In the political constitutión of Colombia of 1991 and the law 115 of 1994, the schoolar religious educatión occupied an important place in the oficial curriculum,área of knowledgment and of formatión (law 115 Article 23-24) about we said before,we could deduce or infire that the spiritual and religión dimensión continues being mainly essential en the educative places. Nevertheless,in the lasta times it was necessary to be opened to other religions ideas and spiritual not necessarily catholics, hecause they are growing like a spiritual paradigm and besides,they profess a structural change in the orientatión of the religión knowledge; desfor that reason it was necessary to think in some methodelogies and strategies more opened: ecumenics and of inter-religions dialogue in order it answers to a religions pluralism. That is growing in our Colombian Society for that,it was taken into account the educative institution Jose Eusebio Caro of Medellín,where participated the responsable teacher of the área and the students of uifferent levels of secundary basic and the vocational media. Finally, it was observed that these methodologies let a respect and tolrence for the other religions.

The skills and competencies that the teaching director must have in the management of a school organization, with the purpose of achieving continuous improvement and strengthening the spirituality that leads to the integral formation of the student within the educational establishment, implies a great knowledge of the institution. In the educational organization, the role to be assumed by each actor in the community must be determined, but we are going to refer to one in particular, the Educational Manager. The perception of the different levels: Directors, administrators and teachers of the managerial processes developed by the teaching director, brings us closer to the reality that is closest to the processes carried out (competences and skills). Over time, educational models have been transformed, observing an evolution that day by day, according to the context, the investigative process that is being managed by the Educational Manager to innovate and improve the quality of education, must formulate strategies that strengthen the process of integral formation in the establishment, taking as a foundation the spiritual orientation and of the ethical and moral values.The research carried out in this specialization project, and which is done in a controlled interview way, by the IAP method (research, action and participation), using as an instrument the focal group, to seek to collect experiences perceived by different active actors of the institution, such as: Members of the board of directors, academic council and quality committee; It is necessary to clarify that the aim is not to quantify the sample, but to make an exhaustive analysis of the opinions obtained from the aforementioned population. In the genesis of the research, is observe the conceptual and theoretical part on which the project is based and will be developed. Followed is the reference to the methodology used, to progress gradually, following a methodically designed model that allows knowing the thinking of the focal group; As a third part of this process, the aim is to demonstrate that the Educational Management Specialist must be clear about the skills, responsibilities and competences to be developed, in view of the strengthening of spirituality in the integral training processes. Finally, the conclusions, recommendations and observations made by the working group and the project advisor will be presented.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoHacia el afrontamiento de enfermedad de una paciente oncológica y su familia(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2016) García Ochoa, Alejandra; González Velásquez, ElsyThe present research about the palliative cares is an approach to the coping to an elderly woman with cancer at the terminal stage with two daughters both of them caregivers in her last days, which the main objective was to characterize the palliative cares on a oncology patient and her family, in the last phases of the sickness, likewise taken into account the specifics objectives which were to verify the information who have a oncology terminal patient and their families to face the illness condition, identify which intern elements ( personal, emotional) has the patient and their family to confront the disease process and identify with what external elements ( economic, social support networks) have the patient and her families to face the illness process. The research was characterized as a case of study of descriptive type; the tools for the recollection of the information, was the semi structure interview. Finally the conclusion is that the cancer in terminal stage involve a series of changes physically, mentally and socially; and despite of using the "silence" or not face the disease, it prove that exist strategies and resources to face the disease process available to the patient and family and are used subjectively in each.

Starting from the manifest fact of the existence of pain and suffering, the possibility of giving the reader an integral perspective, which facilitates the understanding of this concept from the different knowledge that was worked for the accomplishment of the text and thus to emphasize the convergences and divergences that have the different meanings of this term
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLa influencia de la espiritualidad en la reconstrucción del significado de vida desde la perspectiva de pacientes que padecieron Leucemia Linfoblástica Aguda (LLA)(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2017) Cuellar Collazos, Mónica Viviana; Linares Monroy, Maria Alejandra; Galeano Bautista, María CeilaThe main purpose of this investigation is to understand how spirituality can revive the meaning of life of patients who are suffering from leukemia. In this study, a qualitative approach including descriptive and explanatory research has been used. To conduct the research, two leukemia patients between 12 and 16 years old were analyzed. Three semi-structured interviews executed with each patient provided the information used in this thesis. The interviews were coded and categorized into four categories: spiritual needs, meaning, resources and the rebuild of the meaning of life. As a result, the importance of love and gratitude were identified as important parts of the process for a good adaption, personal growth and therefore overcoming the disease.

In the scientific review that was realized it was found that this phenomeno is linked to many processes of the human being such as the processing of information from the environment, that is how we perceive what happens to our surroundings, with processes linked to mental health , and even permeates in the menera in which we behave, finding that the people who practice this religious and spiritual practice adjust to a healthier lifestyle and assume the adversities of daily life in a more adaptive way, bringing with them psychological well-being for the people who practice this practice
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoSobrecarga y resiliencia en cuidadores de niños con cáncer(2020) Cubillos Quintero, Katherin; Gómez Martínez, Manuela; Herrera Patiño, María Alejandra; Sierra Mazuera, María Camila; Gallego Echeverri, Laura AlejandraThe objective of this text is to review the incidence of resilience and overload in caregivers of children with oncological diseases, resilience being defined as the ability to overcome adverse situations, as opposed to overloading, which refers to chronic stress associated with care, which can affect the physical and psychological health of the caregiver, considerably modifying the performance of their role. This research was validated by means of a cross-sectional study in which 50 articles were analyzed, including academic articles and articles from scientific journals, in order to validate concepts, findings and advances in correspondence to the relationship between overload and resilience, identifying possible variables that affect this relationship. From this, it became evident that spirituality and adequate coping strategies can modify the levels of resilience and overload, in addition to this, various tools are proposed for the prevention of overload and the promotion of coping strategies in the work of care
