    Ámbitos y regulaciones jurídicas para la constitución de denominación de origen para los productos de consumo alimenticio en Colombia

    Even though, Colombia has enough legal tools to rightfully defend their products through the mechanism of Protected Designation of Origin to the eyes of the Andean Community and the World Trade Organization, it shows that it is a tool that's either now well known or barely executed by a few to protect the cultural legacy of our products. The true intention of this research is to develop an historical study or the origins of industrial Property as a tool of protection for alimentary products according to their origins, following the historical evolution of the international regulations on the matter to end up with an study of the legal precepts that guard and defend the Protected Designation of Origin as a legal tool in Colombia.

    Criptomonedas : tratamiento contable y su avance regulatorio en los países de la Alianza del Pacifico

    This research paper's main objective is the accounting procedure and what are the regulatory advances in countries belonging to the Alliance of the Pacific, these are Colombia, Chile, Mexico and, Peru. A qualitative documental type of methodology was used to make this determination. Literature was consulted and the result was that currently in these countries cryptocurrency does not have a set of clear and defined accounting procedures and rules to be regulated. Even though some countries present important advance, like Mexico, are more advanced in this aspect than other countries; it is evident that this topic generates a lot of uncertainty, and states are still reticent to recognize them in their economy because for them this type of currency does not fulfill the characteristics of a mainstream currency. Even though there are a lot of benefits to cryptocurrency, the fact that it is not regulated by laws affects the financial stability of consumers who use them because it is no secret the risk that they face is very high.

    The present work has as objective to know and analyze the concepts of the payments that constitute and do not constitute salary in the private sector, based on the Colombian regulations in force in the labor field. As well as, understand what are the criteria that the law has established for the application of these concepts. However, it is intended to explain that according to the guidelines of the regulations, payments fulfill a condition that affects the contribution base to social security. Therefore, we will find applied exercises that will allow the reader to understand what is the correct procedure to determine the social security base based on the stipulations of Article 30 of Law 1393 of 2010 with the conceptualization of each of the payroll payments.

    Regalías: así vamos en la región Pacífico y el Valle del Cauca

    El nuevo sistema general de regalías (SGR) tiene como objetivo generar equidad, ahorro y competitividad entre las distintas regiones del país. Este documento pretende abordar el funcionamiento del nuevo sistema mediante el cubrimiento de tres ejes primordiales: normativo, presupuestal y de proyectos. El énfasis de esta investigación estará puesto en el último componente (proyectos) para la región Pacífico y el Valle del Cauca. Al analizar la información recolectada, se evidencia que bajo los nuevos parámetros del Sistema General de Regalías (SGR), aún se observa la predominancia de las asignaciones directas como factor explicativo de las diferencias de ingresos por regalías entre los departamentos.

    La televisión comunitaria en el oriente Antioqueño. Un ejercicio de construcción de tejido social y paz

    El presente artículo resultado de investigación, expone las diversas realidades que atraviesan los canales comunitarios del Oriente Antioqueño (Colombia). Para presentar los resultados el texto relaciona tres momentos: primero, aspectos jurídicos que en Colombia rigen la Televisión Comunitaria, normativas que ha regido a la televisión pública en el país y sus incidencias en el desarrollo de la televisión comunitaria local; dos, se ahonda en la necesidad de entender los modos de organización como asociaciones económicas y sus acciones colectivas (Actividades en Red) como estrategias co-operativas para el trabajo y tres, plantea el papel de la televisión comunitaria como órgano de expresión de las comunidades de esta subregión golpeada por la violencia, la exclusión y la impuesta llegada del desarrollo.
