Abstract
The objective of this research was to evaluate the psychosocial risk factors in-work to which are exposed the health care and administrative staff of a health institution at level care 1 in the department of Arauca. Understanding by factors of in-work psychosocial risk as those affections that in the interior of the work deteriorates the physical and mental health of the worker generating demotivation and low productivity in the same and that affects his surroundings outside the work. It is a descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental research. The sample consisted of 45 workers from the care and administrative area of the institution. The participants were evaluated with the instrument created by the Ministry of Social Protection (2010), Questionnaire of psychosocial risk factors in-work, form A and B. As a result, a total score of in-work psychosocial risk factors for bosses, professionals or technicians (Form A) of Very High Risk; In terms of auxiliaries or operators (form B). The level of risk was High Irrigation. The results indicate that promotion and prevention actions should be taken in order to improve the conditions and quality of working`s life of the employees at this health institution. Therefore, they require immediate intervention under an epidemiological surveillance system.

El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar los factores de riesgo psicosocial intralaboral a los cuales se encuentran expuestos el personal asistencial y administrativo de una institución de salud en nivel I de atención en el departamento de Arauca. Entendiendo por factores de riesgo psicosocial intralaboral como aquellas afectaciones que en el interior del trabajo deterioran la salud física y mental del trabajador generando desmotivación y baja productividad en el mismo y que afecta su entorno fuera del trabajo. Es una investigación descriptiva, de tipo transversal, no experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 45 trabajadores del área asistencial y administrativo de la institución. Los participantes fueron evaluados con el instrumento creado por el Ministerio de la Protección Social (2010), Cuestionario de factores de riesgo psicosocial intralaboral forma A y B.Como resultados se obtiene un puntaje total de factores de riesgo psicosocial intralaboral para jefes, profesionales o técnicos (forma A) de Riesgo muy Alto; en cuanto a auxiliares u operarios (forma B) el nivel de riesgo fue de Riego Alto. Los resultados encontrados indican que se deben de tomar acciones de promoción y prevención con el fin de mejorar las condiciones y calidad de vida laboral de los trabajadores de dicha institución de salud. Por tanto, requieren de intervención inmediata bajo un sistema de vigilancia epidemiológica
