Colombia. The study has a qualitative cohort, with an interpretative and social phenomenological approach, supported by Schütz and Van Manen, techniques and collection instruments such as conversational interviews and interactive techniques were used as pretexts to create a climate of spontaneity trust and confidence through recreational activities. From the study emerges an anthropological and at the same time socio-pedagogical reflection, where the patch is visible as a construction of being-here and of knowledge from a youth context in a popular sector. Young people who in their group -the patch- are linked in the framework of searches for re-significance and to rethink their acts, behaviors and postures around life and the world that surrounds them, the patch as a formative place that enables interesting and important changes in function of youth culture and restoration of humanization. The patch is configured from a pedagogical perspective, with a rebellious version coming from youth culture from a young person that shows its reality from a crisis that is ordered in the "normality" of the world in which he lives
