    El presente texto presenta los resultados de un ejercicio investigativo. que visibiliza Por un lado las problemáticas más sentidas de los habitantes de las comunidades Golondrinas y El Faro de la Comuna 8 de la ciudad de Medellín, un ejercicio que se adelantó como respuesta ante los procesos de intervención institucional, derivados de los constantes procesos de transformación de la ciudad, los cuales, han generado desplazamientos y silencios frente a la realidad misma de dichas comunidades; por otro lado, presenta las propuesta de solución construidas desde las mismas comunidades ante dichos problemas.

    La eficacia de la acción penal frente al desplazamiento forzado intraurbano en Medellín

    This article involves the discussion about the effectiveness of the penal action against the crime of forced displacement and specifically the intra-urban displacement in Medellin city. It is elaborated a general description of the characteristics of this phenomenon in Colombia and furthermore, exhibiting the criminal justice tools of the State to counter this crime as the obligations of the authorities of criminal prosecution against it. Finally, it discuss around the effectiveness of criminal action and in general about the effectiveness of the criminal system to solve the problem of forced displacement.

    Este escrito, resultado de investigación, tiene el objetivo de develar la idea de ciudad - pánico, para enunciar la violencia en Medellín. Sin embargo, a pesar de ser éste el telón de fondo, éstas líneas se centrarán en las diversas formas de movilización juvenil que emergen en diferentes bar r ios marginales de la ciudad como formas de hacer frente a una realidad de exclusión y violencia.

    Repercusiones de los acontecimientos de violencia ocurridos en la comuna trece en los procesos de formación de estudiantes de grado séptimo en la Institución Educativa Concejo de Medellín

    This study is based on the analysis of the repercussions on the training processes of seventh grade students at the Concejo de Medellín Educational Institution, as a result of the violent events that occurred in the thirteenth commune during the years 2019-2020. In order to achieve this, it was necessary to characterize the situations of violence in said commune, which originated largely from violence between criminal gangs that operate in the area; Next, the transformations experienced by the students were analyzed, as a result of the experience lived during the years that they have inhabited that place that reveal the formative nature of those experiences and that from Freire's theory that formation is linked to the autonomy and emancipation of the man. The research was qualitative and hermeneutical, as a technique the interview was carried out using the instrument called interview script, which was applied to three groups: two of five students and one of three students, considered as focus groups, who declared their contributions that served to extract the categories and subcategories in the problems of violence of the thirteenth commune and the repercussions it brings for these young people, showing similarities and differences in their thinking, feeling and projection of the future that shows particular ways of perceiving a reality
