    Acción de tutela como instrumento de protección del derecho a la salud de personas con diagnóstico de IMOC en Cali 2002 - 2009

    El presente Proyecto de Investigación trata sobre la eficacia de la Acción de Tutela en el derecho a la salud de personas diagnosticadas con Insuficiencia Motora de Origen Cerebral (IMOC). Esta investigación se logra a través de un estudio de caso concreto sobre un menor de edad. De igual manera, la investigación determina la eficacia de la acción de tutela como instrumento de protección del derecho fundamental a la salud para personas con IMOC en el municipio de Santiago de Cali, en el periodo comprendido entre los años 2002 y 2009. Se determina la eficacia de la acción de tutela a través de la presente investigación.

    El análisis hermenéutico y simbólico del poema “las úlceras de Adán” de Héctor Rojas Herazo

    Literature and especially the lyrical genre is presented as a medium that has a number of characteristics that allows the human being to express their views of the world around him, therefore the objective of this essay is to make life the previous premise from an analysis hermeneutic and symbolic of the poem: "the ulcers of Adam" by the Colombian poet Hector Rojas Herazo, where the central theme is the uprooting, loneliness, existentialism and abandonment approached by the author in order to evoke the existential dimension of man, that is why each verse is loaded with signs, symbols and mythological aspects that are pertinent to analyze from hermeneutics and myth in order to understand the earthly character of human beings, their existence, the meaning of life and their being in the world. To approach the analysis of the poem, the theory raised by Mircea Eliade about the myth and Hans-Georg Gadamer's statements in his text: "truth and method" will be taken into account in order to understand the meaning of the poem

    Conciencia de muerte como elección de vida auténtica

    The awareness of death is probably a challenging topic for our contemporary society, since it has been placed outside of current human concerns. Therefore, in this review article, after conducting an exploratory research, which allowed to collect, organize, and select, the relevant information for the delimitation, approach and conceptualization of this subject, it is intended to highlight some of the expositions presented in the XX and XXI centuries about the awareness of death and its implication as an authentic way of life, through diverse perspectives such as: anthropological, psychological, philosophical, social, religious and artistic. Hence in the article it is evidenced that the awareness of death, the own death, promotes the appropriation of the existence, because it is through this awareness that the human being can understand his own- power – to - be , where going forward (as a project to death) reveals itself as the most proper possibility of being - there, which will make possible not only the responsibility of the self, but also the opportunity to connect with our own historicity, with the essence of our being, thus achieving , the vital sense of integrity which will allow to those who choose this path, to live more fully, because the human being is assumed in the full awareness of his existence, becoming ultimately responsible for his life, and even for his own death

    Entramados de vidas escuchadas para desenmarañar y desenredar los hilos del tiempo

    As narrativas que emergem da nossa história, os quadros de vidas que são ouvidas pelas novas gerações e que as nutrem hoje, nos permitem desvendar os fios do tempo. A história de "Tere", minha avó, a história da minha vida como uma entrada inesgotável dessas linhas; suas percepções e impressões que avanzam com o tempo, que se perdem com a idade e são deixadas sozinhas em minha alma, porque ao passarem pelo meu ouvido e chegarem ao meu coração, encontraram ali um ninho. Além de ser nutrida por diferentes autores que me alimentam no meu cotidiano de: Ser humano, mulher, mãe, esposa, estudante e pós-graduada; e eles me permitem estruturar, estabelecer posturas e construir minhas próprias reflexões sobre o que vivi. Geramos uma colcha de ideias, memórias e epístolas para compartilhar. Tendo a cartografia como uma possibilidade rizomática que entrelaça as cores, os fios, os discursos, as formas, as histórias e as posturas; permitindo-me registrar cada experiência, cada cafezinho, cada momento de lazer, cada espaço de interação e assim reescrever minha vida como obra de arte, tendo como enredo os elementos aprendidos em minha jornada acadêmica e recapturando a cada dia uma nova maneira de "ser”, libertando o olhar dos paradigmas do passado e recapturando a arte herdada

    In the text is approached the topic Time from a personal perspective supported in others writers. Is thought that the time is gotten, is lost, that is not enough, that is gold. Is wanted to have more hours per day, at night, in life. Is wished to stop the clock. in that way has grown up and following its rules and, with which purpose? to get money to earn material things and correspond the modernity ideal to can fit in the main thing of current society. The happiness has become in a simple commodity, an in something that can be get from out and measured, while more is has happier can be, in that way the time is sold and therefore the life. So, with the purpose of remember that this is own, that it is has to enjoy it and to feel really alive, recognize the art, the emotions, the feelings, living, that give an escape and expand its perception.

    El fin de la cultura y la muerte de la filosofía: a propósito de la filosofía como práctica cultural

    "Know thyself" they could read in the temple of Apollo at Delphi. This phrase tells us much about Greek culture. In fact, when we think of Greek culture we usually think of Philosophy, the Agora, Zeus, Athena, etc. Now let us try to imagine what humanity will think later when it comes to thinking about the culture of the 21st century. He will not think of inscriptions in sacred temples, he will perhaps think of the slogans of different companies and corporations, of hamburgers and sodas, etc. ¿Can we consider both practices as cultural practices? Is every human act a cultural act? Is it possible that between both practices the difference is not only form but background? Perhaps it is possible to create new places of enunciation, it may be possible to construct a new perspective on the culture from which we can understand the cultural crisis and sense that the contemporary world is going through. Culture has not been enriched by the advance of civilization, culture has not been enriched with human rights, culture, on the contrary, seems to give way to that of economics, and is even likely to be dead or about to disappear.

    Identificación de fuentes documentales para el estudio de prácticas de gestión de la vida y la muerte en el hospital

    Esta investigación recoge los resultados de una investigación, donde acumula la historia de las prácticas de la gestión de la vida y la muerte en la Fundación Hospital San José de la ciudad de Guadalajara de Buga desde el año de 1981, hasta el año 2009; se ha investigado para que el personal de medicina, enfermería y aquellas personas interesadas en el estudio de la vida y muerte y la gestión que se realiza en estas instituciones hospitalarias observan cómo han transcurrido las practicas a través del tiempo y como a partir de su valiosa labor están desarrollando en sus pacientes una calidad de vida tanto en el momento de ayudar a traer al mundo una nueva vida como a permitir que una persona muera dignamente. La metodología que hemos desarrollado es el documental descriptivo con el fin de adquirir el origen de las prácticas de gestión de la vida y la muerte y poder mostrar cómo estas han ido avanzando a través del tiempo gracias a nuevas tecnologías y saberes.

    El tipo de investigación que trabajamos es la INVESTIGACION DOCUMENTAL porque como su nombre lo dice se trabaja a través de documentos donde se logra reunir, seleccionar y analizar todo tipo de información que sea pertinente al eje del proyecto de investigación que tiene como tema la infancia a través de los test de vida (Apgar, Ballard, Ecografía, y pruebas de embarazo) y las malformaciones (Labio leporino, Síndrome de Down, Hidrocefalia, Parálisis cerebral). Con este proyecto se busca que el lector se informe y conozca a acerca de los test de vida, y cuan importantes son estas cuando se habla de la existencia de un cuerpo que se encuentra en el útero de la madre, pero que pronto llegara; además de que conocerá también las historias de algunas de las malformaciones y de cómo han sido vistas a través de los años por los mismos seres humanos

    Maestra vida. Relatos de la parcería en la ciudad popular

    Maestría vida se puede leer de varias formas. La que más goce fue encontrar al autor recorriendo la ciudad en diferentes edades de su vida. En su niñez, lo vi montado en una volqueta, sorprendido con la frontera de la ciudad, con la belleza y exuberancia de una naturaleza agreste, entre el verde de las selvas tropicales y el color de la tierra del valle andino, con ríos oscuros y aguas blancas.

    Manifestaciones estéticas de la vida cotidiana de las familias afrocolombianas en la comuna 8 de Medellín

    El presente artículo es una revisión de aquellas manifestaciones estéticas que conservan las familias afrocolombianas en la Comuna 8 de Medellín, y cuáles son intencionalmente transmitidas a los niños y niñas para la constitución de sus subjetividades, permitiendo comprender la influencia en ese contexto más cuando se tiene como antecedentes que son familias migrantes, y que por diversas razones deben acogerse a una cultura que sin lugar a dudas es diferente a la de ellas, convirtiéndose así en sujetos supeditados a una cultura de poder, la cual puede convertirse en una erudición que puede predominar de manera desmedida en las prácticas de crianza de estos afrocolombianos si no arraigan a su estesis cada manifestación que los identifica y los representa ante un mundo muchas veces sujeto al poder de una sola cultura, aspecto que es relevante irrumpir, comprendiendo que existen diversas formas de expresión, tales como la forma de peinarse o de alimentarse.

    La muerte: una propuesta psicoeducativa para el descubrimiento del sentido de vida

    El siguiente trabajo plantea una propuesta psicoeducativa cuyo tema central se refiere a la muerte como noción psíquica, y elemento constitutivo de la existencia del ser humano. El objetivo principal de la presente propuesta es profundizar en las nociones psiquicas que sobre la muerte aparecen en nuestra cultura, desde un enfoque psicológico humanista-existencial; posibilitando una comprensión de la angustia ante la muerte, como uno de los elementos ontológicos de la existencia en el ser humano. Tal comprensión permite la apertura ante las experiencias en la vida, encontrando nuevos valores, sentidos y significados en la existencia, para llegar a descubrir a través de la comprensión de la muerte, sentido de vida. Bajo la línea metodológica de taller reflexivo, se desarrolla una herramienta de intervención grupal, que permita generar espacios de comprensión frente al tema de la muerte; y que pueda ser implementada como material formativo en contextos de educación formal, dirigido a estudiantes de secundaria y universidad.

    La presencia del ser para la muerte a través del arte-terapia

    En el presente escrito, se plantea la posibilidad de expresión que está presente en el ser-para-la-muerte en pacientes que son intervenidos desde los cuidados paliativos, a través de una visión que se acerca más a un planteamiento y reflexión filosófica existencial, canalizado por medio del Arteterapia, analizando la forma en la cual el ser hace presencia en el mundo, permitiéndose expresar aquello que es; dando espacios para la catarsis y elaboraciones propias de un estado en el cual, es inminente el final de ese viaje al cual llamamos vida. El autor desarrolló para este escrito sus propios conceptos, los cuales fueron alimentados por la lectura de investigaciones previas de artículos y libros referentes para lograr dar cuenta de los cuidados paliativos, el ser-para-la-muerte, el Arteterapia, para finalmente dar vida a la articulación de los términos desarrollados

    The following article presents a group intervention of Jungian orientation, during the process of individuation in middle adulthood, with men belonging to a foundation in the city of Medellin. There were 8 workshops and two interviews, an initial interview and a final interview, from which the changes experienced by the participants were recorded. The intervention promoted the introspection and the observation of each of the participants themselves, in order to facilitate the transition through intermediate adulthood.     Responsabilidad Médica Estatal en Colombia: Implementación de las Acciones de Wrongful Birth y Wrongful Life como Consecuencia de la Despenalización Parcial del Aborto

    Se trata de una investigación de nivel exploratorio, en la cual se realizó un estudio normativo en el que se relaciona la responsabilidad que surge de la no práctica del aborto en los casos en los que la Corte Constitucional lo despenalizó con la Sentencia C-355 de 2006 donde se da un giro al ordenamiento jurídico en materia de derechos sexuales y reproductivos, todo ello ayudado por los tratados internacionales respecto a los derechos humanos y de las mujeres, que hicieron fuerte presión durante largos años para que se diera la oportunidad a las mujeres de interrumpir voluntariamente su embarazo en tres casos específicos de la sentencia; igual manera nacen las figuras de Wrongful Birth y Wrongful Life mediante las cuales se podrían iniciar demandas de responsabilidad medica estatal.

    This text is a metaphor that describes relevant aspects of my becoming as a future Bachelor of Artistic Education, to pass on enriching experiences as a student, which led me to do my pedagogical practices in Ediarte S.A publishing house and in turn narrate in those experiences those lived in the work of researcher of the Artistic Workshop Seminar carried out between this company and the San Buenaventura University. This is the approach of this work as that voice that tells something that nobody has ever told, to give life to a process from the image and word. It's the story of a journey through time, made by a young university student who, in his walk through unknown places, sought the necessary wisdom to help him make the right decisions to face the challenges that were presented to him. At the beginning of his journey the fear of leaving his known world overwhelmed him, since it implies getting out of control and leaving his comfort zone, but as the journey progressed and It was taking a reason and a sense, he found that wisdom that impelled him to new moments where he learned that fear made him doubt and this was no more than an invention of his mind. With no other tools than a notepad, a pen, the open mind and the willing heart undertook a wonderful journey that taught him to know himself

    The following essay has to do with the theoretical approaches related to the topic, "The Meaning Of Life For Family Caregivers Of People Who Are Affected By Chronic Disease, From The Perspective Of Viktor Frankl", demonstrating through an argumentative and purposeful approach ways that the meaning of life can have for those that due to their proximity to the person going through a situation of chronic disease is to become their family caregiver. Theoretical approaches have been developed from the perspective of the author Viktor Frankl, in terms of the meaning of life. At the same time we defined several terms that were considered for an overview of the subject. After this exercise there was an articulation and integration of the concepts developed reviewing topics such as: palliative care; chronic disease; family caregivers and the meaning of life; in the experience of being primary caregiver of a person in a situation of chronic disease.     El teatro del absurdo en conexiones con la vida

    This article shows the work made with forty two students of school at Medellín city, base don the theater of the absurd, and also on some processes performed in the classroom. One of the objectives was understand in what ways the theater of the absurd create a critical and proactive thinking to society, in students between thirteen and fourteen years old who are on eight grade, also as specific objective is generate narratives through pedagocical experiences derivated of theater of the absurd, and promote processes of reflection about the social condition of the human being. We come to the purpose of this work, proposing this methodology, because i consider that the personal experiences, are the most natural way to students believe, are conscious of her competences, are individuals with leadership capacity, have an effective comunication in society, and mostly have a education in values.
