The participants were 317 (57 males and 260 females). The average age of the participants was from 22 to 63 years old. This researching was carried out with an empirical–analytic approach under a cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational design. This study used the sociodemographic and psychosomatic health problems questionnaires CPP (Psychosomatic Problems Questionnaire); PANAS (Positive-Affect-Negative-Affect Scale); and OIT (Occupational Stress Measurement Questionnaire). The outcome implementations shows low level of stress among males and females related to low level of psychosomatic response inside that working people studied. Regarding emotional response, comparatively the range of positive affect was a high range of 91.2% while the range of negative affect was a low range of 74.2%. So that, Civil Servants at Colombian Institute of Family Welfare Regional Antioquia in 2019 do not show high and medium rates of stress related to emotional and psychosomatic responses in the job place
