    The objective of this article of theoretical reflection is on an analysis of the subject in the experience addicted to drugs from a psychoanalytic view, which allowed to understand aspects related to the experience of pleasure, besides a device for the Instinct and the drug as a object of satisfaction. For this it was necessary to make a revision from different authors of psychoanalytic current, where the main speaker is Sigmund Freud from which a route was made from different texts that allowed to visualize aspects in the life of the subject, that make that it sustain a repetition in its conduct To the consumption of psychoactive substances. This leads to evidence to a subject in his first experience of auto erotic satisfaction, relating this experience to the mnemic traces, so that later the subject wants to experience the first primary experience that is lost, on the other hand supporting as the drug becomes In a device of the drive, which is taken as an object which is incorporated to own self without evidencing a limit and finally finding the drug as totalizing, because it becomes a narcissistic object of the ego where the subject contemplates a paradise that Is not promised.

    El amor, complejo e indefinible tema de muchos autores, de muchas posturas y posiciones que permiten de alguna manera caminar a su infinita, mágica, pero angustiosa realidad. En esta perspectiva el artículo va encaminado a realizar un acercamiento a la pareja contemporánea anudado a nuevas formas del deseo y el goce, trasladadas a un sentir desde lo virtual, del juego de la ausencia y la presencia del objeto de amor; a un sostenimiento de una vida amorosa, y en este sentido, traspasar el entender de lo Fisiológico, lo Cultural y lo Social insertando una realidad del amor brindada por el Psicoanálisis.

    En el presente trabajo se aclara el estatuto del cuerpo, que es diferente al organismo desde el psicoanálisis y su relación con el tipo clínico histeria, se indicaron las dimensiones real, simbólica e imaginaria del mismo, relacionadas en esta estructura, así como la conformación del yo y la dimensión imaginaria en la que coincide con el cuerpo. Luego se indica la dinámica pulsional implícita en su sintomatología, donde la fantasía juega un papel importante para su satisfacción o autosatisfacción, se elucida de igual forma la relación específica que guarda la parte del cuerpo elegida para manifestarse. Se toma como ejemplo un caso clínico de la época de Freud donde se encuentran expuestos los argumentos e hipótesis indicados en el texto.

    Declinación del padre simbólico en la civilización

    El proceso de civilización implica para los sujetos exigencias y designios culturales. Para que este proceso sea posible se requiere la presencia de un padre simbólico que inscriba al sujeto a la ley y lo normativice. La hipótesis de este artículo considera la declinación del padre simbólico en el proceso de civilización. Hipótesis que se desarrolla haciendo uso de las observaciones obtenidas de niños y adolescentes de 6 a 17 años que participaron en un proyecto educativo en Popayán, obteniendo como conclusión, que sí hay una declinación padre, lo que acarrea un conflicto para los niños y adolescentes en el proceso de civilización, y por otra parte, el Estado intenta a suplir este declinación, lográndolo sólo en determinados contextos. Palabras claves: Pulsión, Tendencia Agresiva, Nombre del Padre, Padre Simbólico, súper yo, súper yo cultural, principio de placer, principio de realidad.

Considering the research contribution of some authors who study the traits of aggression in children and also propose teaching methods to accompany them.

    El lugar de la cultura y la constitución psíquica de la agresión en la infancia

    This document is interested in understanding the relationship between culture and psyche constitution in infancy, by taking in interest the concept of aggression. By taking interest in psychoanalytic authors as Freud, Lacan and Dolto, and sociological ones like Levi-Strauss and Geertz; enables the comprehension of aggressiveness as non-instinctive and starts from human culture, regulated in relationships between subjects through social norms; emerging a social bond in particular that makes possible the recognition from one place to another. The correlative aggressiveness of the encounter with the other and former of human psyche, it allows the infant to claim a place in relationships with others by identification, changing the pulsional world of It, to impose an Id as a body distinguished from other. The infant borns as a premature being still in development, the Other plays an important role by allowing the baby to be lodged by other in their desire, other that signifies and allows a body with gaze, voice, caresses, etc., the experience of being embraced in a moment of helplessness possibilities it to emerge as a pulsional being and a desiring subject.

    La paradoja de la ley

    This article comes to present a way to reflection going through some clinical bullets about the enforcement of law and also the paradox of itself in a particular man , whom is representing it acting as a cop in the city of Buenaventura; to reach this goal we present two different kind of aproachment to the concept that even being oposite runs together in this scenario, one is the law and jurisprudence and the other is the concept of law in psychoanalysis based on Sigmund Freud postulations. The result of the theorical revisions and my own clinical experience working in the case presented here, shows that even being the same concept, the specificity of psychoanalysis shows the subjectivization among the individual and invite us to the knowledge of his function, going through his own psychic training; the case of this cop called L, whom has being choosen by the questions coming to me on our clinical sesions, allows me to conclude that even when “L” doesnt relate in a healthy way with society uses the investment as law officer to create an agresive hostil bridge with it. Being a cop doesnt build the person carrying the uniform, to represent the law doesnt destroy his strongest pulsions making him an offender. Being a cop doesnt mean he is not a subject

    The body, a complex concept that goes beyond the organism and who is privileged in the subjects to consciously and unconsciously externalize internal conflicts.     La pulsión y el tiempo: un análisis desde la obra de Sigmund Freud de la experiencia humana del tiempo

    The present article studies a point of view on the vision of Freud of the phenomenon called chronological time in relation to the psychic life of the subject of the unconscious. Part of the presupposition that the Freudian reading about time is linked to the understanding he developed about the concept of drive and its modes of satisfaction. The discussion is framed from this line of argument: Before 1920 Sigmund Freud gives a maximum importance to the biological order, so he takes up a more spatialized view of time from physics, a view that sustains from the understanding he gives of the dynamics with which he operates The drive, subjected to moments of accumulation of tension and sudden discharges of intensity that will become the point of reference of a baby's nascent self to be subjected to a temporal logic. But after 1920, Freud introduces a past beyond the pleasure principle and with it, a new drive model with which the empire of the positivist paradigm in his theory undergoes a radical change that is necessary to be able to affirm that the drive and the temporal experience Are phenomena that are far from being determined by physical or sensual factors such as those still defended by modern cognitive neuroscience. Time will give Freud a psychic experience determined by the structuring factor of the psyche, the word, so his logic operates with an a posteriori that seems to give it a cyclical movement to what was previously perceived as only linear.

    Pulsión y perversión : una revisión documental del caso de Luis Alfredo Garavito

    Esta investigación está orientada, desde un enfoque psicoanalítico, a la descripción de las maneras en que operan las pulsiones en los actos que se alejan del marco de referencia que el Otro impone al sujeto. Con este propósito se realizó una revisión documental de autores que abordan el tema, confrontando sus propuestas con el caso de Luis Alfredo Garavito Cubillos. La razón de orientar la investigación hacia las pulsiones, parte de concebir que los seres humanos, en tanto que seres sociales, viven en constantes contradicciones cuando esta “realidad” se enfrenta con la realidad psíquica que también los constituye. Por una parte, los impulsos endógenos, que habitan en el sujeto, entran en tensión cuando todas las fuerzas, pulsiones y deseos son limitados a ser satisfechos por la cultura, ese gran Otro que pone límites a la satisfacción inmediata del movimiento energético que estimula al sujeto a encontrar su fin. No obstante, los sujetos intentan mediar esta tensión descargando las pulsiones de diversas formas; así, algunos articulan sus comportamientos coherentemente con las demandas o invocaciones del Otro mientras que, por el contrario, otros transgreden estas barreras logrando su fin mediante actos que vulneran la integridad de los demás, actos que constituyen conductas consideradas perversas.

    Sufrimiento psíquico de militares frente al retiro laboral

    This paper aims to reflect on the psychological suffering of Military before the labor retirement pension; Work is something fundamental in human life, much of their lives is invested in it, is a source of satisfaction, social position and development, fostering the creation of social ties and giving a place of recognition; Military activity due to the satisfaction of the drive, the libidinal investment and a narcissistic position of the subject. Military career is characterized by daily training, subordination, discipline, respect and permanent availability. By the labor retirement these links are broken and that is where the subject starts to suffer a range of symptoms that lead him to a mental suffering, a process which also affects their family environment. It is essential that the retired military working all stages of mourning for the lost object, strengthening the ego functions linked to self-esteem, reinventing new roles in new spaces, understanding the withdrawal of the armed forces as an opportunity to develop skills and competencies unexplored and an opportunity to enjoy family experiences unlived.
