Abstract
This article we try to understand the different forms of relationships that emerge in the game and contribute to citizen participation, dialogue and coexistence among the inhabitants of Santo Domingo Savio neighborhood No. 1 of the city of Medellín . The paper is the result of experience, that starts from the monitoring carried out at sporting events organized by the Community Action Board, in which the behaviors that enables the game and how these affect the social dynamics of the neighborhood is perceived, also how development of human potential. The research aims to analyze the game as a constituent element in the development of the human being and to understand the emotions experienced by the actors and spectators before, during and after the competition, determining a behavior that plays a role in the field social and personal

Con el presente artículo intentamos comprender las diferentes formas de relaciones interpersonales que emergen en la práctica deportiva y que contribuyen con la participación ciudadana, el diálogo y la convivencia, en los habitantes del barrio Santo Domingo Savio Nº 1, de la ciudad de Medellín. El escrito es el resultado de la experiencia, que parte desde el acompañamiento realizado en eventos deportivos organizados por la Junta de Acción Comunal, en los que se percibieron los comportamientos que emergen del juego y cómo influyen estos en la dinámica social de los habitantes del barrio, y cómo a través de éste se posibilita el desarrollo del potencial humano. La investigación tiene el objetivo de analizar el juego, como un elemento constitutivo en el desarrollo del ser humano, y comprender las emociones que experimentan los actores y espectadores antes, durante y después de la competencia, determinando un comportamiento que cumple una función en el ámbito social y personal.
