- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoImplementación de CRISP-DM como herramienta de apoyo para la toma de decisiones en análisis descriptivos de contaminantes del aire y variables meteorológicas(2021)Business intelligence better known as Business Intelligence is the set of methodologies and techniques for exploring data. The CRISP-DM methodology provides the necessary steps to carry out a data mining project. Data mining attempts to discover information in data sets and air quality is the levels that indicate the pollutants present in the air. To analyze air quality monitoring data, different countries have been applying data analysis methodologies and techniques, this has allowed them to have useful information to create pertinent actions. These actions are becoming more and more necessary, especially in urban centers where more and more problems with air quality arise for reasons such as overcrowding. In order to have useful information to support these actions, the CRISP-DM methodology guides through a set of sequential and dynamic steps, the way in which the application of data mining techniques should be carried out, with which possible relationships are obtained between pollutants and also meteorological variables. For all of the above, it is necessary for the university to begin in the study and application of data analysis methodologies and techniques and this is what in this work will be done to the air quality data published on the SIATA website.

One of these conditions is the set of skills, knowledge and personality characteristics of each individual. During the development cycle of the Geographic Information System (GIS) projects, the intervention of different people is evidenced, which individually or in groups have certain roles and specific tasks within the work team in the development of the phases. Therefore, it is important to consider the different characteristics of each individual (personality, skills, knowledge), because these characteristics guide teamwork and how they complement each other. In addition, better technical cooperation and work agility is presented. Semat (Theory and Method of Software Engineering) includes a core of accepted and proven elements of good software development practices, including the competencies of members of the GIS project development team. Regarding the use of Semat in the formation of work teams for the development of GIS projects, use should be made of a dictionary characterized within Semat, which allows recognizing the skills sought in each individual for a specific position within of the team, this in order to get more benefit in terms of the personal skills of each member, which will increase the ease with which teams are formed to develop GIS projects that meet the characteristics you need and allow more results efficient and higher productivity

Los portales ofrecen un apoyo a la sociedad educativa, fundamentalmente a las de un nivel superior, quienes en su mayoría son los que hacen uso de este medio de información. Para apoyar al desarrollo intelectual y profesional de los estudiantes de la Universidad de San Buenaventura y sabiendo a su vez la necesidad que existe de disponer de una herramienta informática en la cual se integre un espacio de debate, de generación e intercambio de conocimiento, comprometido con la rigidez y la excelencia, que quiere ser, a la vez, un espacio de formación, de aprendizaje mutuo y de intervención en los procesos de transformación urbanas, gestión pública y social, en complicidad con los funcionarios sociales que trabajan sobre el territorio, se proporcionará a los estudiantes una aplicación que sirva como fuente de aprendizaje e información. La investigación está enfocada a la creación de un portal Web en el cual se dispondrá de información importante en relación a la gestión pública y social, brindando a su vez muchos beneficios para que tanto estudiantes como la sociedad en general, puedan inscribirse a diferentes servicios para formar personas que trabajen no solo en el sector privado sino también en el sector público
