    The Marketing strategic planning (MSP) is a need for La Fortuna S.A. to the effective implementation of it’s porposes for the 2016-2018 period. By definition the MSP, contributes to align the financial and human resources to succeed. The Company requires an strategic marketing plan to be build on a conceptualization or theorical basis to stablish it’s develop framework, the diagnosis of the marketing measures that validate the results and the formulation of a line of action to achieve the objectives for the indicated period. The “chance” or betting industry, is the most profitable product for the operational income and rentability to the partners of La Fortuna S.A. Establishing a strategic marketing plan benefits the Company and the stakeholders.

    The development of this research had the purpose of making an internal and external strategic diagnosis of the current situation of the Dotatex textile endowment company, which allowed to analyze its environment. From this analysis, an optimal strategic planning model was proposed for the improvement of its competitiveness in the sector to which it belongs. Dotatex is a company that offers industrial uniforms with design and customization of the garments that are adjusted to the needs of the companies of the industrial sector and that contribute value to the operative personnel of the companies, focusing on providing an accompaniment in the whole process of the purchase And after-sales follow-up. For the development of the study, it was based on the current diagnosis of the company through the DOFA analysis, which allowed to define its weaknesses and strengths to have a global and integral vision of its real situation. With the purpose of proposing a planning model to the unit of analysis, a tool review exercise was carried out, based on some criteria from which the Goodstein, Nolan and Pfeiffer (2005) model was selected, which has been extensively Used for companies of small and medium magnitude.

    Thanks to the changes and trends that have been given to the current markets, it was given to the task of investigating the financial, technical, and economic and mark feasibility, which the golden pineapple crops can generate in the municipalities of Restrepo, Vijes and Dagua, in the south west of Colombia. For such an aim, an extensive bibliographical review was realized bearing sources of first and second level like interviews and surveys to dealers, producers and consumers; also the review of written texts and Internet information. Due to the scope given to the work, it was necessary to analyze the environment in which the crops are found and an analysis was done on the possibility of exporting the fruit to the city of Miami - Florida, giving as a results the pros and the cons of the export of the fruit and how the products of exporting should be. For this end, the review of some of the TLC that Colombia has signed or in project to be signed by some countries of the exterior was made. In addition, a financial analysis of the crops was realized, to be able to evaluate how the items of the investment are distributed and to be able to define the viability of the project of Golden Pineapple.

    The present research work focuses on the identification and analysis of the background to its market share of the engineering sector in the city of Cali, whereas even when it has gained or lost ground. The above represents the starting point for the design of a proposed plan of strategic direction that will allow not only the continuous improvement, but align the mission, vision and goals with the goals of the organization. In the present work, verbal and physical contact with employees, suppliers, clients and senior management, with the purpose of knowing the horizon of the Organization, from working conditions to progress in the strengthening of the company was taken into account. Methodologically, the work was developed in qualitative, applying models of documentary research, and Porter's 5 forces analysis SWOT, which was achieved to have a more detailed overview of the sector and the company. Finally, there is a proposal for implementation of a plan of action by business unit; each with its respective dimension and strategy, focused on strengthening and alignment with the goals of the Organization.

    Estudio de factibilidad de la creación de un centro deportivo y entretenimiento en el barrio El Caney de la ciudad de Cali

    This graduation project, discusses the feasibility study for the creation of a sports and entertainment center that seeks the participation of all doing various activities in one place family. To do this we have chosen the neighborhood El Caney, sector population and commercial growth belonging to the new southern Cali, conducting research to companions who play sports sites hire people synthetic pitches and identify what alternate activities would willing to make. Subsequently, a technical-operational study was done in order to analyze the feasibility of the creation of the business. Finally the financial study was done by developing a 5-year projection, in order to assess the economic feasibility of the project.
