    Acreditación de alta calidad, ¿la vida de las IES? Acreditación de alta calidad en IES y el malestar, sufrimiento y cansancio de los actores involucrados

    This research work offers information about the possible relationships that are established between the process of accreditation of high quality in IES and the discomfort, suffering and tiredness of the actors involved. The results allow us to know that the relationships that, in a sense, favor well-being coexist, although with a derivative and dependent effect; and alternately, there are relationships that sometimes generate discomfort and tension for the actors. In addition, identify other types of relationships that underlie the exercise. The methodology used is circumscribed in the Ontology of the present, which leads to acquiring a reflective attitude, involving the perception of reality that surrounds us, expanding our horizons to new possibilities of being different from what we are. For which the case study was used, information gathering techniques such as the unstructured interview and the unstructured participant observation were implemented, seeking to know what is happening today, what contains the information that circulates and what the statute reveals of the subject through a diagnosis of the present from the discursive practices that the path is pointing out. The above, was carried out with 5 people who are part of the educational community in IES and who have also participated in this process and the unstructured participant observation was carried out during the visit of the academic peers for the accreditation process of high quality in a private IES. The authors that I consider fundamental in the present work are Byung Chul Han, David Le Breton, Hannah Arendt and Victor Ehrenberg; Although, disciplinary authors such as Molina, Rúa, Grueso, among others, are addressed.

    Observar detenidamente cómo surgen los procesos evaluativos, hacerse preguntas acerca de lo que los antecede y precede; interrogarse por las oportunidades y por los riesgos que hay en juego en tan particulares despliegues, así como cuestionarse por las características del proceso evaluativo, permite que la sociedad o el grupo que es afectado directa o indirectamente por la evaluación, relativice posturas y juicios y valore los aspectos cualitativos en juego para la toma de decisiones.

    Cultura de calidad en centros nocturnos y bares en México. Caso puerto de Veracruz

    El sector turismo ha tenido un auge creciente en fechas recientes y en este ámbito la competitividad ha sido un asunto ampliamente analizado. La calidad es un elemento importante para incrementar la competitividad en bares y centros nocturnos y en ella el personal de la empresa es una pieza clave. Su participación en el diseño de elementos de ambiente, servicio y mercadotecnia induce un incremento en la competitividad de las empresas del sector industrial al influir directamente en la experiencia de consumo de los clientes, e indirectamente mediante experiencias previas, formación de expectativas positivas y reforzamiento por recomendaciones de otros clientes. En el caso del puerto de Veracruz, la industria ha desarrollado una cultura de calidad a través del aprendizaje de los gustos y preferencias de los clientes, permitiendo con ello el desarrollo de una cultura social y una actividad económica reconocida internacionalmente.

    DevOps como estrategia de aporte a la calidad de productos de software en MIPYMES desarrolladoras en el contexto colombiano

    Reports from the Colombian software development industry indicate a problem in the quality of its products that results in low export levels, associated with other industry malpractices. This paper presents the design of an implementation strategy of DevOps that allows to identify the pillars that group the enablers for it to validate the contribution to the quality of software development products for Colombian MSMEs that is achieved.After the implementation of the strategy in 5 companies it is possible to reach the last of the stages with one of them and the results of the validation show that not only the objective of quality improvement is achieved, but other aspects reported in the studies were also positively inferred.

    Industria Panificadora Nacional Indupan SA is a private company with in the production of bread, biscuits and related products founded in 1975 and it is a company that registers one of the highest incomes placing it in the 10% of the largest companies in Colombia; aware of this the continuous improvement of its processes, ensuring better quality products increasingly seeking perfection and fulfillment of all sanitary and phytosanitary regulations. This document seeks to make an action plan that will enable the company Indupan SA to achieve perfection in compliance with Decree 3075/97 and resolution 2074/13, which provides greater acceptance in the market by increasing profitability.

    In the company JANNER JEANS operations in the production area lacking a defined structure that would ensure that the processes in the manufacture of a garment is made in the right way, gradually and with supervision to reduce errors by ensuring a product high quality. For that reason the objective of the research standardization of the production process of a Jeans on the basis of mandatory requirements dictated by the ISO standard focusing on the production area will be applied, since in this case it is the sector that has drawbacks high impact could affect customer satisfaction and the quality of the garment, for this activity the six parameters of the standard were taken, which are: Management of documentation; Infrastructure Management; Sales Management; Control of nonconforming product; Internal Audits; Corrective Action and Preventive Action. All this would allow standardization and improved production management and online documentation.

    Implementación de los procesos de gestión de calidad en el programa de administración de negocios de la Universidad de San Buenaventura Cartagena

    In order to establish an idea ofthe conditions and processes necessary in the Faculty of Management and Accounting from the University of St. Bonaventure Cartagena, for assuring quality management program in Business Administration, from a critical perspective agreed reflect on the current situation of the same, by performing based on student attrition suffered by the program, taking as reference diagnosis desertion specifically understood from 2010 to 2014, through which highlights the need to improve the quality processes in the academic programs of the faculty and the institution as such to achieve customer satisfaction. The work is framed in quality management processes, which highlights the importance and necessity of implementing the NTC-ISO 9001; 2008 in the academic programs of the University of San Buenaventura Cartagena and all universities in Colombia. The same is intended to contribute to the success of the faculty and the institution in general, through basic propositions and current concepts about proposed research.

    Modelo operacional basado en metodología six sigma para mejorar procesos de servicios logísticos

    The aim of this study is to design a methodology based on Six Sigma operating model to improve the processes of logistics services comprising administration of the buying, storage and logistics of its customers, in order to introduce a new company scheme of work and improve the results in the annual survey that measures customer satisfaction. Using the methodology DMAIC tools that helped identify, measure and analyze the causes of the problem were applied, the operating model design and subsequently documented control activities established in the implementation plan to address the causes and raizales previously mentioned problems. The application of this methodology able to identify opportunities for improvement in certain activities within the logistics procurement process, which is to manage the activities required for the issuance of a purchase order until the arrival of the imported product to customer warehouse. Improve communication channels, increase synergies between areas and eliminate waste affecting installed capacity, were some of the results obtained, also a plan for training and cultural change within the field were creating interest in the participation of targeted improvement teams to improve customer satisfaction and increase the activities that add value in the process.

    Monitoreo y evaluación ambiental de las playas Marbella, Bocagrande y Playa Blanca ubicadas en Cartagena–Bolívar

    Cartagena is one of the most important cities for tourism in Colombia; among its main attractions are its beaches. The extensive use that is made of these aquatic systems marks the importance of carrying out an environmental monitoring to determine the quality of the beaches, in this way action measures can be taken to preserve these recreational waters in optimal conditions. The objective of this project was to monitor and evaluate the water and soil systems of three tourist beaches located in the city of Cartagena-Colombia: Marbella, Bocagrande and Playa Blanca. For this purpose, measurements were made, in soil and water, of parameters such as iron, ammonia, nitrate, pH, and fecal coliforms. Additionally, these measured parameters were compared with the existing environmental norms in Colombia in order to evaluate the quality of the environment in the three study beaches. The experimental results revealed that the three beaches analyzed comply with the provisions of Decree 1594 of 1984, except for the fecal coliform parameter, which with an average value of up to 375 microorganisms/100 ml is above the value allowed by the decree (200 microorganisms/100 ml).

    The objective of this work is to create a procedure manual for the General Services Division of the Biblical Seminary Foundation of Colombia. This work is guided by the guidelines of quantitative, descriptive research, and for the collection of information, a mechanism of action is created to identify the considerations that heads of dependencies, divisions and areas have in relation to the General Services Division's theme. of the institution. When analyzing the results of the survey, it is found that the heads of each of the dependencies and divisions consider the general services important since they are support for the management of all other areas in the fulfillment of the institutional mission. They are not clear if there is a General Services Division in the institution and they do not have documented / implemented / certified processes. From there arises the recommendation to describe processes, demarcate functions of officials, develop protocols, establish procedures, flow chart, manuals and others to structure the said Division. The procedure manual will allow the appointment of a head to direct this Division

    This research is done to propose a quality management system and to generate strategies that reduce the non-conformities of the textile sector, proposing continuous improvement processes, and minimizing the percentage of error in finished garments.     This document relates an intinerary by different models and regulation that have base on the assessment conception of learning in the basic and middle education in the colombian context; in this intinerary a special recognition is done to the importance given to external tests, to a relating level as well as the assessment systems of the educational institutions Presbitero Luis Eduardo Pérez Molina and Colegio Cooperativo Simón Bolívar in Barbosa a town in antioquia. This research is developed from a documental approach motivated by the correspondence that there is between regulations and the way they are recognized in the researched institutions and the coherence among the components in the area of academic and pedagogical gestion. This analysis let us identify the relationship between the conceptions of internal assessment in the mentioned institutions and the external tests and how the analysis of results contributes to the qualification of academic processes. It is desired to investigate the line of internal and external assessment that take us to grow up in and for life itself from diagnosis, formative, democratic, integral and summary aspect.     Relationship between scripts interruptions and consumers affective judgements in users of a university cafeteria

    Se analizó la relación existente entre diferentes tipos de alteración del guión y los juicios afectivos de satisfacción y calidad, en usuarios de una cafetería universitaria, replicando en Colombia el estudio realizado en España por Falces, Sierra, Briñol y Horcajo (2002). A 120 usuarios de la cafetería de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, se les aplicó el cuestionario de satisfacción y el de calidad del servicio, desarrollados por Falces, et al. (2002). En cuanto a satisfacción, los errores y obstáculos, sin resolución o con resolución negativa, provocaron juicios más negativos que las interrupciones con resultado positivo, ocupando las distracciones una posición intermedia. Los errores y los obstáculos, ambos con resolución positiva o negativa, se diferenciaron entre sí; las distracciones se diferenciaron de todas las categorías. Esto difiere de lo obtenido en la muestra española, donde no existieron diferencias entre los obstáculos y los errores, con resolución negativa, y donde las distracciones no originaron diferencias con otras categorías. En cuanto a calidad, las distracciones obtuvieron la menor puntuación; encontrándose las diferencias más significativas entre la distracción y el obstáculo, y entre el obstáculo y el error. Esto también difiere de la muestra española, donde dichas categorías muestran un patrón similar a lo obtenido en cuanto a la satisfacción

    Técnicas utilizadas en la gestión de calidad en la planeación y seguimiento de proyectos en organizaciones de Cali - Colombia

    This research is part of the project "Techniques used in the management of scope in planning and monitoring of projects in Colombia Cali organizations" Professor Ronald Rojas Alvarado Specialization in Integral Project Management of the University of San Buenaventura Cali. The purpose is to know and identify the various techniques used in quality management in the stages of planning and monitoring of projects in organizations of Cali, Colombia. The data collection was carried out through the generation of a data base physical and digital literature obtained by searching indexed databases, physical and digital postgraduate thesis and consulted internet pages and through the development and implementation of a survey for the identification of skills and tools in the management of projects to 36 people involved in managing projects in organizations established in the city of Cali. After sorting and analyzing information obtained were identified the techniques and tools used in the field of quality in each of the stages of project management, throwing real data on its implementation by those involved in the management of projects on established organizations in the city of Cali - Colombia, which was achieved to conclude that those involved in project management know and have used the seven basic tools of quality (BQ1- BQ7), however other existing tools are little known and as a result very little employed in the management of quality in the stages of planning and monitoring of projects.
