    The mental health situation in our country has been characterized by not being in its most optimal conditions, this is largely due to the problems presented by the health system in Colombia and the deficiency in the census process of people who have these mental conditions; this, in contrast to the new mental conditions developed for being exposed to an extensive period of confinement, such as mild depression, anxiety and stress caused this situation to worsen much further, as there is no clarity as to what could be a possible solution to this problem that has been coming for years in our country, without the people who require psychological help coming to professionals or private sector entities to initiate a treatment, which is not a viable option for all individuals. This is why, from fashion design, it was concluded that one way to contribute to the solution of this problem is to try to contribute to the generation of a consciousness in the face of the great impact that mental health problems have on people, and to exhibit how having spent a considerable period of time in quarantine worsened pre-existing conditions or even generated new ones; achieving the goal by creating a semi-conceptual capsule collection that took as inspiration the disorders mentioned above in order to generate an action of visibility of them.

    ith the passage of time, climate change has been a factor that directly affects the environment and within this same highlights the environmental impact on the tutelary hills of the city of Cali. For this reason, we developed this thesis which presents the design of a transmedia project titled A Volar por Los Cerros, which aims to represent and show evidence that the projects carried out by the CVC together with the DAGMA in the tutelary hills of Cali. The object of study for this project will be known as Ecoparque Cerro de la Bandera.This transmedia project consists of an iBook, a web page, a fan page on Facebook and a prototype of a video installation to show the impact of the environmental projects carried out by the respective responsible entities. A research stage is carried out from the purely environmental field and from the field of Multimedia Engineering, aiming to unify knowledge and build a project that has a positive impact on the community. A design of the video-installation involving interactive multimedia technologies is carried out and the prototype of this and the evaluation of the impact caused in the community proceed.

    This work process begins with observations, conversations and visits of different characters, examining the main sources of the history of salsa, Cali, dancers and dancers. Different research sources were interviewed, web consultations, shows, talks where it was possible to highlight a methodological documentation, documentary and experiences with the same names of people in this topic. We are 8 students achieving a saber objective on the pedagogy, training, culture and education that encompasses salsa in their lives.

    El presente estudio abordaje cognitivo conductual a sobrevivientes del suicidio consumado por parte de estudiantes en una universidad privada de Cartagena, contiene la descripción del sistema de creencias de los sobrevivientes de suicidio consumado en de una Universidad privada de Cartagena, entre los años 2012 y 2015. La investigación se realizó mediante la aplicación de entrevistas semi-estructuras, escala de Estrategias de Afrontamiento y Actitudes Disfuncionales; evaluados de forma cuantitativa, por medio de un estudio de casos, con el propósito de conocer los pensamientos, emociones y conductas de cada uno de los supervivientes.

    Abordaje de la agresividad en los contextos escolares

    El presente proyecto de investigación de carácter descriptiva, en el cual se abordó el tema de la agresividad en el contexto escolar, busca generar herramientas útiles a la institución educativa, santa rosa de Lima, La Toma Suarez Cauca. Que contribuyan en la disminución de conductas agresivas, las cuales son percibidas con mucha frecuencia, en los niños y niñas entre 5 y 17 años de edad. Para ello se hizo un abordaje amplio de autores, versados en el tema desde el psicoanálisis los cuales podrían darle una mirada diferente. Como es Freud y Lacan, entre otros. De igual manera el acercamiento con los docentes y directivos de la institución permitió hacer una mirada más objetiva de la realidad en la cual conviven los menores con sus pares. La situación presentada en la institución, permitió formular una hipótesis en relación con la incidencia en las conductas agresivas, en los menores por el desplazamiento de los padres a otras ciudades en busca de empleo, quedando estos en manos de otros cuidadores, trayendo consigo, la adopción de conductas agresivas.     Abordaje desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica a la educación para la primera infancia

    The text seeks to explain a psychoanalytic reflection of the concepts of "child" regarding concerning education for early childhood in Colombia, highlighting that since the conceptual framework of psychoanalysis, it would be impossible to public policy think these educational policies without considering the uniqueness subjective. In this sense, a reflection on what an institution for child development can provide children in early childhood, noting that psychoanalysis is interested in a learning perspective oriented symbolic poses. On the other hand, the implications of being considered "vulnerable" is also raised and how this is reflected in these policies. To conclude we want to postulate a place for psychoanalysis in a context such as development institutions early childhood, how well they reflect contemporary issues of social order, such as vulnerability and marginalization.

    In this work collects all from Absenteeism in San Buenaventura University Medellin faculty of business sciences searching for the main cause of Absenteeism which can be methodology of teachers in each subject, or if not going to classes impacts negatively in activities and what can be the level of satisfaction with each of teachers. Absenteeism can be the meaning of not going to a place continuously where you have a responsibility in this case, assistance to classes to obtain learning measure in this research, can be a possibly factor of risk in faculty investigation went through surveys selecting people randomly, this with the objective to contextualize faculty with learning methodologies taught in classes so by this way they correct or prevent these situations even though to contribute by assistance to classes by students identifying also if presence of students in classes affects in their professional formation for their development of topics in all the subject and if this has consequences in their grade and knowledge this research remarks the importance of this phenomena helping other investigation to solve this problem.

    The following exercise will demonstrate an investigative perspective documentary entitled "Abuses, and Deaths Perpetrators against children in Cali and its surroundings in the period of 1960-1984," which addresses the issue of child abuse and maltreatment in Cali and around at that time, through this research we achieved a small approach to the history of the acts of abuse against minors. The degree project contains the following: general project proposal that is framing our research work with the objectives containing the purpose of our investigation, also the justification that addresses the importance and why such work. The project is based on the views of various experts authors on the subject: body, childhood and education, this in order to clearly define and support the aspects that work. In the documentary description chapter they are each and every one of the documents collected in the newspapers El Pais and El Caleño and alongside these the leaderboard is. Finally we can see the analysis of all elements that have worked on the project.

    INTRODUCTION: The World’s Health Organization (WHO) define the disability as a generic term that englobes deficiencies, limitations of the activity and restrictions for the participation. For its part, the universal declaration of human rights talks about the right of each person to enjoy an education of high quality. This is the reason why the Higher Education Institutions should recourse to strategies as 'design for all', ensuring that the environments be usable and practical for all the persons in disability condition OBJECTIVE: To describe the architectonic barriers that restrict the physic accessibility and participation of persons in motor disability condition of the Universidad de San Buenaventura Cartagena. METHOD: This research had a descriptive focus, because will allowed verifying the made changes in the Universidad de San Buenaventura Cartagena spaces, that was carried out in students that have motor disability, watching the accessible spaces of the university where they develop as students, and was described how the barriers that influence in the activities and participation of them.

    El acceso de los trabajadores informales al derecho de pensión : ¿Una violación al derecho de igualdad?

    The purpose drawn in this research is to externalize a brief historical evolution of the right to social security, recently listed as critical, the great leap of progressivity obtained with the issuance of the Constitution of 1991 and therefore the breakthrough in jurisprudential matters , on the same subject, taking into account the efforts made by the State to accept the rightful role as the guarantor of those rights, subject to the principles therein as efficiency, universality, comprehensiveness, unity, participation and solidarity , considering that the social security to be an essential public service. It defined above, is to determine the existence of a constitutional contradiction, the infringed the right to equality of informal workers against workers linked or independent, to access the pension law in any form, by virtue of the economic constraints that determine the inability to contribute to the system, given the lack of implementation of public policies that include informal workers in the general social security system in Colombia.

    The main purpose of the project is based on the positioning and projection opportunity found for the Maré Solé women's clothing brand, through the creation of a virtual platform that has the functions and tools necessary for its users to live an experience of Specialized virtual purchase, which includes advice on your size, silhouette and tone to end.The Maré Solé brand was created in 2017 through the elective Fashion Branding,through which a feminine, delicate and romantic adn was developed and defined, which sets the guidelines for the creation of digital content, development of Branding and the design process of the company. However, the market researches and surveys made to the target were indispensable to determine the requirements regarding the marketing mix - product,price, place and promotion - that the brand will carry out.

    Este trabajo consiste en el diseño de módulos didácticos que permitan el desarrollo de competencias, éstas están definidas como "un saber hacer frente a una tarea específica, la cual se hace evidente cuando el sujeto entra en contacto con ella. Esta competencia supone conocimientos, saberes y habilidades que emergen en la interacción que se establece entre el individuo y la tarea y que no siempre están de antemano". Arguelles (1999). Se trabajó bajo la recopilación de información que hizo posible tener una sustentación teórica para la realización del modulo diseñado para la competencia de orientación al servicio, que luego fue aplicado a 5 personas dando un porcentaje de efectividad que permitió obtener unos resultados satisfactorios para el trabajo.

    El presente Proyecto de Investigación trata sobre la eficacia de la Acción de Tutela en el derecho a la salud de personas diagnosticadas con Insuficiencia Motora de Origen Cerebral (IMOC). Esta investigación se logra a través de un estudio de caso concreto sobre un menor de edad. De igual manera, la investigación determina la eficacia de la acción de tutela como instrumento de protección del derecho fundamental a la salud para personas con IMOC en el municipio de Santiago de Cali, en el periodo comprendido entre los años 2002 y 2009. Se determina la eficacia de la acción de tutela a través de la presente investigación.

    El presente artículo tiene por objeto estudiar a profundidad lo que representa la ley de sostenibilidad fiscal dentro del contexto de la Constitución Política de Colombia, los derechos fundamentales que defiende esta Carta Política de 1991. Se pretende entonces revisar las variables que presenta la Ley 1695 de 2013 con la finalidad de verificar si produce un impacto negativo en el procedimiento de la acción de tutela.

    La acción de tutela en el ordenamiento jurídico colombiano: un análisis de su naturaleza jurídica y su eficacia

    The Action of guardianship is a remedy created by the 1991 Constitution as a mechanism for the protection of fundamental rights and, in some cases, also as a means of protecting Social, Cultural and Environmental Rights through the theory of connection. In this work, a historical review of its background is made, as well as a detailed description of its characteristics, the rights it protects, its procedural aspects and the limitations that it has had to face during its time for its proper application. Similarly, some statistics of the ombudsman will be analyzed where we can see how it has been used during these 28 years and what are the most claimed rights through it. In addition, a case-law survey was carried out to describe each of the most relevant aspects of the guardianship action and to provide clarity on the subject

    Acercamiento a los componentes de la gestión social realizada por EPM en los sectores con aguas no contabilizadas

    Las empresas prestadoras de servicios públicos domiciliarios deben favorecer el acceso al agua potable, ejercer controles que eviten la pérdida de esta y, a la vez, desarrollar acciones para concientizar a los ciudadanos de hacer un consumo sostenible de los recursos. Con el objetivo de analizar de qué manera las acciones de gestión social llevadas a cabo por EPM pueden ayudar a generar cambios en las prácticas de uso del agua potable por parte de las comunidades en donde la empresa identifica aguas no contabilizadas o pérdida de acueducto, se realizó un acercamiento a los componentes conceptuales de dichas intervenciones, el cual permitió comprender que la modificación de comportamientos en el uso del servicio público, se da cuando los miembros de las comunidades son miembros activos del proceso en todas sus fases de desarrollo tales como diagnóstico, implementación y ejecución.

    Acercamiento al pensamiento de Paulo Freire en sus textos, “la educación como práctica de la libertad”, “pedagogía del oprimido” y “pedagogía de la esperanza"

    En este texto encontraremos un breve resumen del trabajo que se realizó sobre el acercamiento de Paulo Freire en sus textos, Educación como práctica de la Libertad, Pedagogía del Oprimido y Pedagogía de la Esperanza. También encontraremos la lectura y la apropiación que se realizó sobre los textos mencionados con anterioridad. Primero en la educación como práctica de la libertad lo principal que se evidencio fue que Paulo Freire y su pensamiento correspondía a las emergencias de las clases populares en la historia de Latinoamericana y con la crisis definitiva de las viejas élites dominantes. Paulo Freire en este texto trasmite su pensar frente a las situaciones y sucesos del momento en Brasil; dejando también claro que su pensamiento se puede adecuar a cualquier contexto alrededor de sus propias condiciones. Lo anterior es una de las principales ideas que el autor tuvo al momento de escribir el texto. “La educación como práctica de la libertad” planteada por el autor fue un abre bocas a este siguiente texto, porque no se encontraba muy sistematizada, solo es el real comienzo de sus grandes pensamientos, en cambio en “La pedagogía del oprimido” podemos encontrar varios aportes de sus reflexiones que se vuelven la parte teórica de su pensamiento, en otras palabras su pensamiento se va convirtiendo en teoría, en algo ya más fundamentado, más sistematizado. En resumen convierte su pensamiento en una pedagogía. Con esta idea la pedagogía de Paulo Freire, siendo método de alfabetización, tiene como su idea animadora toda una dimensión humana de la “La educación como práctica de la libertad, lo que en régimen de dominación solo se puede producir y desarrollar en la dinámica de una “pedagogía del oprimido”. Luego de su texto “La pedagogía del oprimido”, el autor Paulo Freire decide seguir con el tema pero ya partiendo de la realidad que se vive en el mundo, de todos sus pensamientos, ya pasa de ser su parte teórica y sistematizada a poner en evidencia y reflejar todo su pedagogía, en sus anécdotas, en sus experiencias de vida, y todo lo que vivió en cada uno de los lugares en los que tuvo presencia con sus pensamientos y en donde logró poner en evidencia todo su fundamento.
