The overall objective of this study is to implement a new model of strategic management ( Market-Access ) for the SANOFI pharmaceutical laboratory that allows for the development and defense of the molecules that were admitted to the new benefits plan complementary POS.
El objetivo general de este estudio consiste en implementar un nuevo modelo de gestión estratégica (Market-Access) para el laboratorio farmacéutico SANOFI que permita el desarrollo y defensa de las moléculas que ingresaron al nuevo plan de beneficios complementarios POS.
