Thus, at the end of the armed conflict facing our country, there are still challenges and goals to be met. One of them is the issue of economic reintegration, which plays a fundamental role for the demobilized people, who have gone through a process within the Colombian Agency for Reintegration -ARN-. In this way, the present research through a qualitative study and a phenomenological design, conducting semi-structured in-depth interviews, aims to show the social representations that entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized companies in the city of Cali have prepared in face of the demobilized and demobilized. the process of economic reintegration the role of this in society and the possible failures that the state could have with the economic reintegration route.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLa significación de la discriminación por los homosexuales a partir de estereotipos de género en la familia(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2019) Figueroa Ramírez, Jesús Mauricio; Jiménez Urruchurtu, Luis; Galeano Bautista, María CeilaThe aim of the present investigation was to analyze the significance of homosexual persons opposite to the discrimination based on the stereotypes of kind on the part of the family, this one itself was registered inside the qualitative descriptive method of investigation. The investigation had support from theoretical investigations, semi-structured interviews, utilization of images and others, which favored the boarding of the individuality of every participant before the discrimination towards the homosexual in his life, different tools were in use in order to have records that benefited the major profit of the information. Finally a categorization of the information was realized then to give him an analysis objective detailed and later the conclusion of the investigation. One thought that the stereotypes of kind fulfill a very important paper in the discrimination on the part of the family towards homosexual persons and that this population decides to isolate, to hide his sexual preference or to ignore this type of discrimination for which they it turns out slightly very negative that brings repercussions psicoemocionales, and it puts them in conflict with it same.

Ciudad Don Bosco(2019) Barrada, Zuleima Astrid; Arias Orozco, Édgar de JesúsThis research focused on making an understanding of the approaches, meanings and senses of the norm that young people of the Ciudad Don Bosco Education center, build from their being in the world, reading its possibilities and forms of relationship with respect to norms. How young people approach and respond to norms is linked to social demands or constructs. The thoughtful interest is in establishing the relationship between the construction that the subject makes of the norm and the pedagogical dynamics that are presented within the educational institution. Methodological design was chosen for a hermeneutic approach, which aims to approximate the social through the specific recognition of the subjects in their contexts of interaction, their stories, their attitudes, practices and awareness in front situations in relation to others; with a qualitative method through a case study. The techniques used were the semi-structured interview and the focus group and tools used were the interview guide and the questionnaire. Among the results or findings that give an account of the significance that students of the Ciudad Don Bosco Education Center have of the norm and its relations with it - as a statement and mandate that regulates, sanctions and sets behavior guidelines - it is found that they conceive of the standard as legitimate as long as it ensures respect for the difference, even if there may be contradictions in practices and attitudes regarding the rules they consider legitimate; In the meantime, the rule is illegitimate when it reduces the options of autonomy in the young and, although there is a recognition of the legal norm, it is also recognized that it is susceptible to transgression, especially when a particular interest prevails. As for the construction of the standard, they consider that it has been the domain of adults and the participation of young people is little or no, which would raise suspicions of some illegitimacy, since they were not taken into account. The pedagogical function necessarily goes through questions and reflections about the cohabitation at the school space; there it becomes evident the relationship between genrecions a matter of power and, the discipline and sanctions appear as ways to take the rule. Finally, young people outline proposals a tendency to build or recognize ethical and moral subjects, which are preparing for participation in collective life
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoSignificación del duelo en niños frente a una enfermedad oncológica en la ciudad de Cali(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2019) González Osorio, Martha Lucía; Echandia Villegas, Connie AlejandraObjective: Identify how the child means mourning in front of an oncological disease in a foundation from Cali, having as reference Kúblers phases of mourning and the Neimevers conception of loss. Materials and methods: A qualitative, descriptive study with a sample consisting of 3 mothers with their daughters, who were diagnosed with cancer, who were living in the La Divina Providencia Foundation and who attended outpatient chemotherapy. For the collection of information, non-standardized interviews and free observations were used. Results: Cancer, although it is considered an affectation of the physical body, significantly mobilizes the emotionality of the child and his family. The parents are the main reference of the child at the time of facing a situation or a problem, in this way the child creates from what he observes around him, the meaning of what is happening. The management of information during the disease recognition process plays a fundamental role in the development of emotional and physical acceptance of the disease. The child is isolated from the decisions that must be made for his improvement, making him a passive agent in his process. Conclusions: During the minor's adaptive process, the psychotherapist plays a very important role in the way in which he understands and faces his illness and his day to day, because before being diagnosed, the infant begins to notice changes in his body, to which he will assign a meaning, thus is relevant to communicate the child properly, the reason for their body and emotional changes at the right time, so he can live a process without negative predispositions, starting with a chat with the doctors and parents in which the child is present.
