    An inventory system designed with needs and economy activity of company can guarantee the availability of products or materials to respond in a timely to customer demand and additionally, this allows the efficiency of that area in the administrative management and the optimization of resources.For the previous thing, it was important the development of diagnosis in the inventory area of MOTOBOX S.A.S. through of the qualitative approachand the observation because until now they do not have with documented processes and procedures. They do not possess either methods of measurement and control.According to the results most of theidentified risks represent economic losses for the company, alteration of the financial statements or documents support. These are some aspects which can affect in decision making, the obtaining of veracious information and the operation of the company

    Estudio exploratorio-descriptivo sobre los factores de riesgo presentes en la deserción estudiantil en la Corporación Universitaria Lasallista 2009-2010

    El propósito de este estudio es explorar y describir los factores de riesgo personales, académicos, institucionales y socioeconómicos asociados a la deserción estudiantil en la Corporación Universitaria Lasallista (CUL). La muestra estuvo conformada por 281 estudiantes activos y cursando diferentes programas ofrecidos por la Institución Universitaria en el año 2010 y 31 estudiantes que habían desertado en el año 2009. Se construyeron dos escalas homogéneas que indagaban por factores que podrían incidir en la deserción académica en los estudiantes activos y los que habían interrumpido sus estudios en la universidad. El análisis exploratorio y descriptivo utilizado consistió en la distribución de frecuencias y la obtención de medidas de tendencia central para encontrar aquellos factores que según los participantes se relacionaba con la deserción o su posibilidad. Los resultados mostraron que los factores de riesgo para la deserción académica son predominantemente socioeconómicos, posteriormente se encuentran los institucionales y con una baja distribución porcentual están los factores académicos y personales.

    Gestión del análisis de riesgos de la creación de proyectos en las pymes

    El presente trabajo de grado es para recibir el Titulo de Contador Público por la Universidad de San Buenaventura seccional Medellín, que consiste en una investigación sobre la gestión del análisis de riesgos de la creación de proyectos en las pymes, en donde se mostrará unas pautas adecuadas para realizar una gestión previa y adecuada de los riesgos, así mismo todo el proceso a realizar para determinar la viabilidad de un proyecto, teniendo en cuanta las diferentes fases por las que pasa el análisis del riesgo para un proyecto, como son: inicio, planificación, ejecución, control y cierre.

    The purpose of this project was to identify the techniques Environmental Impact Assessment in the formulation stage of a project to determine the viability of the base "Development of a competitive rural agro-industrial system in a bioregion of Valle del Cauca, West" project. It is a descriptive study in which a base of physical and digital data collected on two instruments which were classified and analyzed the existing common information regarding the methods proposed by different authors consulted was made. Finally, it is concluded that the application of the procedure allowed us to identify, classify and define existing methods, advantages, disadvantages, fields of application and trends for Environmental Impact Assessment in the formulation stage of a project, to assess their social responsibility to the environment.

    Técnicas utilizadas en la gestión de riesgo en la planeación y seguimiento de proyectos en las organizaciones de Cali - Colombia

    Risk Management is one of the disciplines that have more impact on the success (or failure) of the management of a project, therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the techniques used in risk management in planning and project monitoring organizations in Cali-Colombia. The methodology used was a descriptive quantitative approach in which the different techniques used and suggested by various national and international authors on the subject were consulted; collection of information was done through the generation of a digital database with literature, which was obtained through websites. It was designed and applied a survey as a tool to collect, classify and analyze existing common information on companies in the city of Cali. The results show that the issue of risk management is not unknown for project managers in organizations of the city of Cali, because we can identify that 90% of respondents apply or accept know the techniques, guidelines, standards, methodologies and frameworks references of good practice that we have referenced in this document.
