    En el afán de transformar nuestro contexto, debemos comprender que la arquitectura y el urbanismo es solo una parte del conjunto. En estos NO actúan solos; por el contrario, parasu efectividad requiere un sinnúmero de elementos, personas, disciplinas que contribuyen a complementan las ideas de los proyectos. La evolución y creación de nuevas técnicas de intervención han dado paso a una nueva visión de la arquitectura, endonde el empoderamiento de la comunidad y la apropiación de sus espacios posibilita latransformación, inclusión, diversidad,pertenencia y autoconstrucción de espacios funcionales, planificados y aptos para la sociedad. Esta investigación se presenta como solución a un problema o necesidad, ya sea de un grupo o área particular del conocimiento. A partir de un diagnóstico, ésta genera procesos explicativos y/o planteamientos que serán base a futuras proyecciones o tendencias. Esta propuesta se fundamenta bajo un proceso sistemático de búsqueda e indagación contemplada en el análisis, comparación, explicación, evaluación y predicción. Con esta, se logran identificar necesidades y se define el evento a modificar o transformar, además, se identifican procesos causales originados por las condiciones actuales de tal manera que el diagnóstico de la misma, permita predecir las causas y consecuencias del cada caso y posteriormente se identifiquen futuras oportunidades, posibilidades o en su defecto, limitaciones. Además, incentiva la idea de crear, innovar y proponer desde la teoría, nuevas formar de analizar y comprender de manera conjunta el territorio y los actores que lo conforman, generando así, una lectura capaz de ser interpretada por cualquier persona que quiera hacer parte de la sinergia y transformación urbana.

    The flexibility and adaptability of the spaces promote the development of learning in which the performance level of the students is increased by means of the adequate spatial quality generated by said desired flexibility. The text focuses on the importance of this change and the search for the ideal space for educational learning, based on spatial analysis and the current conditions where the different knowledge of architecture is imparted, thus detecting deficiencies in the quality of these spaces, through the participatory action methodology, which leads to proposing design strategies, to strengthen and increase spatial and educational quality, taking into account the cutting-edge educational context for its use as a reference in the application of the aforementioned concepts ; In this way, a multipurpose design model can be obtained, adjusting to what was stated in said research.

    Adaptación modular a instituciones educativas para el mejoramiento del aprendizaje en Cartagena

    The student environment for years has been the same, in Cartagena de Indias the school environment in the standard disciplines such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, among others, the panorama is standard, unlike other disciplines such as artistic, physical education and other subjects. that are not contemplated in the educational planes of the educational institutions of the city, although there are schools that include there are others that do not, and usually the less favored are the public institutions, this city being recognized for its cultural and artistic wealth brings that knowledge to all its citizens. Through an exhaustive search it is found that Cartagena does not have teams where its citizens develop their cultural and artistic knowledge and knowledge, and in the area where they should have applied it is not, it should be in institutions, where students and parents of these find spaces in which to develop these activities, generating knowledge and cultural and artistic development, giving citizens opportunities to learn about their culture, appropriate it and have new learning methods, from children to adults.

    Análisis de alternativa de bajo impacto ambiental para las viviendas del Centro Histórico de Cartagena

    This article presents the results of the research on the energy consumption present in a typology of colonial housing: high house with mezzanine, case study of the Casa del Consulado in the historic center of Cartagena; who seeks to give an answer to the problem of deficit of thermal and light comfort existing in some spaces of these homes, which in the vast majority, in the restoration processes choose to provide solutions through mechanical lighting and ventilation systems and equipment, which any generators have higher energy service costs than natural ventilation systems, generated by the excessive use of these systems. The investigation is of an explanatory and exploratory type, the quality part of the realization of the architectural survey, environmental measurements of temperature and relative humidity in different spaces of the house, the results that are considered as a higher incidence of temperature and humidity in the lateral bays, in which the following research is done. This problem is not only reflected in the colonial and republican homes in the historic center, but also in neighboring neighborhoods, in which an architecture little thought and misguided in relation to environmental and physical determinants is seen, aside from the context in the that these can be developed.

    ARTUS: Proyecto de articulación urbana para la revitalización del sector de Chambacú en la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias

    Dentro de éste trabajo se abarca la compresión del espacio público para el desarrollo del tejido social logrando conformar una estructura articulada de la trama de la ciudad, ya que Cartagena de Indias enfrenta una desarticulación urbana asociada a las zonas de la ciudad discontinuas, desconectadas y descontextualizadas del entorno natural y social que fragmentan el tejido urbano, evidenciando la inexistencia de espacios de interacción para la comunidad, el déficit en el sistema de movilidad y el deterioro del medio natural. Por lo mismo se hace necesario el abordaje del problema como un fenómeno además de urbano, social que permita erradicar las deficiencias que llevan aquejando al sector de Chambacú por décadas. ARTUS propone a través del acondicionamiento de la trama urbana y el desarrollo de ruta de actividades un diseño revitalizador que transformara el ecosistema natural, social, histórico, cultural y económico que rodea la zona de influencia, que incluye sectores de los barrios de Chambacú, La Matuna, El Espinal y Pie del Cerro, ya que sus características urbanísticas convierten este espacio en un gran potencial y ejemplo para lograr la articulación entre el centro histórico y el resto de la ciudad.

The Acquisitions and Purchasing processes are constituted within the administrative scale to execute works of great amplitude, contributing strategic leadership, within the policies that guarantee to reduce gradually the setbacks and errors of delays in the final deliveries of a work. Identifying and generating quality is today one of the great challenges that covers, to a large extent, objectives, operational plans, optimization of resources and budgets; Detecting future unforeseen events, shortcomings and costs in Colombia, exactly in the city of Cartagena de Indias, where engineering, horizontal property, mega constructions, industrial plants, camps, ports and others prevail.     El abastecimiento de las ciudades es un tema complejo ya que estas demandan muchos recursos y es necesario que este sistema pueda abastecer de manera correcta toda la ciudad , teniendo esto en claro vemos como en Colombia en la ciudad de Cartagena el punto principal de abastecimiento, el mercado de Bazurto el cual no presenta las condiciones adecuadas porque tiene múltiples problemas como son la contaminación por residuos sólidos, llegando a tener 45 toneladas de basuras diarias (ARBOLEDA, 2015) aparte de esto cuenta con una deficiente red de alcantarillado y la edificación principal construido en Bazurto fue diseñada para albergar 1.200 comerciantes y actualmente hay 32.000 (Sanmiguel, 2019) ocasionando invasión al espacio público por parte de los habitantes y comerciantes por lo cual es pertinente intervenir en el lugar. Atreves del proyecto “Bassurto” el cual trata de intervenir para organizar de forma estratégica el sector donde se encuentra el mercado de Bazurto y zonas colindantes de los barrios Martínez Martelo, Barrio Chino, llevando a cabo una renovación urbano paisajística, dando solución estas problemáticas, con esto mejorar la calidad del espacio y la calidad de vida de miles de familias.

    BIOCORE - Parque Interpretativo de la Ciénaga de la Virgen

    It is a fact that the waste and the disarticulation of natural ecosystems with the urban side is a major problem that many Latin-American cities have to deal with. Among these is Cartagena de Indias, which despite having a great potential for urban development as a ‘‘water city’’, there are not spaces that articulate natural ecosystems (protection zones, water bodies) with the rest of the city, specially the most important one: La Ciénaga de la Virgen. As a starting point to think and create solutions, the project BIOCORE: Parque Interpretativo. Del Ecosistema de la Cienaga de la Virgen proposes an articulation between the Ecosystem and the communities located on the south eastern edge (which are the most affected), and the rest of the city. For this purpose, the research process was managed by a scale of systems Macro, Meso and Micro. In Macro scale the problem was identified and diagnosed, to then create applicable strategies in Meso scale, where we propose core activities in the urban-architectural design that respond to the process of solving the problem through the stated objectives, and finally in micro scale we developed modules of activities that allow the reactivation and dynamization of the economy of the zone, and, in turn, it would return the importance and attractiveness to this water ecosystem, which could serve as a support for the community.

    Afirma García & Velandia (2014) que el principal problema del sector de la construcción en Colombia radica en el mal manejo de procesos administrativos, estratégicos y técnicos constructivos en las obras de infraestructura, como solución a esta problemática se desarrolla una herramienta en la que intervienen los procesos nombrados, conocida como el Project Management Institute PMI. Actualmente el sector público y privado ha tenido un notable desarrollo en el incremento de proyectos de construcción de viviendas multifamiliares y en forma general la vivienda VIS. Estos proyectos se caracterizan por la planificación y un compromiso de tipo económico, laboral y en especial de tipo gerencial. Es en este sentido de las competencias y las buenas prácticas de los gerentes lo que garantiza un trabajo bajo la reglamentación del PMI y de esta manera relacionando las categorías que participan en este tema como lo es la planeación, el diseño y la construcción. Afirma Hurtado &Morales (2016) que los gerentes de proyecto de estas obras suelen ser Ingenieros Civiles, quienes a pesar de contar con mucha experiencia obtenida a través de la práctica, desaprovechan gran cantidad de herramientas existentes en la gerencia de proyectos que servirían de ayuda en la gestión, a veces por desconocimiento y otras por la premura del tiempo

    The Bazurto market is the central of supplies of the city of Cartagena. It is an area with great urban dynamism, full of shops and a lot of culture. However, it has been perceived by the majority of Cartagena as a problematic, insecure site and as a source of contamination. Its location is privileged, because it is in the center of the city, and in its vicinity is the marsh of the Quintas; In addition, we have an architectural milestone known as “the market building” whose state of deterioration is increasing. The present investigation uses a methodology that goes from the general to the particular to find a problem as a space between a lived situation and a desired situation, identifiable identification through the systemic scales: macro, meso and micro, to which proposals will be made. so-called products, whether urban or architectural. The project’s approach arises from the variables studied at the site, based on the city’s POT as the main axis of the legal framework. This thesis aims to expose an advanced basic scheme, defined by the authors as CAITIC: interactive articulator center of technology, innovation and culture, together with a comprehensive proposal of urban renewal for the rehabilitation of the sector, which you read They would give a new and better character to the area.     Centro cultural y ambiental: Intervención urbana en el Cerro de la Popa como espacio vital para la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias

    The Hill of the Stern is the most important elevation of the city of Cartagena with 150 msmn, has an pproximate area of 80 hectares and is the only green lung in the middle of the populated city, and in his top a Heritage of the Nation preserves: The church of the Virgin of the Candlemas. Nevertheless it suffers from erosion, deforestation, informal housings, visual pollution, which they are consequences of the small one - for not saying void - urban dynamics. On having spoken about urban dynamics two defiitions are distinguished: the fist one refers to the construcciones, and develop as such, that in this case are the informal housings, invasions that every day appropriate more his skirts. In the second case, it refers to the urban mobility, and the ascension on the part of the persons to the hill. The urban mobility in the hill limits itself to the persons’ ascension on February 2 for motive of the employer holidays once a year - and some ‘chivas’ that rise occasionally - for lack of activities that motivate the persons to rise and visit the hill, so that his both landscape and tourist potentials meet undervalued. All that has allowed that companies of telecommunications illegally should install antennas of great height that contaminate visually the hill and consequently the National wealth. To solve the problematics fist there is realized an analysis of the case of study and his problematics, delimiting the scales of approximation, which determine three products that answer to the magnitude of the territory, before identifid; and that sustain in the theoretical, referential, historical and legal frame.

    Derivado de la problemática la cual afecta a las comunidades rurales por el déficit de infraestructura, equipamientos, tecnificación de procesos y programas educativos, económicos, acompañado del mismo modo de sociales que rompan las barreras de la desigualdad, pobreza, analfabetismo y la deserción escolar se planteó el siguiente interrogante: ¿Cuáles son las estrategias desde el ámbito de la arquitectura y el urbanismo que pueden generar las trasformaciones necesarias para el desarrollo, capacitación, tecnificacion y producción agroindustrial en el corregimiento de Rocha?, a partir de esta pregunta se desarrolla este trabajo investigativo que permite ver estado la población, sus características biofísicas, sociales y económicas las cuales permiten brindar un diagnostico pero del mismo modo una solución integral. Particularmente Para llegar a la propuesta se trabajó bajo la influencia de la metodología de Altadir de planificación popular (MAPP), la cual consiste en brindar soluciones desde lo generar a lo particular. Es decir desde una escala macro a una escala meso y posterior mente a una escala micro. La cual en escaso siguiente es la propuesta a nivel de esquema básico denominada Centro de Capacitación y Producción Agroindustrial San José de Rocha , ubicado en el corregimiento San José de Rocha (jurisdicción del municipio de Arjona, perteneciente al departamento de Bolívar, Colombia). denominado este último como el producto final el cual busca dar solución a la problemática planteada inicialmente en base a la actual pero con proyecciones en miras al desarrollo rural de esta población de la mano con el rescate de sus raíces, evitar la migración de sus habitantes y llenar el vacío de infraestructura, equipamientos y de educación superior

    This article aimed to publicize the natural ventilation system called ventilation chimneys, as a solution for the problem of high temperature in the area and friendly to the inhabitants' pocket, in the homes of Cartagena of India’s. It presents how quantities of projects and homes consist of an environmental management plan to mitigate impacts in the environment in which the construction will be carried out, but it is faced with the long-term situation that its residents are affected by the lack of comfort in the housing and high temperatures in the area opting for fast and inexpensive solutions with artificial mechanisms, such as fans and air conditioners. Buildings are presented implementing artificial cooling with another using ventilation chimneys, comparing results in costs and effectiveness to see which one is the most suitable for the inhabitants of the city of Cartagena.

    En el desarrollo de este artículo, se indaga las diversas competencias y habilidades que deben desarrollar los líderes y Gerentes de las organizaciones, teniendo como base que las organizaciones de hoy pero en específico las de diseño y de la construcción. Es decir son empresas muy cambiantes, exigentes y competitivas, esto debido a la globalización, apertura de nuevos mercados, crecimiento económico, adquisiciones, nuevos sistemas de gestión, tratados de libre comercio, entre otros. Resultado de este objetivo, es que los líderes empresariales se deben preparar de manera especial con cualidades y habilidades gerenciales debidamente explicadas a lo largo de este apartado. Los gerentes de hoy se deben mantener alerta a los diferentes cambios y transformaciones que trae la competitividad y la producción en la organización. Por tanto, se pregunta por cuales son estas competencias gerenciales y que categorías aborda y su conceptualización desde diversos textos, artículos y bases de datos y el internet. Los líderes de hoy se preparan cada vez más para enfrentarse al cambio. Así mismo, son recíprocos con su gente, se preocupan por temas como la motivación, realización personal, calidad humana, entre otros factores que son determinantes a la hora de realizar sus labores y de tener sentido de pertenencia con la organización.     This work of managerial competencies for sustainability in solid waste management (RCD). Its objective is to describe the methodology for managing materials derived from construction and demolition in this way mitigate the environmental impact of said solid waste in cities. Given the problem of solid waste generated by buildings in their process of construction and demolition in the city of Cartagena, it can be said that it is practically a need to have a real use and manage this waste for the different areas that need it. In this article, the different works that have been carried out and their solution tools to dispose of RCD solid waste from construction derivatives and their contribution to the solution of different environmental problems are evaluated in a documentary way. Having said the study problem for the investigation, the qualitative research approach was used, at the descriptive level and once the study problem was certain, an exploratory documentary-bibliographic investigation was started.     Pedestrian mobility is a problem currently presented by the city of Cartagena de Indias. Where we show the level of urban disarticulation that is generated. Through this, an investigation is carried out in order to determine, highlight the most critical points of the city and frame the sector to work (Buenos Aires Sector of Cartagena de Indias). The investigative process occurs through the main problem that is "Urban disarticulation".
