- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoMarlon. Reflexiones sobre la transferencia psicoanalítica en un caso de intento de suicidio(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2018) Vallejo Recalde, Grehicy Islenny; Quintero Torres, Jhon AlexanderThe present case study is inscribed and based on the device of the psychoanalytic transference of Freud and Lacan. It refers to a case of an 18-year-old adolescent, who was diagnosed with Recurrent Depressive Disorder due to the attempted suicide committed by hanging method. In this analysis, it can be shown that this young man builds his psychic conflict, from a physical illness that he has suffered since he was a child, which is called absence crisis. Since then, this has led him to feel represented by the lack and to believe that his illness made it impossible for him to emerge as a subject, unable to take control of his own life and take charge of his own decisions. On the contrary, because of the disease, it gives rise to the sickly symptom and to the appearance of a great imaginary Other, which submits him, dominates him and leads him to a position of vulnerability and defenselessness, both physical and mental.
