    The research group LIDIS is developing a project called "Platform E-Science 3.0", which is described in article by (Barraza, Ordoñez, & Segovia, 2014) , which focuses on developing a group projects, tools among which is the convocations observatory, which seeks to solve the information management of convocations and scholarships for university researchers, this project in turn is divided into the following three sub-projects: 1. Development of a web portal to optimize the management of information search for calls and scholarships. 2. Characterization of information by algorithms Information Retrieval (IR). 3. Development of a recommendation system based on frequency of consultations and filtering colavorative of convocations and scholarships for research projects. The Observatory of convocations requires three separate tools developed to collect, sort and filter information convocations, these sub projects should be allowed to integrate with each other at the end of its development for implementation. This project focuses on the third subproject, based on the technologies proposed in the E-Science platform, development a hybrid system of recommendations that enable researchers to access information-filtered convocations and scholarships, using data collected from assessments and records user query.

    Implementación de un Portal Web por medio de Crawling, para la Búsqueda de Información de Convocatorias y Becas para el Grupo de Investigación Lidis de la Universidad San Buenaventura de Cali

    Nowadays the group of investigation (research) LIDIS of the University San Buenaventura of Cali, does not rely on a tool that it she should facilitate the consultation and spreading (publication) of information about summons and scholarships, and neither a repository centralized of information exists where every user could accede to a complete and updated database generating major opportunities of success in the access to the information. Bearing the previous thing in mind, there developed a web portal of information that improves the precision of the results dedicated to the users when they realize searches of information about summons and scholarships using of the basic beginning of the tools type Crawler, with the intention of "visiting" the different Web repositories of information and of extracting what there resides. On the other hand, to personalize the portal allows that the users could guard his searches, to notify them to his e-mail and to recommend to other users web pages of relevant information about summons and scholarships of interest.
