    El presente trabajo se realizó por la necesidad de establecer un sistema adecuado de manejo de residuos sólidos inorgánicos como el plástico, para esto se efectuó un estudio descriptivo para recolectar información sobre el mercado del reciclaje de plástico en la ciudad de Medellín, además se hizo un estudio de mercado para saber la aceptación de nuestro proyecto con la debida caracterización del plástico.

    Business Plan For A New Business Business Unit Recycling Success City Of Palmira - Valley From Plastic Recovery.The present work is carried out as a general report, where the research was carried out for the company Recycles Exit of the city of Palmira Valley, achieving the use of the plastic waste that arrives at the company daily, in order to offer a new Cycle of life in these materials and transform them for commercialization avoiding that they are going to stop to the landfills, offering in turn a benefit for the community located in the city of Palmira.The new business unit for the company Recycles Exit will carry out its new processes in the transformation of recycled plastic with high quality and subject to the Icontec standard, and expects to position itself as a leading company and to achieve a positive impact in addition to generating environmental awareness.In order to reach the objective, it is necessary to take advantage of the products based on Polyethylene Terephthalate that reach the company and give another orientation to the business from the transformation of the same in Pellet, involving the employees of the company and generating environmental awareness.Also because it is known that from its transformation can extend its useful life and not be discarded ahead of time, in addition to environmental issues as this would prevent plastic containers from reaching sanitary landfills causing accumulation and contamination.
