For that reason, it´s crutial to detect all of the factors that have a bad influence in the everyday life at schools and find possible solutions to the problem. This brings a big opportunity to learn new strategies that can be applied, so everybody has the chance to implement their expertise and improve a nice healthy school environment. This investigation pretends to analyze the influence of the socio-cultural context in the environment of the schools, manage conflicts properly at public schools in Cartagena; so we propose ideas that can be a way to improve school´s interactions its population, and, at the same time, identify those factors that influence directly in the behavior of the students at schools and then, try to diminish the negative factor developed by this we have mentioned before. On the other hand; we´ll be able to offer convenient solutions to the conflict being faced by public institutions and provide different alternatives that can guarantee a positive outcome in the process. We want to make sure that the students get to know the rules and procedures to be followed when a situation appears and needs to be solved because not dealing with that at the right time, might bring uncomfortable issues that might end up in something more difficult to handle
