    El amor, complejo e indefinible tema de muchos autores, de muchas posturas y posiciones que permiten de alguna manera caminar a su infinita, mágica, pero angustiosa realidad. En esta perspectiva el artículo va encaminado a realizar un acercamiento a la pareja contemporánea anudado a nuevas formas del deseo y el goce, trasladadas a un sentir desde lo virtual, del juego de la ausencia y la presencia del objeto de amor; a un sostenimiento de una vida amorosa, y en este sentido, traspasar el entender de lo Fisiológico, lo Cultural y lo Social insertando una realidad del amor brindada por el Psicoanálisis.

    Cartografía de la experiencia de un profesor y sus estudiantes en la Institución Educativa Villa de La Candelaria

    In the context of the Master's program in Educational Sciences of the University of San Buenaventura, and within it, in the line of research in Contemporary Cultural Studies and Languages, it is carried out the research called Cartography of the experience of a teacher and his students in Villa de la Candelaria School. Its purpose was comprehensively study the experience, the different ways of being at school and the changes that arose once a change of name, in such institution, occurred. In this study, the cartographic method became important, since it allowed to build new ways of participation and to look inwards and outwards. The cartographic approach did not seek to analyze situations, not to mention, give solutions to alleged problems, rather it made it possible to go deeper in a process of construction of a view of school life, in which sensitivities were displayed, and thus they flow and mold the school’s everyday life

    Caso clínico JP, trastorno de estrés postraumático crónico en atención en IPS Servimed

    JP es una Paciente de 46 años, llega a consulta por remisión del medico general de la IPS CERVIMED, actualmente padece una enfermedad medica de Hipertensión Arterial la cual ha sido controlada de forma satisfactoria con tratamiento farmacológico. En la consulta por psicología JP manifiesta sentirse confundida y extraña, siente que últimamente su vida a cambiado en muchos aspectos hasta el punto de no saber qué hacer para volver hacer misma de antes. Dentro de la información suministrada por la paciente, menciona como dato relevante un accidente automovilístico del cual fue víctima y su relación con las dificultades presentes son muy evidentes, luego de realizar una minuciosa evaluación de la sintomatología actual en JP su diagnóstico principal es de Trastorno de Estrés Postraumático crónico con una duración de más de 6 meses, en donde constantemente Reexperimenta episodios del trauma, evita tener contacto directo con estímulos que fueron asociados con el evento traumático y existe una activación fisiológica cuando entra en contacto con ellos, cuando tiene pensamientos propios del accidente o algo que lo relacione con el hecho, en muchas ocasiones es hipervigilante con su entorno, porque cree que cualquier momento puede estar inmersa en otro accidente. Además, cuenta con otras dificultades que trascendieron a partir del diagnóstico principal como problemas en las relaciones interpersonales con familiares, amigos y compañeros de trabajo, al igual que dificultades propias de su labor como ingeniera de sistemas, esta última situación puede agravar de forma significativa la situación actual de la paciente porque sus dificultades laborares han llegado a un punto de que pueden cancelar su contrato laboral por no cumplir con las funciones específicas estipuladas dentro de su cargo precisamente por temor de viajar y trasportarse en cualquier vehículo, esto le ha generado llamados de atención de sus superiores y sin duda alguna perder su trabajo dificultaría aún más.

    Condiciones que favorecen la estabilidad en las relaciones de pareja, por parte de un grupo de mujeres adultas jóvenes de Cali

    Objective. The general purpose of this investigation was to characterize the favoring conditions for the stability in the relationship in a group of four women from 25 years old to 35 years old, living in Cali, in the same way, to identify the favoring conditions for the stability in the relationship, to identify the affecting conditions in the stability in the relationship and to describe the strategies that women do to keep the stability in their relationship. Method. It was a qualitative descriptive, interpretative and transversal study, based on in-depth interviews of four women that have lived together with their partners for more than five years. Results. About the favoring conditions in the relationship were found that the dialogue that strengthens the communication and the economic contributions of both members of the relationship are two conditions which more favoring the relationship. In the same way, were found that the excess of individuality and the impact of lack of money were conditions are those affecting more the stability of the relationship.

    Construcción de relaciones intersubjetivas entre el joven sordo y oyente en un aula educativo regular

    The objective of this research was to determine how the inter-relationships between the deaf and listener are constructed in a regular classroom, understanding that intersubjectivity is generating means learning and builder of interactions between students in the classroom. It was used as semi-structured interviews teachers and students teaching strategies, and observations in the classroom space. Taking into account the identified categories of analysis that were later used in the discussion between the theory and the observed were done. Methodological techniques used are inscribed in a descriptive qualitative research. According to the identified throughout this research could recognize the importance of school with inclusive model in building interrelationships between deaf and listeners, since in this space through their interactions acquire knowledge and in turn They give meaning to their own knowledge through his word. A turn in the classroom could also be identified that cooperative interactions, union, support and respect among students, where knowledge in sign language, written language involved as a bridge of communication between them are built, where his word It is heard and taken into account. Another important point is the place of the deaf in the educational classroom, where according to the methodology of class employed by the teacher is allowed to participate in the class as their hearing peers, is according to how the teacher handles the class is that the young deaf can occupy a place with in the same classroom.

    Elecciones de pareja en jóvenes sordos : construcciones, divergencias y similitudes con jóvenes oyentes

    The present study was conducted in order to investigate the construction of relationships in young deaf, identify in similarities and differences between the listener and deaf cultures. The importance of this study is due to the need to know and understand disuses that affect the lives of human beings and their ability to interact with themselves and with others, recognizing cultural features in the deaf community and the hearing community worked. It was a non-institutional empirical research, a qualitative approach, the tools used were the qualitative interview, self and partner experiences presented in hypothetical cases. Thrown results focused on language as a connector on building relationships in each community is given differently because their language (sign language should be deaf and oral language in the case of listeners). This represents a different culture, with its own characteristics, history and other representative aspects. The deaf and hearing have similarities with regard to the wishes they have when choosing a partner or not, now the idea is held to study but do not fall in love - in relation to the family and its influence is the same in these relationships was found to be the same in both communities and all the differences that may exist between the two are crossed by the language which everyone uses constantly, but ultimately hold similar when interacting with other features.

    El entrenamiento en inteligencia emocional como base para disminuir los niveles de estrés laboral

    This research aims to design an intervention proposal to lower levels of work stress based on training in Emotional Intelligence for administrative staff of the company Ikon Group SAS, located in the city of Medellin, recognizing the importance of Intelligence emotional and the great impact it has had in recent years. Similarly it considered work-related stress perceived as one of the great evils of the century in which we live. This study aims to relate the two concepts and examine the relationships you have at work, used a questionnaire to measure EI which measures the variables of self-awareness, managing emotions and motivation. After analyzing the data can be considered that the proposed objectives are achieved and it can be concluded that emotional intelligence has a positive regulatory effect against stress on staff. It is part of the report Psychosocial Risk made to employees of the company Ikon Group SAS in September 2015, which scored high levels of stress, therefore, the need for intervention is presented, which was oriented under five pillars of Emotional Intelligence Goleman proposed. (Goleman, 1998), addressed from two main areas: Personal skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation and self-motivation and a social skills are empathy and social skills, each pillar is made up of 25 competitions of which the proposed 13 competencies worked : emotional self-awareness, self-regulation, self-confidence, self-control, adaptability, achievement motivation, optimism, developing others, service orientation, communication, conflict management, leadership and ability team, which is to be achieved through different strategies the development of IE, such as coaching, conference, reflective workshops, meetings and conversations cycle.

    La escucha como potencializadora de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los estudiantes

    Listening is one of the most important communication skills in the educational field because it makes possible the understanding and assimilation of the communication situations that are generated in the school environment and outside it, however, it is evident that this little has been encouraged in said context, considering that the human being is innate. Therefore, the researchers project as a central objective to demonstrate how listening improves the teaching-learning processes and interpersonal relationships of 7th grade students at Palermo de San José and Monseñor Ernesto Gómez Echeverri schools.Qualitative research is used and two sources are considered, a primary source where the evidence of information provided by students and collected through direct observation and systematization of methodological strategies evidenced in field journals are estimated, and a secondary school that assumes the testimonies provided by students, teachers and parents, through semi-structured interviews.The results obtained in the development of the investigation, allow to verify that indeed the listening is a key factor in the school and in the processes that are developed there, either with regard to teaching-learning or referring to interpersonal relationships.Finally, it is recommended that the school be empowered to strengthen listening at school, considering the benefits that this brings to the training process

    Las estrategias de afrontamiento de una adulta joven que fue abusada sexualmente en su infancia -Estudio de caso-

    The present work exposes the different confronting strategies used by a woman who was sexually abused in her childhood in order to understand if the strategies used achieve to mediate the effects caused by the event and, in the same way validate if these allow a psychological adjust.The study was made with one participant, this is why a case study was carried out, in which an exploratory and qualitative methodology was developed, in this sense semi structured interviews were conducted that allowed a deep investigation. Among the most predominant discoveries in relation to the confronting strategies, are evidenced both the strategies focused on the emotion as well as the strategies focused on the problem that, over the time have been transformed until today; in relation to the provoked effects guilt is shown, low self-esteem, susceptibility in the intimate encounter with another person and in a counterproductive manner, a timely development in her interpersonal relationships; and in regards to a psychological adjust mediated by the confronting strategies used and for the provoked effects, it hasn’t been possible to weigh a psychological adjust until the time of the study, finally understanding that, the strategies used by the victim of child sexual abuse unleash behaviours, attitudes, and thoughts that may or may not allow a psychological adjust.

    Experiencias sexuales de una persona con síndrome de Down, y su lugar en los imaginarios parentales -estudio de caso-

    The following research project intends to study how individuals with Down Syndrome live their sexual experiences as well as their place in a parenthood concept. In order to accomplish our objective, a descriptive, cross-sectional research diagnosis by following a hermeneutic (interpretative) perspective was proposed and conducted based on the analysis of various case studies. There were two volunteers in this research: a young adult of 24 years of age who has Down Syndrome and his mother a 63-years-old woman. The techniques used to collect information were characterized by the application of semi-structured interviews and observation of participants. As a result, it could, in a certain way, be discerned what this individual's perspective is in terms of how his/her family occupies a place within his/her sexual experiences as well as his/her family configurations and imaginaries taking place on DNS and sexuality on the parents side. Finally, it has been concluded that the way the family is structured and the social and family resources they count on, are of utmost importance to the development of the sexuality of this individual as well as the imaginaries (concepts) instilled into the family since they establish the basis and main support as to how their children, with DNS, sexuality must be constituted and to what extent their sexual exploration should reach as a configuration of their reality.

    Formas de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales, en el desempeño del rol docente: un estudio de percepción

    El objetivo principal de este trabajo ha sido la realización de un estudio de percepción sobre las formas de comunicación y de relaciones interpersonales, que se dan en el desempeño del rol docente; esto con la expectativa de aportar soluciones de promoción, prevención e intervención de las formas de comunicación utilizadas en la Institución Educativa Santa Clara de Asís, para lograr introyección de valores organizacionales, potenciar el desarrollo del personal, además de contribuir a la mejora de las relaciones interpersonales, que redundará en el ambiente armónico y clima laboral. Para ello se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad desde el enfoque de Lanigan, que es utilizado en las investigaciones cualitativas, “por ser una herramienta que aporta mayor información sobre los acontecimientos de la experiencia humana” (Lanigan, 1988). De este trabajo se concluye que los docentes de la institución educativa estudiada perciben que existe una comunicación asertiva por el adecuado flujo de mensajes, lo que promueve actitudes favorables en los colaboradores de la institución y que genera un ambiente laboral armonioso que facilita las interacciones con los compañeros de trabajo. Además, estas relaciones interpersonales fortalecen el rol docente de las personas que hacen parte del colegio, en la medida en que estos aspectos incrementan continuamente la eficacia, el desempeño y el desarrollo de sus labores.

    Interacción entre niños, niñas y adolescentes con discapacidad intelectual leve a través del arte terapia y musicoterapia

    This project was constituted by the application of different non-conventional therapeutic forms, with the aim was to promote the well-being of the individual, the therapies were art therapy and music therapy. The objective was to understand the interaction between 7 children and adolescents with mild cognitive disabilities. The first session aimed to make the first approach with parents and children; later, 5 sessions of art therapy, 5 sessions of music therapy were carried out and finalized with the socialization of his works directed to the primary support group; each area managed to constitute a series of activities that fostered creativity, imagination and individual skills like as emotions, communication and interpersonal relationships; In turn, these were recorded through a series of records, interviews, observations and session formats that allowed the consolidation of relevant information for the results. All this, framed within the qualitative approach of the critical social paradigm and represented by participatory action. In the first instance it was possible to identify that the children presented difficulties for the interpersonal relationships, having social avoidance and use of the nonverbal language. After that, through observation and evidenced in the registration instruments it was identified that there were improvements in terms of communication and emotional expression. As the sessions progressed, the participants showed improvements by initiating conversations, sharing emotions, asking questions and forming bonds of affinity among themselves

    Juegos de mesa: una estrategia metodológica para estimular las relaciones interpersonales en clases de educación física

    This article describes how board game contributes to being a methodological strategy to stimulate interpersonal relationships from physical education classes. For this purpose, fifty antecedents on board games in education and interpersonal relationships in the school environment were analyzed. Of which twenty backgrounds were selected specifically for the sample, fourteen references on interpersonal relationships and six more references on board games were taken in this background review, all in the school context. The content tabs are used as instruments. The results emphasized the multiple benefits of the proper implementation of board games in education from the different authors as a result of the documentary review. Therefore, it is concluded that, by applying intentionality, objectives and relevance from planning, board games become an ideal methodological strategy to stimulate interpersonal relationships in physical education classes

    La lectura recreativa y la sana convivencia en el nivel de básica primaria

    The recreational reading and the healthy coexistence in primary basic level is the title of the following investigative bet, whose main objective is the analyze how recreational Reading generates spaces for healthy coexistence among students of primary school. This research assumes the type of observation-participation research, with a critical- hermeneutic approach, whose researcher participates within the situation or problem being investigated, for which techniques such as; direct observation, interviews, questionnaires made to students, teachers, parents and teaching directors. In this sense this proposal is theoretically 5 based on authors such as: Cassany (2006), Solé (1998), Salazar and Mendoza (2005), Bernal (2011), Rodríguez Xesús (2001), Diaz and Hernandez (1997). These results are evaluated based on the changes observed during the implementation of the proposal which allowed improving the coexistence of the children through the development of playful reading activities..

    Modelo de trabajo en equipo para EDATEL

    La presente investigación da cuenta de los cambios y variables que se mueven alrededor de la dinámica de trabajo en equipo en EDATEL, y en este sentido, permite una mirada integradora al tema en cuestión, posibilitando con ello la creación de una estrategia que responda a las necesidades actuales de la empresa. Este estudio estuvo enmarcado bajo los parámetros de la investigación cuanti-cualitativa puesto que permite interpretar los sucesos de manera descriptiva, evidenciando así, creencias, opiniones, vivencias y determinadas reflexiones que emergen en las prácticas cotidianas. Con ello se buscó caracterizar los principales problemas del trabajo en equipo en EDATEL teniendo como instrumento de recolección de información una encuesta diseñada en una plataforma virtual que a su vez se convirtió en un espacio de interacción para conocer las diversas situaciones de la realidad que se vive al interior de la empresa y así mismo interpretar las dinámicas que suscitan en el contexto organizacional de EDATEL. Se alude además a la observación no participante, como medio para identificar situaciones, comprender dinámicas, analizar el ambiente de la empresa, entre otras, que sirvieron de apoyo para interpretar todo aquello que se mueve alrededor de las relaciones interpersonales y laborales en la compañía. De esta manera, el estudio no es más que un abrebocas para adentrarse poco a poco en un contexto complejo e interesante a la vez, en donde se tejen un sinnúmero de situaciones y experiencias que sin duda aportarán a la construcción de estrategias novedosas que permitan por un lado resignificación de algunos conceptos, pero además la interiorización y sensibilización frente a lo que implica trabajar en conjunto.

    Percepción de clima organizacional de los empleados de planta de la empresa de servicios temporales Saitemp S.A sede Medellín-2016

    This paper aims to diagnose the perception of organizational climate with plant employees Company Temporary Saitemp SA, Medellin -2016, that becomes an input to deliver to the degree work and how to choose Specialist degree in Organizational Psychology and work, University of San Buenaventura. The measurement of organizational climate is based on the combination of experience in Saitemp SA, and the knowledge acquired during specialization, to establish a picture to identify the perception of climate that have employees of the company, and from the results make proposals to improve or maintain the climate that occurs today, towards the continuous improvement of processes that enable sustainability. In carrying out this work the PMCO grade test was applied, which measures variables such as management style, personal growth, organizational structure, workload, interpersonal relations, organizational communication and corporate image. Regarding the results it is evident that there is adequate perception of organizational climate in Saitemp S.A., which is within the average, highlighting aspects such as personal growth and corporate image.

    Una perspectiva del apego en términos del conflicto psicopatológico

    Una perspectiva del apego en términos del conflicto Psicopatológico, se ha analizado desde la teoría del apego, que se formuló originalmente para describir y explicar la relación del infante-madre-padre y su vinculación emocional, se ha aplicado al estudio de las relaciones de tipo románticas en adolescentes y adultos y luego al estudio de procesos psicológicos tales como el funcionamiento interpersonal, la regulación emocional, el tener que lidiar con el estrés y la salud mental. En este trabajo, se ofrecerá un breve resumen de la perspectiva del apego en los conflictos o la psicopatología. Tras una breve exposición de la teoría del apego, se explica cómo el estudio de las diferencias individuales en el apego adulto se cruza con el estudio de la psicopatología. En concreto, se revisan los resultados de investigaciones que muestran que el apego inseguro es un importante factor que contribuye a los trastornos mentales, y como al mejorar la seguridad el apego puede facilitar la remisión de la patología

    Relaciones de pareja y procesos de somatización en jóvenes universitarios

    This study aimed to identify how young people and health professionals assign meaning to the process of somatization about the relationships among university students. A descriptive, qualitative research design was developed through three (3) focus groups, surveys thirty-two (32) university students and in turn interviews to three (3) health professionals (alternative medical - traditional doctor - clinical psychologist with emphasis). The results allow to analyze in depth about somatization in relationships, but also know not only its concept and existence in society, if not the perceptions of young people in this, somatization is considered the existence of bodily damages , it is seen as the expression of those thoughts and feelings that are not said by the word and do not appear in the speech of the people and how health professionals involved in their management, providing a perspective from his professional experience, and meaning of somatization in each of these fields. In conclusion establishes an important need to integrate an interdisciplinary work, saying that is not performing, but this continued support in this work against somatization processes and providing improved benefits to people who come to consultation with intention a solution.

    Las relaciones interpersonales en la empresa

    Este artículo pretende dar a conocer y destacarla importancia de las relaciones interpersonales en la empresa y como estas influyen en la vida del hombre como persona sociable, desde el inicio de la vida de una persona, esta se aprende, ya sea de los padres a través de los valores inculcados a lo largo de los años y gracias a los estudios, se aprende a crecer como personas vulnerables para la sociedad. Con el fin de tener un buen futuro y que sea de gran aplicabilidad en nuestras vidas en la hora de relacionarse personalmente. Hoy día en las empresas buscan mantener las relaciones interpersonales y un clima laboral en buenas condiciones, y las personas que carecen de estas cualidades no serán productivas en las ellas, además que todo gerente busca mantener personas de excelentes rendimientos para alcanzar objetivos o metas planificadas de corto, mediano y largo plazo; esos valores adquiridos son de muchas ayudas y darlos a conocer es la mejor opción, hacia las personas que hacen parte de un entorno laboral.
