- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoActualización del estado del arte de la Psicología humanista existencial en Medellín entre los años 2006 y 2014(2015) Ruiz Barrientos, Catalina; Quintero Pérez, Sandra MilenaThis article corresponds to the continuity and updating of the dissertation called “ State of the art of the humanist psychology “ , made by Sandra Milena Quintero, Maria del Pilar Alzate and Carolina Carmona, and published in the year 2007. The results obtained in the present publication, come up from revising the dissertations carried out in the faculties of psychology in the city of Medellin, published during the years 2006 and 2014 and which are part of the undergraduate and graduate programs. To facilitate the analysis process, the information and the topics found were divided in 5 categories corresponding to: perspectives, psychological clinic, ways of being, palliative treatments and existencial humanist psychology. Following, the qualitative and quantitative analyses are presented and made with the work material corresponding to the category: Psychological clinic. The information is consolidated through percentage charts and the explanation of theme groups.

Lo que necesitamos saber y saber hacer(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2023) Sierra Bustamante, Maria Paulina; Reluz Montoya, Raquel; Zea Orrego, Maria Camila; Zapata Quiceno, Carmen ElenaNosotras como estudiantes Maria Camila Zea, Raquel Reluz y Maria Paulina Sierra pertenecientes al programa de Licenciatura en Educación Infantil de la Facultad de Educación nos permitimos presentarles a ustedes una síntesis de nuestro trabajo de grado titulado “Barreras para el aprendizaje y la participación: ¡El reto! Lo que necesitamos saber y saber hacer”. En el cual nos motivamos y planteamos brindar herramientas a todos los y las docentes que cada día buscan estrategias para lograr intervenir con los estudiantes con Barreras para el Aprendizaje y la Participación (BAP). Este proyecto nace de la necesidad de responder muchas inquietudes que como maestras nos planteamos constantemente al intervenir en un aula con estudiantes que tienen alguna barrera para el aprendizaje y la participación, no solo desde nuestra experiencia sino, desde la comunidad educativa, puesto que hacemos parte de una colectividad dispuesta a generar cambios, pero con algunos vacíos conceptuales y prácticos con respecto al tema que nos compete (las BAP). En consecuencia, nos enfocamos en tres BAP principales, las cuales son: Síndrome de Down, Trastorno de Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad y Autismo. Después de una lectura exhaustiva de diversos autores, tales como Vigotsky, Spencer, Cuellar, Vargas, Navas, Ortiz, entre otros, proponen metodologías y técnicas que contribuyen a comprender un poco mejor el panorama acerca de la correcta intervención en el aula, sin embargo, nos encontramos ante una situación compleja y amplia, donde encontramos tanta información en internet y texto físicos que no obtenemos claridad, ni se encuentran contextualizadas a los diferentes ámbitos educativos necesarios

Un estudio basado en los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Olga González Arraut de la ciudad de Cartagena.(2017-10-10) Rodríguez Bejarano, Angie Alexandra; Chamorro Morales, Jairo; Oliveros Torres, Martha CeciliaThis document shows the results of a descriptive research that seeks to design English teaching strategies based on the learning styles from fourth and fifth grade students at Olga González Arraut School in Cartagena de Indias. This project was designed taking into account the shortcomings found in the English teaching strategies used by the teachers who are not truly English teachers. Fourth and fifth grade students were chosen to be applied a survey in the first school period in 2017 year. The students who were given a survey to determine their preferences and learning styles were randomly chosen. Besides, classroom observations and analysis of students were made. They were analyzed to describe the strategies used by teachers, and student attitude. The Likert scale was applied to English teachers. At the end, these results led to the design of a variety of strategies and techniques in accordance with the proposals
- PublicaciónRestringidoHistorias que trascienden : diseños que celebran la historia, espiritualidad y naturaleza de la cultura Calima(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2023) Toledo Aguado, Juliana; Polo Flórez, Dolly Viviana; Grupo de Investigación Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Estética (Cali)A lo largo del documento, se busca crear un puente entre el pasado y presente a partir de la cultura Calima expuesta en el Museo del Oro Calima de Cali, el objetivo es desarrollar diseños de piezas conceptuales que reflejen la esencia de su cultura y relación con su entorno para sensibilizar a las sociedades modernas. Por lo tanto, a partir de una metodología divida en cuatro partes para cumplir con los objetivos específicos, se propone un método de diseño que permita interpretar, transformar y resignificar la Cultura Calima. Este procedimiento consiste: primero, en una etapa de investigación a fondo para comprender sobre las tres sociedades que hacen parte de esta cultura, explorando su estética, la cultura material, la representación y la simbología. Segundo, una síntesis en la cual se conoce sobre la importancia de la cultura y naturaleza para los Calima, conociendo así mismo, los gustos por las piezas en la modernidad con significado cultural; tercero, conceptualizar todo lo observado y estudiado para consolidar un método de diseño que triangule 3 características de las tendencias de escala: minimalismo, maximalismo y sobriedad; y por último, analizar las técnicas de orfebrería y el diseño 3D, así como las diferentes formas de representar piezas conceptuales, para la creación de estas piezas en co-creacion con un joyero experto.

Its purpose is the identification of the different techniques used in time management in the planning stages and monitoring of projects in organizations of Cali-Colombia. The methodology used was a descriptive quantitative approach with a descriptive cross-sectional non-experimental design. The data collection was performed through the generation of a base of physical and digital data consulted literature and through the development and implementation of a survey of people involved in project management in organizations established in the city of Cali. Research identifies the techniques of time used in project management and found that only 8% of companies’ surveyed times planned match them with real-time execution of their projects.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoTécnicas de evaluación de mercado para determinar la viabilidad de un proyecto en la etapa de formulación(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2015) Caballero Romero, Alexander; Zúñiga Giraldo, Laura Sofía; Granada Aguirre, Luis FelipeThe objective of this project was to identify the different market research techniques in the formulation stage of a university hotel in the city of Santiago de Cali to determine its viability. We found the analysis of each of the studies by different authors and synthesis of common elements and market strategies (product, price, place and promotion) that apply to each of them. This is a descriptive study as it seeks to collect information independently on concepts and variables belonging to the study to indicate how they can relate to each other. The research design is not experimental descriptive transversal because they are observed and data are collected and category concept and have variable describes investigate existing studies to analyze their impact and interaction at any given time. To collect information query indexed databases, books, works of degree and other specialized documents on the subject of market research literature will be performed. Subsequently, two tables will be designed, the first collects information about antecedents of the authors consulted as (objective, method, results and conclusion of the author) and the second table will identify the similarities, differences and areas of application of different techniques consulted, later on a laptop computer, a statistical software. Information for examination and preparation of a technical document with the results will type. Also a process for the technical evaluation of projects whose steps were adapted from different authors consulted and its structure is based on an objective, scope, responsible flowchart with the activities undertaken, instructions will be standardized; and annexes and finally the knowledge of the market assessment applied to the project <>.

A quantitative approach was used, reviewing literature and building a theoretical framework. The scope was descriptive, it collects information about techniques for organizational and administrative assessment during the formulation stage of a project. From the literature consulted and after its analysis, a procedure to perform the assessment was built, which applies the selected techniques. This procedure was used for the organizational and administrative assessment during the formulation of the project for production and sales of chonto tomato in La Dolores, municipality of Palmira, Valle del Cauca.

The data collection was performed through the generation of a base of physical, digital data consulted literature, and through the development and implementation of a survey of people involved in project management in organizations established in the city of Cali; the information was obtained by physical documents and websites. This research determines the technical area costs used in project management and casts actual data on its implementation by those involved in project management in organizations of Cali-Colombia, concluding that the meetings and expert judgment were the tools used by respondents, and earned value technique in the follow-up and control was the tool that gave better results.
