    Acoso laboral y enfoque de género : análisis de su influencia en la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en Colombia

    Through the present reflective article, driven through a qualitative approach with a descriptive scope. An analysis about the current conceptualization of the abusive practice of known as Mobbing, which is carried out focusing it under a gender approach, being more specific: against women. From the legal field, occupational safety and health, since it is a present reality in both state entities and private companies. The "Mobbing" or "psychological harassment at work" is a phenomenon that although it is not new. It is highly relevant when it take place in at the workplace. Especially when taking into account its legal and clinical implications. Which may influence the results at some interventions or investigations. Leading to a lack of certainty when pointing out responsibility, promoting impunity; therefore it was necessary to conduct an analysis about this behavior. Facing it against its definitions, normative, and doctrinal; reviewing the characteristics of this phenomenon. As well as its foundation against the gender approach, which allowed to conclude, among other aspects: that the behavior of psychological harassment is reprehensible by itself, to the extent that it is an attack against the integrity and dignity of the workers, regardless of the actual production of psychological damage.

    Análisis de los riesgos laborales y ambientales del transporte marítimo de hidrocarburos en Colombia

    This article seeks to outline the various labor and environmental hazards encountered in the maritime transport of hydrocarbons in Colombia, the relevance in this constant use of maritime activity, as well as the positive involvement of hydrocarbons in the life of man is established, but on the other hand, and with a high degree of concern a number of occupational hazards and environmental impact that not being handled properly can cause a major disaster on marine and terrestrial biota, so preventive strategies are discussed arise to control and minimize both labor and environmental incidents, one of the tools involved is representing occupational health or safety of workers handling these vessels. This work is theoretical and reflective type and is based on a documentary and descriptive study, with both texts and specialized reports, theses and refereed journals. The analysis of labor and environmental maritime transport of hydrocarbons in Colombia risks, makes evident the current problems of the whole process that is subject to this trade by ship from the port to the start point of arrival, both the environment external (environmental) and internal (working environment).

    Condiciones de trabajo de restaurantes típicos de una zona Turística de Cartagena

    Worldwide the problem about informal labor is still current in many countries, this condition may cause that the health and safety conditions of workers not to be appropriate. In Bocachica, a population near to Cartagena de Indias located in Tierra Bomba island, the situation occurs in the restaurants of typical food located in the tourist influx areas. In this sense, the purpose of this study is to characterize the labor conditions of the typical restaurants from the beaches of the tourist area of Bocachica in Cartagena, Colombia. A descriptive study of transverse cut was carried out; the safety and hygiene risks were identified using the GTC 45 Colombian quality standard, and a sociodemographic survey was conducted to sociodemographically characterize the restaurants workers. Five typical restaurants were found: five of them are family businesses, the other one is a micro-enterprise. The main risks are fires and burns from handling hot containers; regarding hygiene conditions, there is a chemical risk from exposure to coal smoke. Additionally, there is not aqueduct service in Bocachica, so sanitary conditions are also a major danger

    Documentación del panorama de factores de riesgo del aula taller de diseño industrial en la Universidad de San Buenaventura sede Salento

    La finalidad del presente trabajo de grado es realizar un diagnostico de las condiciones de trabajo, por medio del panorama de factores de riesgo para el aula taller en la Universidad de San Buenaventura sede Salento, este panorama permite identificar, valorar, y proponer un plan de acción para los principales riesgos detectados en el diagnostico realizado.Con base en los elementos aportados por el panorama de riesgos, se podrán tomar las acciones correctivas y/o preventivas que aseguren mitigar, controlar o eliminar la causa potencial de un accidente, en relación con alguno de los factores detectados, lo anterior muestra el compromiso de la universidad con la preservación de la salud de los docentes, alumnos y visitantes del área.

    Estado del conocimiento de los riesgos operacionales en unidades de alquilación con ácido fluorhídrico: nueva tecnología implementada en Colombia

    This article reviews the literature of the last ten years, on the operational risk in alkylation units with hydrofluoric acid for the production of gasoline with higher octane rating and clean combustion. It is presented, the technology implemented in the most modern oil refinery in Colombia. The objective is to provide useful information on the state of the art in this area of knowledge, presenting a frame of reference on the risk associated with the use of a highly corrosive catalyst such as hydrofluoric acid, which can affect the health of workers in whose case can be fatal, the operations or failures in the alkylation systems and the metallurgy of the equipment. For this purpose, the exploration of the scientific production of well-known institutions, repositories of national universities, specialized journals, patents in free databases, as well as Access to Conpes documents, institutional reports, HAZOP, among other sources of information was used, reports of accidents and occupational diseases available on the network were also reviewed. The most important conclusions of this review process show the need to implement the necessary controls to reduce the risk of exposure to this acid in oil refining plants

    This review article is a contribution to the degree thesis called "Sensory hearing loss induced by occupational noise". The methodology used in this research is qualitative of the exploratory-documentary type, the technique used for the analysis and interpretation of the information consisted of the content analysis of research articles, master's and doctoral theses, as well as research from secondary sources. It was evidenced that in theresearchesreviewedthemostusedmethodologywasthequantitativetype, which shows that fundamental statistic shave been generated to know what the degree of affectation has been, the most investigated categories in addition to HIR were: noise pollution, health occupational, occupational noise, noise pollution and prevention of occupational hazards.

    Reconocimiento de prestaciones económicas y coexistencia de contratos como dependiente en riesgos laborales

    The General System of Labor Risks in Colombia is the set of public and private institutions, rules and procedures, the objective of preventing, protecting and caring for workers from the effects of diseases and accidents that may occur on the occasion of The consequence of the work that they develop. As part of the coverage of the system is the economic prescription that receives the workers that because of the occasion of their work of workers affected in their health and present incapacity (law 1562 of 2012). At present we do not find that it is very common that a person is linked to several employers among themselves by making contributions to occupational risks to different entities, which according to our current regulations means a decrease or non-payment of their income in case of They require the economic prescriptions of the system. In the following article there is a reflection on this subject and we hope to conclude that it would be a solution for this inconvenience.

    Riesgos laborales en empresas productoras de cementos

    In this article occupational risks are analyzed which are found in companies that produce cement in Colombia, mainly focused on the production area that generally presents chemical, ergonometric and mechanical risks. Also the different preventive measures are determined and the strategies that can be used to reduce these risks and preserve the health and the welfare of workers to perform their job in this industrial sector. The article is documentary, and it was based on several studies, informed both specialized reports and official figures. The results show that through the strict implementation of preventive measures and compliance of the regulatory policies of safety and occupational health of companies, promotion and maintenance of the highest possible level of physical, mental and social development is achieved these cement industry workers
