This work aims to understand how is transmitted the aggressiveness for the subject who is internship in a childish protection institute, when appears the symptom represented in repetitive aggressive manifestation, which are indicators about the institutional structure produces and the possible relationship in that place. The article is an invitation to the construction of answers shares directed to boys, girls and teenagers (BGT) and their relatives to recognize in the institute the possibility to help them during the administrative process of restoration of rights.

The symptom not only allows the subject to emerge as well as to deal with the civilization and its discontents, it also serves as an internal construct that contributes to sustain society through a common sacrifice that introduces parity, morality, and justice among subjects. In that sense, the symptom is as determine by external influence as it is by internal conflicts of the subject. In the contemporary era, capitalism and globalization have changed the rules on how societies organize themselves, bringing with it a social demand to enjoy. It is important to understand the consequences of living in a society based on consumerism and joy, after every society all over the world has been historically organized around prohibition.

Así mismo se abordará el estudio realizado por Freud sobre la estructura de la histeria, desde el planteamiento teórico de su génesis, sus estatutos, sus características, y cómo opera aquello que se supone moviliza la cura – La transferencia-. Lo anterior tendrá su desarrollo tomándose como base de estudio el caso Dora "Fragmento de análisis de un caso de Histeria"(Freud, 1905).
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoCuerpo e histeria(2014) Santacruz Bermúdez, Luis Fernando; Larrahondo Arana, MónicaEn el presente trabajo se aclara el estatuto del cuerpo, que es diferente al organismo desde el psicoanálisis y su relación con el tipo clínico histeria, se indicaron las dimensiones real, simbólica e imaginaria del mismo, relacionadas en esta estructura, así como la conformación del yo y la dimensión imaginaria en la que coincide con el cuerpo. Luego se indica la dinámica pulsional implícita en su sintomatología, donde la fantasía juega un papel importante para su satisfacción o autosatisfacción, se elucida de igual forma la relación específica que guarda la parte del cuerpo elegida para manifestarse. Se toma como ejemplo un caso clínico de la época de Freud donde se encuentran expuestos los argumentos e hipótesis indicados en el texto.
- PublicaciónRestringido“Eres mi campeón” : reflexiones sobre un posible caso de neurosis obsesiva(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2022) Martínez Estevan, Laura Lucía; Quintero-Torres, John AlexanderEl presente trabajo tiene como finalidad transmitir la construcción de un caso clínico de una posible neurosis obsesiva correspondiente a un sujeto que solicitó atención psicológica por medio virtual en medio de las medidas de confinamiento provocadas por la COVID-19. El documento se organiza en tres apartados en los que se desarrolla la hipótesis clínica principal en torno al tipo de estructura clínica. Los apartados son: la novela familiar del sujeto, los despliegues de sus formaciones sintomáticas (monólogo del sufriente) y las conclusiones sobre la reflexión clínica propuesta. Entre las formulaciones más importantes que sostienen la hipótesis clínica está la cadena de significantes asociada a las elaboraciones sintomáticas que guardan relación con la defensa inconsciente que él establece con su deseo, mismo que se muestra atravesado por los encargos de su padre (fallecido) y los rasgos estragantes que aparecen en su discurso respecto de la relación con su madre.

- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPlacer y sufrimiento en el trabajo: estudio de caso de un sujeto en entidad financiera(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2019) Giraldo Cataño, Daniela; Murcia Zorrilla, María del PilarThe purpose of this degree project is to share the analysis of a clinical case study for research purposes; the subjectivity manifested in the pleasure and suffering in the work of a collaborator of a financial institution in the city of Cali is visible. The case study will be presented within the framework of a research design that will provide reflections from the subject's discourse, for its construction, the general and specific objectives are initially exposed, which are aimed at identifying the manifestations, causes and consequences of pleasure and suffering in the subjectivity of the subject of the case, categories of analysis are also constructed that will be used in observation of the case; subsequently, the state of the art of the phenomenon of pleasure and suffering at work is presented both globally and nationally, followed by the theoretical framework, Dejours-oriented theory is employed from the psychodynamics of work and the theory of work of Freud's psychic apparatus . For the realization of the case study, two in-depth interviews were used as an instrument under the premise of conversational dynamics that allowed the collaborator of the financial entity of Cali, who receives the pseudonym “Sam”, articulate for the first time through The word your condition of pleasure and suffering. In that order, by coming back to works of Freud and Lacan, and contemporary authors to understand the notion of symptom; using also clinical vignettes that allow elaborating about symptom formation as a sign of ‘something that isn’t right with the individual’. Finally, it elaborates about direction of treatment, as a notion of the hysterical discourse in Lacan and the term of desire-to-know as a possibility of conflict resolution for the subject.

Muchos de los estudios están centrados en estadísticas, en redefiniciones de tipologías o empeñados en construir un método adecuado a todos los casos según edades o culturas. En este texto el “silencio”, aparece como un eje crucial de análisis, entendiendo que el abuso sexual, pese al exceso de decires y saberes sobre el mismo, sigue presentando aspectos silente por varias causas, por el exceso de palabra, por el desinterés de descubrir o el interés en seguir encubriendo los significantes particulares del abuso en cada uno de los sujetos que han sido objeto del mismo, o porque precisamente a donde apunta es a una experiencia asociada al mismo tiempo al trauma, al deseo y al goce, lo que complica la significación de la misma mediante el tesoro significante del lenguaje, pues también en el lenguaje aparece algo que falta. El lector encontrará un recorrido conceptual unido a dos casos clínicos y al diálogo entre las conceptualizaciones y los casos.

Design: A cross sectional Descriptive study will be carried out. Method the population to be studied were 71 administrative staff of the University of San Buenaventura Cartagena that meets the inclusion criteria, where the Nordic Kourinca. Questionnaire is implemented, standardized for the detection and analysis of muscular symptoms and for the evaluation of the posture we will use the REBA method which allows the assessment of the physical load derived from the postures for the working time. Results: The elbow or forearm is the place that has caused the least discomfort in the last 12 months with a little less than 24% of the workers. The elbow - forearm and the hand -wrist are the areas in which respondents have received less treatment during the last 12 months with 60 and 59 respondents respectively. Conclusions: For the vast majority of workers, none of the problems in all the surveyed areas has prevented the realization of activities. therefore, it is necessary to intervene to these people to avoid that the inconveniences become a major problem that prevents the realization of their work activities, as well as activities of their family daily life.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoVías de acceso a la psicología de toxicómano y la vulgarización de su concepto(2019) Castaño Monroy, David Alejandro; Uribe Aramburo, Nicolás IgnacioThe manifesto of this article seeks to integrate a biological, psychological and social vision, with the aim of providing a detailed analysis in the historical, theoretical, technical and practical approach to substance abuse disorder, which makes it possible in the professional psychological exercise a critical thought, structured under comprehensive dynamics in which highlights the historical-social evolution in clinical intervention to the phenomenon of drug addiction. Describing the gradual transformation of the hegemonic theoretical behavioural model into a practical procedure, a model based on the origin of the political-social proposals of international organisations that fight against drug trafficking and its various consequences, in which intervention dynamics are established from legally restrictive power relations. From the evolution that arises in the social needs and of the subjects with behaviors of compulsive repetition in their relation with the substance, it became necessary to rethink the proposals of behavioral intervention, making possible new ways of access in the psychology of the drug addict, by means of practical procedures of paradigmatic psychological models converging in a comprehensive vision of the phenomenon, in which it is not emphasized in the eradication of the symptom in any way, but in a deep analysis in the understanding of the particular function that the symptom fulfills in each subject
