- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoA fuerza de escuela: imágenes de la escuela a través de una experiencia docente(2017) Castaño Peláez, Juan Fernando; Ospina Álvarez, TeresitaThe present text is born of the pedagogic reflection that happens in a teaching experience, which has occurred into a constant movement, for the situations that give place to the life in the school, to the relations restored with the students, and to the ways that give place to think about “other ways” of doing presence inside the educational Institution called School. The above mentioned experience will be narrated in three moments, namely: The present as Pretext, to Resign or to Re-enunciate the voice of the teacher, and the teacher inventor: Three moments that are constituted in evocative ways of approaches and perceptions across which the teacher is assuming for proper account its experiences, the forms in which he decides to be in the classroom: as life history, like action in movement, like possibility of change. For such an effect, there will appear words that are proper, words of others that personify in themselves affinities, across authors like Mélich (1994), Masschelein (2014), and Ranciére (1998), who with its echoes accompany, the voices of those that have made opportunities and challenges possible, for the present pedagogic reflection. It is a question then of counting; of setting in words, the experience of a meeting, or as Larrosa (2001) says, a reunion with the infancy, that is to say, when the meeting with the infancy makes us think and translate this thought in words, then perhaps what we do is a philosophy, although we do not know it. “Nothing of what is quoting continuously the infancy is true; only this it is what, her meeting again, the account”. The infancy as figure of event, of movements and of changes.
- PublicaciónAcceso abierto“Acabo la jornada agotado”(Universidad de San Buenaventura - Cali, 2017) Badiel Bedoya, Martha Cecilia; Liloy Duarte, Patricia; Molina Gómez, Carlos AlbertoNowadays, life shows contradictions that define the relationships of human beings in fragile and hostile environments, making relevant the paths to personal success, the ideal of progress, well-being and surplus performance, but also towards self-exploitation. The word failure is not conceived. We are scheduled to win in a competitive world. This research aims to show how it manifests among us what Byung-Chul Han calls self-exploitation in the journey that leads to reach the imaginary of success, making it seen as a personal goal of life for a better world, without forgetting that in a very subtle way Society is incorporating seduction towards work, appearing with this, new currents directed towards the welfare and happiness of employees in organizations that are incorporated into each person in the different roles that are assumed.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAccesibilidad, intermodalidad y arquitectura en los sistemas integrados de transporte masivo: la estación “Cañaveralejo” del masivo integrado de occidente (MIO) en Cali, Colombia(Universidad de San Buenaventura - Cali, 2016) Carvajal Martínez, Katherine; Figueroa Pereira, Erick AbdelUrban public transportation represents a decisive element in the development of cities and their transformation processes. The displacements of the citizens have carried out multiple transformations that, due togreater distances of routes, promote a preference for the use of the motorized modes. However, within the framework of sustainable development, in the knowledge of the negative externalities of motorized modes, governments have made efforts to recompose displacements from the inclusion of non-‐motorized modes in a part of the journey. This has made travel more complex, and has led to a transformation in transport infrastructures and the way in which they are accessed. In Latin American cities vulnerability in this area is due to an incipient inclusion of non-‐motorized modes in the Urban Public Transportation system, and therefore, due to lack of accessibility in infrastructures. The research is developed based on the qualitative evaluation of terminals and the Cañaveralejo Terminal in the SITM-‐MIO in Santiago de Cali is considered as a case study, given its particular condition of coverage and modal integration.

- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEl acoso laboral dentro de la profesión docente en maestros pertenecientes a diez instituciones educativas de Medellín(2021) Alzate Zuluaga, Nevardo Antonio; Jaramillo Valencia, BaironThis study had the purpose of understanding the way in which teachers belonging to ten educational institutions in Medellín perceive workplace harassment in the exercise of their teaching profession. As a methodology, the qualitative paradigm is used, as well as the hermeneutical approach, applying collection techniques such as surveys, semi-structured interviews and focus groups, specifically to fifteen teachers of both sexes, belonging to ten official educational institutions of Medellín; teachers who must have suffered, suffered or evidenced that other teachers suffered from workplace harassment situations during the last two years. The research allows to conclude that being the object of constant situations of workplace harassment leads the victim, on many occasions, to feel demotivated when going to his job. Moreover, to isolate themselves from their co-workers or to be isolated by them for fear of being harassed too. Among the findings, it can be identified that descending vertical bullying is the most frequent in the education sector, even in times of pandemic, since from working at home through virtuality, multiple expressions of cyberbullying that disturb the daily performance of the teacher or teacher director have been generated. Finally, as an emerging category, there arises —within the naturalness of the investigation— workplace harassment from the superior power relationship upon the subordinate, who ends up submitted with the consequent impact on his citizenship exercise

- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAgrosofía: Los saberes campesinos como una “filosofía otra"(Universidad de San Buenaventura - Cali, 2018) Moncada Cardona, Mauricio; Álvarez López, Mario AlbertoAgrosophy, The peasant knowledge as a philosophy other; as a journey made from the metaphor with the arriera, aims to give a place to common sense as a way of philosophizing, which far from the analytical and positivist, is installed in the understandings of subjects who inhabit a territory make it their home, and from there they build their own thoughts that they pronounce as popular culture. To make this purpose explicit, the metaphor offers a methodical possibility to elaborate interpretations from the postulates of Latin American thought, and to situate oneself in a place of reflection based on the recognition of the historical realities of coloniality that socially, culturally, politically, economically and epistemologically the people in Latin America. The stage of the path and conversation are offered as the space and time of these knowledge that emerge from a territory, which as a physical determines the conditions for the construction of thought, thus giving rise to the notion of ontological plurality and therefore of everything that which pronounces and enunciates that being: in this plot the subject of the other philosophies takes place, which then constitutes the epistemic context as a condition of the possibility of knowledge, and the frame logic as places of metaphorical reference. The arrieros as an office anchored to the life of men with their own language and tools, constitutes the Work of knowledge in itself. His tools correspond to each of the parts of the work, and his language ciphered in sayings illustrates the journey through this path of thought.
