    Acciones de bienestar para el ejercicio docente en la construcción de felicidad en una institución de educación superior

    One of the challenges of higher education is to contribute to Integral formation of the students as a fundamental part of development, enabling it to evolve as a person and as a member of a society. In a University community, well-being takes this responsibility and is requiring efforts that enable the articulation of the actions of wellness exercise teacher to provide the student the educational tools and emotional conditions relevant for effective development. This paper proposes actions of institutional welfare for the teaching exercise in the construction of happiness in the community of the University of San Buenaventura. The previous identification of the perception of the sense of well-being and happiness that teachers and students have, allowed the formulation of specific welfare actions which seek to influence the plans for institutional development and training and favor in the educational community the implementation of programs of high levels of satisfaction, autonomy and freedom, leading to experience feelings of happiness and well-being therefore. The study concluded that both teachers and students tend to ascribe to the institutional welfare unit aimed at the welfare actions and do not conceive them as a shared responsibility of the entire academic community, while few.

    Un acercamiento a la crítica Foucaultiana del concepto de formación

    Realizando un recorrido por la historia del pensamiento occidental rastreando el concepto de formación, encontramos que por mucho tiempo se estableció como un principio de la antropología que la naturaleza humana es dual, estamos compuestos de una parte biológica compartida con las demás especies animales y de una parte espiritual que nos diferencia de ellas. Esta parte espiritual, fue priorizada y tomada como bandera para el desarrollo ulterior de la racionalidad, aduciendo que solo por medio de ella el hombre puede ser visto como un ser perfeccionable, un ser que puede ir más allá de su naturaleza básica. La racionalidad occidental desde la antigüedad ha creado ideales de ser humano para ser alcanzados por medio de procesos de formación en el ámbito educativo, según esta racionalidad el ser humano debe ser moldeado en función del desarrollo sus potencialidades naturales y espirituales con el propósito de alcanzar la perfección, alcanzar lo propiamente humano. Ya Kant uno de los grandes referentes de la modernidad decía, que el hombre era la única criatura que debía ser educada, pues solo por medio de la educación el hombre podría llegar a ser hombre. (Kant, 1991), sim embargo, los aspectos naturales del hombre se vieron desplazados por el auge cada vez más creciente de la racionalidad, la cual se instaló en el centro del pensamiento del hombre incidiendo directamente en la formación de los ciudadanos como la única capaz de llevarlos a un estaño superior, soslayando de esta manera las particularidad propias del ser que se desprenden de su naturaleza.     Análisis comparativo entre la evaluación de competencias y la evaluación con carácter diagnóstico formativa del Magisterio Nacional decreto 1278/02

    This work was based on the analysis of proposals for evaluation purposes of promotion and salary relocation of the national teachers, based on the 2002 Decree 1278. Analysis left the dispute that arose between teachers belonging to this Decree, those who have participated in both calls, and from the experience have taken posture some in favor and others against each form of assessment. In response to this, was documentary research that allowed us to identify the differences between these two models of evaluation from its features, theoretical foundations and interpretation of the national reports of the results teachers have been in both processes, in order to prove with statistical data and real arguments which is the model that benefits the Magisterium Decree 1278 of 2002. Finally, strategies to promote acceptance of the evaluative model that responds better to the interests of the teachers were raised.

    Análisis del lenguaje formal e informal en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje de los estudiantes de 8° grado de la Institución Educativa Mercedes Ábrego: un enfoque sociolingüístico

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the use of formal and informal language in the teaching and learning processes of 8th grade students of the Mercedes Ábrego Educational Institution, from a sociolinguistic-educational approach. Methodologically, this work is based on action research, with a qualitative pedagogical approach, based on sociolinguistic theory. The results of the study showed that speech is a vehicle for socio-communicative interaction between community members, because through it each individual can express themselves effectively, either orally or in writing; which allows it to adapt to any communicative situation that may arise. That is, the speaker has the ability to select the formality or informality of the language according to the context in which he or she is so that the listeners understand it without any difficulty. In structural terms, this research consists of three chapters: the first includes a description of the research problem, the formulation of the problem question, the justification of the research, the objectives, the frame of reference, taking into account the background, the references sociolinguistic theorists and their importance in the educational field, as well as the general theory of socialization, language and communicative competence; likewise, definitions are established about youth language and socialization and education; The second chapter contains the methodology in which the approach, type of research, categories and dimensions of analysis, population and sample are specified, as well as the techniques and instruments for collecting and analyzing information; Finally, the results, discussion, references and annexes are presented

    Análisis del Sistema Institucional de Evaluación del Estudiante implementado entre los años 2011 y 2016 en la I.E. Marcos Fidel Suárez Municipio de Turbana-Bolívar

    The Educational Evaluation in Colombia has been the subject of a wide range of legislation. Currently, according to Decree 1290 of 2009, which regulates the evaluation of student learning and promotion, the Educational Institutions have the autonomy to create, plan, define and adopt in a consensual way their Evaluation System. I.E. Marcos Fidel Suarez of the municipality of Turbana implemented its Institutional Student Evaluation System as a result of a proposal submitted unilaterally. This caused the breach of the rule in its art.8 which prevented the purposes of the evaluation were real. Researchers based on the qualitative approach of ethnographic cutting taking a focused sample of the educational community and making use of techniques such as the interview and focus groups as a sample of the research, as well as the hermeneutic reading of documents and graphic organizers, were given to the task of obtaining answers that would lead to elucidate if this system of evaluation acted as an adjunct to the process of learning-teaching of the student in this Educational Institution.

    Aprendizaje cooperativo: una oportunidad para el aprendizaje del inglés en la media académica de la Institución Educativa de Bayunca

    The purpose of this research work is to generate through cooperative learning an opportunity to improve English learning among students of the academic middle of Institución .Educativa de Bayunca. This project was born with the intention of solving the barriers that prevent the student from developing all his cognitive capacity in the English subject. The objective of this study is to help students perceive the active methodology of cooperative learning as a pedagogical tool that guides and understands the processes of English language learning, to direct them to the solution of their academic difficulties in a practical and enjoyable way in the Institution Bayunca Education in Cartagena. Whose approach is qualitative using the action research approaches, a strategic proposal is presented after collecting information through a direct observation, a survey, a knowledge test, field notes and finally a written interview is performed, which is interpreted taking to account cooperative learning. Where this is presented as a tool that will contribute to the improvement of English learning at the Institución Educativa de Bayunca. After analyzing and comparing the results, we contacted that this research is of vital importance in the academic process because it helps improve academic performance and arouses the student's interest in learning English.

    Aprendizaje y contextualización de problemas matemáticos

    The work presented is part of the research carried out with second-semester students from the University of Cartagena at the EL Carmen de Bolívar Tutorial Center with the purpose of analyzing learning when mathematical problems are contextualized. In the research work, the study was carried out with a population of 40 students, applying a qualitative approach with action research methodology, using observation as a technique and observation sheets as an instrument. The theoretical foundations were framed in meaningful learning, and the contextualization of mathematical problems. The results lead to strengthen the learning of mathematical knowledge from the solution of problems in a contextualized way in the contents that are developed taking into account the profession that has to be faced in the labor market, in our case for financial administrators, a program that makes part of the faculty of economics.

    Una aproximación a la pedagogía de la esperanza en contextos educativos de violencia y marginalidad en la I.E Pio XII B.P

    El presente estudio busca acercar la pedagogía de la esperanza de Freire a la realidad educativa de la subregión de los Montes de María, especialmente en el contexto de violencia que rodeó a los estudiantes y docentes de la IE Pío XII de San Jacinto-Bolívar y cómo desde esta pedagogía se puede transformar la realidad de los sujetos oprimidos durante mucho tiempo por dicha violencia generada por el conflicto armado en Colombia. La propia forma en la que hicimos este estudio subrayó la relación dialéctica sujetorealidad, tomando la subjetividad que nos da la vivencia del contexto como fuente de conocimiento. Esta es la razón por la que lo enmarcamos dentro del paradigma cualitativo-crítico. En este sentido, se considera que el conocimiento es una construcción que parte de las experiencias individuales y sociales de las personas y, a partir de éstas, los sujetos actúan y aportan sus conceptos y valores, generando una interacción social que surge desde nuestro quehacer pedagógico en el aula, a partir del método narrativo y la reflexión-crítica que se emplearon. En la investigación, los grupos con los que se trabajó estuvieron integrados por estudiantes, padres de familia y maestros de quinto grado de educación básica. La información se obtuvo directamente de la interacción con los mismos estudiantes y participantes, usando para ello la fortaleza y la ventaja que ofrece la observación no participante, la técnica de la galería de imagen y los círculos de reflexión, con sus diferentes momentos apoyados con la aplicación del método del ver, juzgar, actuar y celebrar. El estudio que hicimos de la información nos ha permitido organizar los hechos en matrices de análisis que sirven de base para la sistematización y construcción teórico-práctica de una propuesta de aproximación de la pedagogía de la esperanza al contexto educativo de los Montes de María.

    The learning evaluation process is structured as a fundamental tool to improve the teaching and learning processes, primarily if it is developed from a formative perspective, such as what is proposed in the new trends on evaluation of learning and Decree 1290 of April 16 of 2009. Under this perspective, the present research project, Conceptions and evaluative teaching practices: a look at two institutions in the Municipality of Magangué, sought to analyze the existing relationship from the understanding of Decree 1290/09, with the purpose of unveiling better the phenomenon studied, thus generating a reflection from the same pedagogical exercise, so that the results thrown up during the evaluationprocess of learning are not understood as quantitative figures of the teaching-learning process. For this reason, the methodological design, which underpins the research is the interpretive hermeneutical paradigm. In correspondence with this paradigm, research was based on the qualitative approach, since intentionality is "to interpret the phenomenon according to the meanings it has for the people involved" (Rodríguez, Gil & García 1996. P.32). Consequently, the method used in tune with the qualitative approach was the dialectic hermeneutic, as it potentializes the best possible interpretation of writings, words and human behavior, generating an approach with the research subject.     The present research contributed to the study of the processes of Self-determination in the student population, from an inclusive education approach. For this purpose, a qualitative study was carried out, approached from the socio-critical paradigm and participatory action research. In the exercise, praxeological aspects related to the components of the self-determination of students who manifest low academic performance and difficulties in school coexistence were revealed. Within the scope of the research process the promotion of a participatory action was carried out that promotes Self-Determination as a condition of quality of life in the school context of 9th grade students in an Official Educational Institution of Cartagena. The conception and implementation of classroom strategies that allow the transformation of coexistence and improve the academic performance of students, whether or not they have SEN, require a directive and academic-pedagogical management, committed to the provision of opportunities for human development.     This research aims to determine the incidence of the ideal of quality education and ISQE (Synthetic index of Educational Quality) exposed by the Ministry of national education in the community members of IE Jose De la Vega, for this was a research of qualitative Court, protected from the socio-critical paradigm. To achieve this end, first discussed the concept of educational quality exhibited by the MEN (Ministry of national education) through a document review; then show the idea that about educational quality they have each one of the members in the community, through the information-gathering techniques such as interviews and focal groups. Finally, were connect the convergences and divergences that exist between the ideal of quality education exposed by the MEN (Ministry of national education) and the concepts that possess each one of the members of the community. it allowed to infer about the incidences of the speech of the State in the community members in different way, showing the need to reflect and build together one discourse of educational quality.

    This Project called “ Las canciones como proceso dinamizador para el aprendizaje del idioma inglés en los estudiantes del grado 6-3 de la Institución Educativa de fredonia “, was born as an answer to diifferent problems whicha re been given in the Fredonia highschool in such as: lack of motivation , interest , attention low academic achivement , difficulties to reach the goals in the subject , the students express that English is not important for them and their lives , because they do not have professional expectations, for these reasons was necessary according to the educative reality to develope a pedagogycal porpouse to improve the teaching and learning process and give solution to these problems , Music was chosen due to the students show great interest for it . At the same time, the strengths and weaknesses were detected, a serie of activities using songs and music in English were designed as a tool to propend motivation, to the students and finally to apply a pedagogical action to improve their English in a meaning way. This process implied the usage of the qualitative research in the framework of the action research as a methodology and as a conclusion; the goals were plenty reached where the students showed a better interest, motivation, discipline improvement for the English learning through the songs..

    Caracterización del desarrollo de los procesos de la lectura y la escritura en el nivel de básica- ciclo primaria en la Institución Educativa Ambientalista de la ciudad de Cartagena

    Esta tesis aborda la caracterización del desarrollo de los procesos de lectura y escritura en el nivel de básica- ciclo primaria mediante el análisis de los factores que inciden para que una gran parte de dicha población no internalice estos procesos, en el mismo sentido determinar el grado de responsabilidad que tienen la escuela y la familia, y de esta forma proponer e implementar estrategias didáctico-pedagógicas que permita a los estudiantes tener un avance el desarrollo de los niveles de lectura y escritura. Se adoptó la metodología cualitativa bajo el paradigma interpretativo para lo cual se utilizó como técnicas la observación (directa-participante) y la entrevista, con sus instrumentos, basado en una serie de fases desde la recolección de la información hasta la implementación de acciones didáctico-pedagógicas para direccionar los procesos de lectura y escritura, la cual fue aplicada a 280 estudiantes, 280 padres de familia y 8 docentes. La lectura y la escritura resultan ser procesos complejos aun para la mayoría de los niños que aprenden a leer y escribir sin dificultad. Sin embargo, contando con el grado de maduración determinado y con un ambiente pedagógico favorable, los niños son capaces de acceder al dominio de la lectura y la escritura. Como un hallazgo de la investigación se utiliza el aprendizaje cooperativo como una metodología educativa en la implementación de estrategias didáctico-pedagógicas para el favorecimiento del desarrollo de los procesos de la lectura y la escritura.

    La presente investigación analiza las causas asociadas al resultado de las pruebas SABER PRO presentadas por los estudiantes del programa de Ciencias Navales para Oficiales de Infantería de Marina de la Escuela Naval de Cadetes “Almirante Padilla”, en el año 2013. La metodología utilizada para su abordaje del tema se circunscribe dentro de un enfoque de investigación cuantitativa, tipificado como un estudio diagnóstico, utilizando como técnicas el análisis documental, la entrevista y la encuesta. Para concretar el trabajo investigativo, se plantearon dos fases, la primera se concreta a partir de la necesidad de interpretar los resultados de las pruebas SABER PRO y conocer el nivel académico de los estudiantes al momento de presentarlas; la segunda se desarrolló para identificar los aspectos del régimen interno que afectan el resultado de las pruebas, y con ello determinar a partir de un análisis documental y de la actitud de los actores, las condiciones que se dan dentro de la organización de actividades, horario de régimen interno, aplicación de hábitos y técnicas de estudio, y el contexto de estudio académico en el que se desenvuelven.

    Competencia lectora y resolución de los problemas matemáticos en el grado 3 ° y 5° de la Institución Educativa Omaira Sánchez Garzón

    The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between reading competence and solving mathematical problems in the 3rd and 5th grade at the Omaira Sánchez Garzón Educational Institution that favor the best learning development in students. The research is mixed, descriptive and non-experimental. The results show that the factors that affect the construction of knowledge by competences are few satisfactory, since most of the students have deficiencies in the processes of interpretation, analysis and understanding of Critical and Mathematical Reading, since there is difficulty assigned to the task of evaluating, the absence of explanations and the non-return of the information to the participants, the lack of self-evaluation activities and the consideration only of the results, that appropriate mechanisms are developed in order for the students to understand the issues raised adequately by teachers. Similarly, the 10 research seeks to integrate students from grades 3 and 5 into the Omaira Sánchez Garzón Educational Institution, together with the skills of reading-writing and logical-mathematical thinking, accompanied by exercises that improve numerical conceptual knowledge , contributing interactions between knowledge and symbols for a better resolution of mathematical problems to favor the development of the teaching-learning of the students.

    Comprensión lectora, una aproximación desde el arte dramático, posibilidades y retos

    The present research was designed to analyse the difficulties in the reading understanding process present in the students of grade 6 "5" of the Don Bosco educational institution of Arjona Bolívar, based on the socio-critical paradigm and addressed from the Research Participatory Action (IAP). The study stems from a concern from teaching practice, related to the low levels of reading understanding of grade 6 "5", the absence of reading habits and the disinterest in reading skills that prevented the development of reading skills. This problematic situation is the pretext for starting with them a process where dramatic art was the vehicle and strategy to mobilize the enthusiasm and joy that they generate, the art of representation. Researchers found that dramatic art, in addition to boosting reading understanding and love of reading, has become a hub in which different experiences converge to enrich values, sense of belonging, and an empathy for the popular culture that they are part of.

    Comprensión lectora: más que un acto académico

    Reading comprehension: more than an academic act, it is a research work of qualitative nature, implemented through a type of participatory action research with the educational community of a public institution in the city of Cartagena, under the suggestions of Cisterna (2007); with the aim of resignifying the function of reading, from an academic act to a process of self-formation, centered on its context. It is framed in a socio-critical way of knowing with an interpretative – emancipatory approach, due to its self-reflective nature, where the knowledge that was intended to be built was the product of the ideological criticism of the participants and interested parties. Once the information collection instruments were applied, it was found, according to students and parents surveyed, that reading is practiced mostly within the school, and outside of it limited to written language decoding processes. However, it could be concluded that within the educational community, reading is valued to excel in the future. Within the spaces of socialization and reflection, the reading managed to overcome the barrier of the factors associated with the decoding of the written language and the school environment, to be recognized as a tool of mediation and social formation, where it is necessary to develop comprehension processes to act in its context.

    RESUMEN: concepciones de las educadoras infantiles en la formación de la niñez, frente a la era digital, es el nombre que tiene el presente proyecto, el objetivo principal es develar las concepciones que tienen las educadoras infantiles de la Institución Educativa las Gaviotas frente la formación de la niñez en la era digital, se abordó desde el enfoque cualitativo la investigación etnográfica, utilizando como técnica la observación no participante, y la entrevista lo que permitió aplicar como instrumento la guía de observación. Los resultados obtenidos durante los momentos observados en el trabajo de campo, el modo de ser las maestras y los niños, sus actitudes, como las educadoras infantiles orientan el desarrollo de las habilidades y destrezas de los niños, comunicación y comportamientos frente a la era digital.

    This thesis is entitled Conceptions of Primary Basic Education teachers of the Crisanto Luque Technical Educational Institution, facing the child as a subject of rights, and its relation with pedagogical practices, whose purpose is to unveil the pedagogical practices that are generated within Classroom in relation to the categories of analysis: child, subject of laws, and pedagogical practice. The research was based on the ethnographic method, in the modality of microethnography, which entailed the use of the technique of non-participant observation, the story and the structured interview. The results are visible from the third chapter, section that describes the different moments of the analysis of the information, and that indicates the findings that are interpreted in the fourth chapter. The latter is of great importance as they reveal pedagogical practices mediated by traditional pedagogy, which goes against the conception of the child as a subject of laws

    The present investigation will carry out an analysis of the Conceptions of primary school teachers regarding the use of ICT in the teaching and learning process and how they influence their pedagogical work. Therefore, its main objective is: to unveil the Conceptions of the teachers of the primary basic educational level of the IECPM, against the use of ICT in the teaching and learning process, addressed from a He designed the methodological, exploratory, a mixed approach, of nonexperimental, descriptive design, in which thirty-eight people participated, consisting of two researchers, 36 teachers; 30 women and 6 men. 32 of these belong to the primary basic level. In addition, the use of methodological techniques and instruments allowed obtaining the goals proposed in this research. The research carried out in the IECPM allowed to identify conceptions of their teachers about the use of ICT in their teaching and learning process, mostly attached to traditional educational practices due to the lack of knowledge in their management or apathy that they manifested towards these technologies . Based on the results obtained in the research, it is possible to think about the need to implement a teacher training plan in the ICTs that allows to potentiate the teaching-learning activities in the educational institution according to the dynamics, culture and peculiarities of this.
