and social reality. From the polysemy of conceptualizations of critical reading in this research the focus is on the Jury, meaning: the critical reading is in itself the formation of a subject with criterion, through the work of literature from the dialogism between texts or intertextuality. While these practices are carried out through various types of text, this thesis work proposes the comic as a multimodal text that enables critical thinking by its iconic and narrative structure and by the satirical criticism it makes to society. This is a proposal of intervention through a didactic sequence consisting of six sessions in which it is intended to strengthen the critical thinking of the students of cycle 3 of the Liceo Quial, by reading Latin American comics, among which Mafalda were selected Copetin and Macanudo. This proposal arises from the results obtained in a pilot test, consisting of an initial evaluation and an interview with a focus group. This research corresponds to a qualitative, action research study; this was born within the framework of the Degree in Spanish Language offered by the University of San Buenaventura Cali.

    Rap educativo: líricas, educación y diversión

    In this document, I will talk about the experience I had about the implementation of Rap as an educational tool in the area of Spanish language, in the sixth grade of the parish San Francisco Javier sede Orquídeas. However, the main objective of this work is to present the Rap as an innovative educational proposal, which extends the possibilities of teachers regarding the instruments they use for daily teaching in their classrooms. In the first instance, I will describe the proposal that I intend to implement and follow it, I describe the context in which my educational intervention was carried out. Then I take a tour of the different documents that are approaching in the idea of implementing the musical genre Rap, and its contributions in terms of its advantages and successes in the educational field. Then I gather general information about what is Hip Hop and its history, a point that seems relevant to me to know more about this culture that gives us some interesting elements, such as rap, for the beneficial use of society. But before, I get to know the problematic that concerns this educational proposal and posing some objectives for the solution of said problematization.
