- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoDesarrollo de un modelo de gestión de calidad basado en la NTS-TS 004 para la implementación del proyecto cocinas sostenibles del área de alimentos y bebidas: Caja de Compensación Familiar del Valle del Cauca Comfamiliar Andi- Comfandi(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2018) Jaramillo Meneses, Ana María; Grajales López, Claudia XimenaThe objective of this project is to design a quality management model for the implementation of the sustainable kitchens project, which aims to give sustainable management to the value chain generated in four Comfandi recreational centers which have food production points; the project is based on the Colombian Sectorial Technical Standard 004, the methodology is based on the continuous improvement PHVA cycle to comply with and follow the above-mentioned norm, tools such as checklists, root cause analysis, 5W`sy were used 1 HOUR. In addition, compliance with legal requirements was followed up on Good Manufacturing Practices according to Decree 3075 of 1997 and Resolution 2674 of 2013. Programs were created to give good management to supplies, raw materials, and the adequate disposal of waste, as well as the implementation of techniques for harvesting such as the creation of vermiculture.

The social marketing that it is born of the need to offer a change of thought and behaviors of the society for the common good, in necessarily not only to be applied by the private company as Social Managerial Responsibility, but also by the government of every country, also in this document writes the form in which in the country there is applied the social, not alone marketing as social managerial responsibility, but also as aim of the Colombian government, on having known how it is possible to apply and as it is applied in agreement to the analysis of documentation and digital means of this type of marketing. The aim of this writing is to document, the trends of the marketing applicable to the social marketing or 3.0 and as, like in the Colombian state the social marketing is realized, for your correct fulfillment of aims raised as for the social responsibility that this one transports, by means of the bibliographical search and persons' digital means that work the topics previously mentioned. In the country it is necessary to do the most didactic campaigns for the society, since a constant interaction is not had by the public ones, on the contrary the information is sent and a suitable feedback of the happened is not realized in the same one, which does that the same mistakes continue being committed and new, beside not having a suitable documentation and of easy access to realize any type of learned lessons.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPanorama del diseño industrial en la región(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2015-01) Olarte, Jorge AlbertoEn este escrito se analiza el concepto de diseño industrial y su desarrollo a lo largo de la historia, particularmente en aquellos países de América Latina como México, Argentina, Brasil y Colombia, que durante los años setenta contribuyeron a la creación de escuelas de la mano con algunos arquitectos pioneros y en estrecha relación con la academia y la empresa privada. El artículo se centra en la comparación de tres programas académicos de universidades de la región del Valle del Cauca: la Universidad del Valle, la Universidad Nacional de Palmira y la Universidad Icesi de Cali, cuyos programas de diseño industrial se enfocan hacia una relación académica con la empresa privada, con sentido de responsabilidad social, empresarial y medioambiental. El énfasis apunta a la Universidad Icesi, cuyo perfil busca sembrar en el estudiante inquietudes acerca de la conciencia social y la responsabilidad social empresarial, así como fortalecer el compromiso de la empresa y el estudiante frente a una realidad que afecta a los emprendedores y a los estudiantes, quienes terminan subempleados como usuarios de software y bajas remuneraciones.

For this, it is necessary to adopt a management system that minimizes this problem; it is there, where the discipline of environmental accounting, as the appropriate mechanism to create socio-environmental policies in organizations, in a way that diminishes the impact of industrial processes, bringing challenges to identify costs, benefits, and technological investment, which facilitates the management of environmental accounts in productive activities. Regarding the methodology, the qualitative approach with descriptive scope and the design of a documentary analysis was used, where the ideas that make up the methodology of environmental accounting were expanded, to create social awareness in the business sector. This will expose the actions for the prevention and improvement of the environmental crisis, through the tools of this discipline, being environmental accounting the appropriate means to determine the costs incurred in the efforts for the ecological balance, with the management appropriate waste, solid waste and its final destination; avoid being polluting agents, and see reflected business actions with the commitment to care for the environment, thus complying with the required regulations and regulations that must be implemented in environmental policy, enabling the management of sustainable development and create corporate social awareness.

Este artículo realiza una revisión basada en diferentes trabajos de investigación con el objetivo de presentar la responsabilidad social, vinculada conceptualmente a paradigmas organizacionales, hacia una propuesta de tendencia evolutiva propia del desarrollo humano, denominada Neuroresponsabilidad.
